The thought of telling the one eyed dragon about how they were from another world and how the world had changed and that their world had become just a small area of a huge planet and working together in order to leave it, never crossed the three's minds after all not to mention if he would believe them, even if by some weird chance he did, why would he leave them alive, he won't need them at all, the s.h.i.+ps are he's, the crew is he's and he won't need a group of people that killed one of his right hand men, so that thought never crossed their minds.

"You guys... You guys want to take control of the gang, are you serious that's going to be suicide, you are just throwing your lives away" even though he had a promotion in his heart old Frank didn't want to believe it at first, but hearing them so clearly talk about it he couldn't stop himself from shouting at them.

The three didn't answer him but then Dan chuckled and said:

"Don't worry we aren't throwing our lives away, after all we have this" after saying that he took the plasma gun from Randy's hand.

"Here's the plan..."

Three hours later, while the sun was setting old Frank along with the others returned to the entrance of the base.

The team was missing Any and her brother, as Any was way too weak to partic.i.p.ate in a fight, and Robin was still somehow injured and unable to use his ability, Dan said that that happened because his ability was activated under the effect of Any's ability and being used way pa.s.sed its limits and that he needed a while to get while.

Old Frank stepped on a place on the floor under a specific order, a few seconds later a voice come from underground:

"Who is it at this late hour" the owner of the voice seemed angry, as if he had just woken up from sleep. After old Frank told them that the people in the base rarely come out and that the guards won't take a look out, they chose to attack when the guards and everyone in the base were asleep, after that they asked old Frank about what time was it when he Patrick and the cowardly looking man came for them and adding the time they slept, they decided to attack in 3:00 am for the people underground.

"It's me and the others open the door"

"Oh old Frank and the others, the one eyed dragon was searching for you, you really took your time, don't tell me that you were having some fun with the girls, the one eyed dragon won't be happy if he know about that you know" the person in the inside turned to a chatter box after knowing that it was old Frank and the others that returned.

"What are you talking about hurry up and open the door if you know that the one eyed dragon want those girls"

"Why the hurry I just dropped the key somewhere around here, and I'm still searching for it" the voice from underground answered.

'Something is wrong' this idea pa.s.sed through the minds of everyone in the group, and just as it did Randy lifted his weapon and pointed it at old frank's head.

Old frank's face paled but he knows that he had made them suspicious of him after all the guard at the gate was way too bad at acting.

Old Frank tried to calm himself as he said with a harsh voice:

"Hurry up and open the door don't keep us waiting out here, the one eyed dragon is waiting after all"

Old Frank's harsh voice seemed as if it worked as the one underground turned silent and said after a while with a helpless voice:

"Listen old Frank I really don't want to do this, but when Conan heard that you and Patrick had left to get some girls he ordered me to send someone to tell him as soon as you return, both of us know how Conan is, so just wait for a while ok he will be here soon"

Once they heard that old Frank and the others released a breath of relief, especially old Frank that had sweat on his forehead.

They recognized the same Conan he was one of the three blood power users that were stronger then Patrick, when old Frank mentioned him he said that he was a perverted old man that liked playing with young women the best and he also had a good relation with Patrick.

Hearing how he was coming for them on his own accords, they showed happy expression.

Dan nodded toward Randy who took the gun muzzle from old Frank's head with an apologetic smile.

Old Frank released a breath and said:

"Ok we will wait"

They didn't have to wait for long before a wicked voice come from under their feet:

"They returned, where are they"

"I kept them out as I didn't know if I can stop them from leaving if they entered"

"Hhhh that's good that's good, you did well..."

"You old ghost what are you doing here at this late hour, people are trying to sleep" Another voice appeared while the owner of the wicked voice was talking excitedly.

"It's nothing just return to your sleep, I'll be leaving right now" the owner of the wicked voice seemed somehow annoyed, when he heard that voice so after throwing him away with half an answer he said to the owner of the voice that talked with old Frank:

"What are you still waiting for go and open the door"

After that come the sounds of locks being unlocked.

After the sounds stopped a place half a meter away from old Frank and the group was pushed showing a door in the ground.

"You are so slow, move out of the way" after the gate opened the owner of the wicked voice finally appear before old Frank and the others, he was a skinny perverted looking old man with small eyes.

