Soon, the whole villa lit up. He looked around and found that the floor was covered with balloons. The whole villa was turned up from homely to a romantic scene and the s.e.xy precious lady standing in the front, there were no words which could describe how amused Tang Hu felt.

He just turned blank and stared at Mo Xingjuan.

Mo Xingjuan cleared her throat to draw his senses back to this beautiful reality which looked like a dream.

"Ha...Didn't you have a.s.signments to do?" Tang Hu asked and walked up towards her.

She was looking very stunning and beautiful, Tang Hu didn't even look at the cake which she had made for him.

"Well, the biggest and best a.s.signment of my life is to give my darling big surprises like this. Happy Birthday, Hu Darling." Mo Xingjuan put the cake on the table and gave a lingering kiss on his lips as both of them had missed the sweetness of each others' lips. 

"Is this my birthday gift?" Tang Hu asked with antic.i.p.ation as a kiss could be a good gift but not the best gift. He was now again looking for his gift as his mind started running through the things which Mo Xingjuan could give him as gifts similar to the kinds of things Lee Xuiye and Tangning said like a car, private plane, yacht, a villa bigger than this.

Mo Xingjuan now started to understand Tang Hu without making him say anything to her, so she looked at him with a meaningful smile and teased him "Hmmm….maybe."

"Maybe...really?" Tang Hu looking at her with squinted eyes that changed to a look like he was a bullied child.

Mo Xingjuan laughed aloud as she really liked to tease him. "Well, you have to wait for it. It's not an appropriate time yet. Patience is a virtue….so have some patience darling." She said with a wide smile on her face while she patted his shoulder.

"Isn't it already  12 o'clock? I think it is an appropriate time for it!" Tang Hu was very excited to see what gift Mo Xingjuan had for him. 

"No. It is not. Now come on cut the cake. I will let you know when the time is appropriate." Mo Xingjuan put the knife in his hand and turned his head towards the cake because she knew that he couldn't take his eyes off of her as she knew she was looking s.e.xy and hot.

Tang Hu could only shrug his shoulders and do as she said.

Tang Hu cut his cake while Mo Xingjuan clapped and sang the birthday song. He took a piece of it and fed it to Mo Xingjuan and then to himself. A few seconds later, both of them realized that something was missing.

"d.a.m.nit!" Mo Xingjuan cursed herself, how could she forget to add the main ingredient in it?

Mo Xingjuan's face turned red in embarra.s.sment, the cake was looking perfect from outside but the taste was not good because of the lack of sugar. She should have agreed with Lee Xuiye and should have ordered one to avoid making herself look like a fool.

Mo Xingjuan wanted perfectionism in every little thing and here, she had spoiled the cake which was the main thing of this celebration. She wanted to hit something on her head for being a muddlehead.

Tang Hu saw her face and understood who the chef of this cake was. He knew that whenever Mo Xingjuan and he were here, he was the one to cook while Mo Xingjuan sat on the kitchen counter and chatted nonstop which sounded more melodic than a piece of music to Tang Hu's ear. And now she cooked this cake for him, he couldn't tell how lucky he was feeling right now.

He lowered his head and gave her a lingering kiss on her lips "Mmmm...Now it tastes like the best cake ever in the world that I have ever had."

Mo Xingjuan's disappointment in herself dissipated in that moment, she lightly hit on his chest "Lier!"

"I never lie to you. If you don't trust me. Let me prove it to you again." Tang Hu leaned down to kiss her again but she stopped him.

"Okay….Okay… I trust you. Mr. Lier. Now come on. It's time for a lavish dinner!" 

After that, both of them went to the dining table where a round table was placed. The candles were lit up on the tables with the petals of roses gracefully placed on the table. A side table was there where food was kept and a bottle of red wine.

Seeing that Mo Xingjuan had put so much effort into his birthday, Tang Hu couldn't stop the smile on his face. As Mo Xingjuan said, the dinner was really lavis.h.i.+ng. Moreover, it was very late at night and both of them hadn't eaten anything after lunch so both of them were very hungry that nothing had left as leftovers. Not only was the dinner spontaneous, but their chat was also very amusing. Mo Xingjuan had found a thing about Tang Hu that he was very good at flirting with Mo Xingjuan who was usually a gregarious person, was now blus.h.i.+ng continuously.

Tang Hu's eyes never moved off from her not even for a second and he liked her blus.h.i.+ng so much that he didn't stop himself from the sweet talk even if he wanted to.

Finally, the dinner ended after an hour.

Mo Xingjuan wiped her lips and put down the handkerchief while deliberately clearing her throat then said after a deep breath "Now, it's time for your gift!"

Tang Hu didn't say anything but just looked at her antic.i.p.ation.

"Five Minutes!"

"Five Minutes?"

"Come upstairs in five minutes and don't you dare cheat otherwise you won't get your gift. Here is the time setter." Mo Xingjuan put a clock on the table taking it from the side table and in which 5 minutes was already set.

"Okayyyy…"

Although he wanted to see what was his gift NOW, he had already waited for so long so waiting for five more minutes more wouldn't be much different.
