Two months pa.s.sed in a flash.
During this time, Lu Tianzi and Nanlan Qianxue chose to remain in Crimson Mountain without letting anyone else know of their whereabouts.

On the other hand, Nanlan Qianxue was blown away by how quickly Lu Tianzi managed to pick up the sword technique.

Others could take up to years to refine their inner worlds in preparation for the breakthrough to the Origin Core realm, but this Lu Tianzi only took a couple of months.

Unless it was an unprecedentedly wealthy influence that was heavily focusing on nurturing its future leader, it was basically impossible for influences to part with a treasure like that just to aid a youngster in his breakthrough to the origin core realm!

This newly introduced energy then sank into his inner world before sweeping out in both directions, acting as a pus.h.i.+ng force that gathered liquid Slaughter Essence along with it wherever it moved.
Lu Tianzi's body immediately felt weak all over, feeling the direct impact of the displacement of the liquid Slaughter Essence in his inner world as they were pulled away.
If he failed to break through here, there was no doubt that it would take quite a bit of time for him to fully recover.
The time taken was nothing as compared to the refinement of the impurities, but it was still a relatively long process. Only after hours had pa.s.sed did Lu Tianzi finally manage to bring together all the liquid Slaughter Essence in his inner world, moulding it into a ball made of liquid Slaughter Essence.
This ball of liquid Slaughter Essence was small in size, which was a good thing. The smaller it was, the more s.p.a.ce there was to grow in the future.
Things did not end there though.
Bringing the liquid Slaughter Essence together was only the first step. Next was condensing it into an actual solid orb. Otherwise, it would simply collapse and split up into its original state of liquid Slaughter Essence in no time.
This time, Lu Tianzi drew upon the remaining energy within the high ranked beast core all at once, pumping it all into his inner world and smas.h.i.+ng it freely against this small ball of liquid Slaughter Essence.
"Ugh!" Lu Tianzi could not help but groan as the sudden burst of pain caught him by surprise.
Smas.h.i.+ng the primordial Slaughter Essence against this ball of liquid Slaughter Essence felt akin to having his internal organs forcibly compressed.
The resulting pain was nothing to be scoffed at!
Still, Lu Tianzi gritted his teeth and persisted.
Just like that, primordial Slaughter Essence drawn from the high ranked beast core was being continuously smashed against this ball of liquid Slaughter Essence. Over time, a thin layer started to form over this ball of liquid Slaughter Essence, keeping it in place.

The origin core was a completely different existence from the liquid Slaughter Essence before, and only absorbed absolutely pure energy. In fact, it would continuously gather World Origin Energy even when left by itself, pa.s.sively aiding Lu Tianzi's rate of cultivation.
Lu Tianzi immediately felt an unprecedented power surge out from within his origin core, filling his body with seemingly endless strength. The previous sense of weakness that he had felt from the displacement of liquid Slaughter Essence in his inner world was now washed away without a trace.
But even though the condensation process of the origin core had already been completed, it took a bit longer for the intense pain from before to truly go away.
Lu Tianzi finally opened his eyes and stood up.
The first thing he wanted to do right now was to test his newfound strength!
