She laid on her bed when her phone suddenly rang.

It was a strange phone number.

“Yu Susu?” there was a gentle female voice on the phone, it was a little familiar to her.

“Yes, who are you?” Susu tried to recall where she heard the voice before.

“I'm Liu Yun. h.e.l.lo there, You finished your three exams, tomorrow I don't know if you have time. I'm currently shooting a TV play and I am going to recruit a role. I thought your performance was good. I hope to have a detailed discussion with you. I don't know if you have time tomorrow.”

Susu's eyes suddenly went open wide. Did she hear wrong?

Half a minute pa.s.sed before she found her voice. She tried to say quietly, “Okay, Miss Liu. I got time tomorrow…”

“Well, I'll wait for you at 3 p.m. at Starbucks, near the entrance of the Chinese Opera. Don't be sleepy.” Liu Yun made a joke. She naturally understood how rare such an opportunity was for a girl who wants to be a star.

“All right, Miss Liu.”  Susu hung up the call. She opened her eyes, she thought she would be excited to sleep, but the exam was too exhausting, and soon she fell asleep.

The next day at three o'clock. Susu dressed up and went to Starbucks.

Liu Yun sat quietly in the corner wearing dark sungla.s.ses.

“I'm sorry to have kept you waiting, Miss Liu.” Susu sat down, with a restless heart. She slowly calmed down under the strong fragrance of the coffee.

Liu Yun smiled and said, “Never mind, I said I will wait for you.”

“Well, I'm working on a series, and there is a role of a sister I need someone to play. Because the suitable actors have no deadlines, and the series aren't well paid for, the director and producer hoped to take this opportunity to help me find an actor,” Liu Yun adjusted her words. The film was not well paid, which led to several actors not talking about it.

“What kind of role is it?” Susu picked up the menu, she didn't like the taste of coffee. 

“Give me a cup of Earl's black tea.”

“It's an ancient drama, so I hope a girl with cla.s.sical temperament and a lively personality would play it,” Liu Yun said, and cast a careful look at the said girl. Temperament can be cultivated, lively can be performed. The girl in front of her sat with a touch of elegance, but she didn't know if she could play the naughty and lively character. The director didn't want to find another pa.s.sable pearl Princess.

A lively character? Susu automatically thought of Rong Rong, this girl was simply a mad one.

“Well, Miss Liu, because the results of my three tests have not come out yet, I want to see the results first,” Susu thought about her words carefully, “If I can enter the Academy, of course, I will choose to study.”

“Alright,” said Liu Yun, understanding, “Okay, I hope you can get what you want. I'll wait until you're on the list before I leave. If you want to contact me, you can call me."

“Thank you, Miss Liu.” Susu was relieved to see that Liu Yun was not angry at her refusal. It was a good opportunity, but she believed that after her graduation she wouldn't have a few either. Although she hadn't thought of her path, the foundation was the cornerstone of success. There were few stars that flashed by like meteors. She didn't want to be one of them.

After that, they chatted with each other about clothes, bags, shoes and perfume. When the  two girls came out of the cafe, Susu's started to call Liu Yun by “Older sister”.

It wasn't Susu who wanted to climb high, but it was Liu Yun who felt optimistic about that girl. When she kept hearing her calling herself “Miss Liu”, she felt a little awkward and told her to call her big sister.
