The Writer's Romance 29 Change Clothes

The building does not only information dissemination departments but as well as hall rooms for events, restaurants, libraries and convenient stores in the lower floors.

They have a wide garden at the back of the building as well as on the 73rd floor.

On the last floor, the garden has gla.s.s doom but there's a small hole on the middle to let the sun ray in.

It still reflects the light but it does not feel that hot.

The plant boxes are on the side of the garden while there's a huge Wisteria Tree on the middle.

It's as if it's a hall room but there are plants inside.

"Wow, this is like out of a fantasy book," Sheen commented while looking up at the Wisteria Tree.

"Yeah, this building has some serious fantastic architectural stuff," Bea sits on the box of the Wisteria tree, "This floor never cracked because of its roots, it's amazing."

"Really?" Sheen looks at the floor.

"Yep, I've been working here for almost 6 years and I never saw a crack here."

"Do people come here to chill?" Sheen walks around and admires the plants she sees.

"Yeah, but it's the top floor, it's tiring to go here," Bea then stands up, "You should be back at noon right? Funny you had a tour for only two hours."

"Yeah, we should get going," Sheen walks backwards, still admiring the ambiance and the beauty of the place.

"We gather here during occasions, but you know, it won't fit us all," Bea opens the door, "I think I know where I'll find you when you're not on your office."

Bea looks at Sheen who takes photos between admiring every inch of the garden.

"Yeah, I'll go here often."

"It's his favorite spot on the building too."

"Who?"

Sheen turns around and started to walk with Bea.

"Boss."

"I see," Sheen looks at the photos she took earlier and made them her phone wallpaper.

It was then Bea noticed what was Sheen's wallpaper before she changed it.

"Did you talked with Kady or Blue?" Bea asks, making Sheen stops from walking.

"What are you talking about? Why should I?"

Bea looks at Sheen, "Resolve your conflicts right?"

"I did that, Wyn's my friend, I don't want anything to do with Kady, Blue's on his own, what else should I do?"

"Oh, then that's good, sorry to mention it again, don't be grumpy," Bea turns around and presses the elevator b.u.t.ton.

'Then why were you using your photo with Kady as your wallpaper, even though it's only your torsos," Bea thought before entering the elevator.

'You haven't moved on or what? You're annoying me already,' she looks at Sheen who's replying to Mr. White's text.

"He's looking for you already?" Bea asks, pressing 53rd b.u.t.ton, her office floor and 72nd.

"Yeah, why'd I took the elevator? It's just *ting* right here, I should've walked," Sheen walks out and waves goodbye at Sheen.

But as the elevator closes, Bea suddenly shouts, "MOVE ON ALREADY!"

Sheen just stands there surprised while Mr. White was standing in front of his office.

"What was that?" Sheen mumbles.

"Oh, Mr. White!" Sheen walks a bit faster towards the President's office.

"Glad you're here, I'm going on a meeting, let's go," Mr. White gave her the files they will need for the meeting.

"But before that, can you, uh, change your clothes? It's a bit revealing," Sheen did not notice that he's holding a women's blouse.

"I'm sorry, I'm not used to seeing... those types of clothes, I don't mean to be rude."

Sheen just stands in disbelief and annoyance and she feels like his pouring disrespect on her.

She knows that the company does not have any rule about outfits, and it's not revealing, it's just that the blouse has deep v-neck.

But it's her boss, and it's her first day.

She can't disagree with Mr. White.

She sighs before taking the blouse.

Mr. White noticed that she got shocked with what he said, and he avoids to look at her so he opened his office, "See you after ten minutes," and then entered.

"Oh my, really? What's the problem with my V-neck? I don't have gigantic suffocation back killer b.o.o.bs, why is he-- gosh, women can't wear anything now? While most of the guys here wear fitted suits, showing off their muscles, of course they can but why can't I? AAHHH" She stomps off to her office.

Mr. White then walks back and forth in his office, "I just can't, she's too.. ugh, why does she have to grow beautiful?"

He covered his fl.u.s.tered face with his right hand.

"She should've stayed the way she was, covering her whole body with clothes, long hair..." He whispers.

"And why should she move on?" he thought while remembering what Bea shouted, "Why do I care too much? It's just she needs to be fully clothed," he messes his hair with disbelief with what he's thinking and doing, "She's fully clothed, I'm the one with problems, I'll apologize to her later."

While Sheen's b.u.t.toning the blouse she remembered the office mate of Bea, "SHE WAS WEARING OFF SHOULDER AND A VERY HIGH PENCIL SKIRT!"

'He's annoying, that lady should change clothes as well, but... I'm the one who's facing special people with the President, they might think negative if I did look... s.e.xy? Oh~ so I'm s.e.xy, maybe that's why fufufufufuf~'

Sheen just smirks like maniac while imagining positive things that might've caused Mr. White to ask her to change her clothes.

Suddenly she heard a knock, "Miss Sheen, are you done?"

It is the President, she just finishes tacking the blouse.

It's a plain white blouse, but it still looks sophisticated on her.

'I'm sorry, Mr. White, I just look s.e.xy on anything,' she giggled.

"Yes, Sir," she answered.

Mr. White entered her office, with a troubled look and a messy hair.

'What happened to him?' Sheen asks herself.

"Um, I'm sorry if I asked you to change clothes, you may change back if you're not comfortable. It was a selfish request," Mr. White looks at Sheen, seriously.

But instead of looking apologetic, he looks like he's threatening her to not change back clothes.

"Um, it's fine, Sir. I should look professional and not show that much skin," Sheen hangs her blouse on the chair while taking the files.

"No, you can wear whatever you want, there are no policy about clothes here, it's my problem, I'm not used to being around girls..." Mr. White almost babble, "I mean, let's go."

He walks out while Sheen was left with a confused look, 'What was that? He's not used to being around girls who wears something like that? What is he? He likes those type of girls?'

Sheen imagined girls who wears "modest" clothes that does not reveal any skin other than their arms and lower leg.

She sighs before following Mr. White.

As he waits for the elevator, she remembered what Bea said earlier.

'Move on? Haven't I done that already? I'm here with a new life, isn't that moving on?'