"Huh? Where is Patrick, wait wasn't there supposed to be two girls don't tell me that he is having fun somewhere and he even chose the younger one" other than the first time when he looked at everyone on the group, his small eyes didn't leave Katherine at all.

Seeing him like that Randy wasn't going to waste such a great chance, he lifted his hand and aimed the gun at Conan.

The later didn't notice anything as he moved toward Katherine while murmuring:

"Even though you are somehow old you are still good" with his eyes looking all over her body.

Unfortunately that was the last thing he said as just as he was a few steps away from her Randy pulled the trigger and killed him, and his corps fall down.

"Old ghost don't tell me that you can't even wait to get a room and you 'attacked' them outside" hearing the sound of Conan's corps falling down and mistaking it for the old man throwing himself at one of the women, the owner of the voice that the recently died Conan found annoying said while moving up toward the surface.

As soon as his head appeared from the door he saw something being pointed at him.

"What i..." he didn't even have the time to finish what he wanted to say before his head exploded.

As soon as the second person died Randy jumped to the room and said to the one that was talking to old Frank since the beginning while pointing the plasma gun at him:

"Where are the other three guards?"

"They... Conan sent them away, they aren't here" the man answered him, fearfully, he didn't know what was being pointed at him, he understood that two of the blood power users had died under it, and he didn't think that he would survive it.

"The second one that you killed was the blood power user that guard's the entrance" old Frank also entered with the others.

"Good that means that there are only five to go" Dan said, before turning his head toward Nero and asking:

"Can you locate them?"

"Don't worry, as soon as we entered I started searching for them, by focusing the range of my ability to just this place no matter how faint it is I was still able to smell the scent of a dragon on them" Nero answered.

"Great that will make it easier, Katherine we might need your help any time now, remember you wasn't able to drop Patrick unconscious because the arrow didn't hit him, so if your arrow hit one I'm sure that even a blood power user will suffer, don't hesitate if you ever find yourself against one"

Katherine nodded her head while holding the bow to the point where the tips of her fingers became white, she understood what she had to do, taking a deep breath she picked a leaf from the bow and held it in her hand.

Seeing her action Dan nodded his head in approval, after that he released a breath of air and said:

"Nero, are they still where they were supposed to be"

Before they left old Frank told them about the rooms of all the blood power users, so they decided separating after entering the base, as Leonard Nero and Katherine would try taking out the weakest remaining blood power user, while Randy Dan and old Frank would attack the remaining blood power users, regrouping in the end to finis.h.i.+ng the one eyed dragon.

"Don't worry they are in their places, good luck, we are leaving" Nero said before he started to walk, giving Katherine no chance but to follow him.

Seen them leave Dan looked at the others and said:

"We shall move too, let's wish that nothing unexpected will happen"

Katherine felt as if her heart was going to explode, she was going to a.s.sa.s.sinate someone.

Just a day ago she was happily taking a walk in her holiday, and the thought of killing was the last on her mind, but there she was heading toward a man's room to kill him.

She knew he wasn't a good person and she wasn't a soft gentle girl, 'what female doctor is actually', but she still couldn't take the thought that someone will die by her hand from her mind.

Seeming as if he understood how she was feeling Leonard hesitated for a while before patting her on the shoulder and saying:

"Don't worry about what will happen just be sure to hit the target everything else will be on us"

Knowing that the working of their plan will be on her Nero could only sight and say:

"You had just started using the soul weapon, and the power of you lightning isn't that strong, all of that and the power that Patrick had shown I think that even if your arrow hit it will just drop him unconscious, you have nothing to worry about it's probably going to be me who will end his life"

Their worlds and the responsibility that she felt toward what was going to happened made her forcefully try calming herself which was something she's good at as a doctor.

They moved for a while with Nero leading the way and holding the bow, before they finally met someone who stopped them on their way as he asked:

"Who are you what are you doing here"

"Sir Thomson asked me to bring him this girl, hurry up and open the way" Nero said.

Thomson was the name of the blood power user that they were going to a.s.sa.s.sinate.

"Bring him a girl... At this time?" the guard asked suspiciously, as he looked at Katherine from up to down.

"Well you see, this woman was supposed to be the one eyed dragon's woman but after hearing about it sir Thomson decided to taste her before the one eyed dragon gets his hands on her, actually you weren't even supposed to see us, as all of this should have happened in secret" Nero said in a low voice.
