Kennedy's voice was the first thing that Laz heard as he walked out the big wooden doors. She was standing a little ways away, leaning against the brown brick building. Although this type of woman didn't interest Laz, he had to admit that she had a certain charm about her. She was beautiful, but it was more than that. She just seemed like someone with a story. Despite the dangerous look in her eyes, her presence was something that just made you want to comfort her.
Turning to look at her, Laz gave her a brief glance before he started walking away, Heading for the Golden Panda.
"Hey, I'm talking to you." She yelled as she frowned, somewhat angry at his lack of a response.
Laz didn't stop and kept walking, seeming oblivious to her anger.
"You'd better stop or your going to p.i.s.s me off," she pushed off from the wall and started walking towards him.
Laz stopped at this point and turned to look at her. Although the dissonance was vibing inside of him, he didn't feel as though she would pose a threat to him. Laz was learning to trust his senses more than just believing what he saw.
They didn't say anything as they stared at each other for a moment, the cool October wind blowing through their hair. If someone was looking at them at this moment, they probably would have thought that they were about to fight.
"That's what I'm told." Laz's response was somewhat cold. He didn't understand it himself, but seeing her be so unconcerned with Tommy's behavior had influenced him. He didn't hold it against Kennedy for her lack of caring as he remembered his grandpa's words, everyone has their own story so don't judge them, but he also still remembered the girls sobs as he was walking away.
The overall effect on him was somewhat confusing.
"You don't look very tough. Your not even my age or height. No matter how I look at you, I have no idea why he would tell me to work with you." Kennedy's response laid out her thoughts perfectly, but Laz got the feeling that she was testing him. Laz knew what she was and therefore, she knew what he was.
"What I am and what I'm not is not something you can decide. I know what you are though. Or at least, I know what you are hiding." Laz's response was equally as vague. Although he felt no threat from this girl, he wasn't about to give anything away. Laz had almost no experience talking with girls and although he had watched lots of p.o.r.n, dealing with them was a different story.
He didn't want to be used anymore and yet that was exactly what she was going to be doing. He might be stuck doing it, but it didn't mean he was going to like it.
"You might be right, but arn't you the same? I've been watching you today. You don't have any friends. You never talk to people. You are shy around girls and even look awkward around guys your own age. In fact, if I hadn't seen your picture, I wouldn't have known you existed," Kennedy admitted.
"So what? You want to be my friend thanks to the special bond we share? Don't make me laugh." Laz shot back. Even if it was true, it didn't mean he liked hearing it from her. Laz didn't have any delusions of grandeur, but hearing a pretty girl insult him like this rubbed him the wrong way.
"Not even close runt. You think I would waste my time talking to you if I wasn't being forced to? I just want to make sure that the guy who is suppose to protect me is actually capable. I can tell you're different like me, but that doesn't make you able. Follow me." With this, Kennedy started walking towards the treeline that blocked the back of the school from the road. Although it wasn't a large area, it was somewhat s.p.a.cious and out of sight.
If Laz didn't know what this was about, he might have been slightly aroused to be following this s.e.xy golden haired high school girl into the woods. There were many movies that started this way.
Walking along neither fast nor slowly, Laz followed Kennedy as they entered the treeline. Since the woods were close to the school, they were rather open and spread out, not having a lot of underbrush and other growths that would hinder movement.
Coming to a slight larger open s.p.a.ce between the trees, Kennedy turned around to face Laz and measured him up and down once again. He was small of build and not very tall. She knew he was in Tommy's cla.s.s which was why she didn't go to see Tommy during homeroom so she knew he was only 14 of 15 years old. Compared to her 16 years, they were worlds apart.
She had developed nicely with strong and firm legs, a perky bust that was quite ample and yet still growing, nice, round b.u.t.t, slim waste and slightly firm arms. She gave the impression of an athlete in the making, a flower budding into majesty. If Malene was a flower that just opened, Kennedy was already halfway there.
"So, what do you want? I'll have you know that I am a good guy and don't feel like having my first time in the middle of the woods. Maybe if you had a sleeping bag or a blanket, it would work. I have my standards after all," Laz joked. Considering the strangeness of this situation, he couldn't help but make fun of her a bit. She might have scared the him from before, but unless she had some sort of giant parasites for b.r.e.a.s.t.s that were going to try to suck his blood, he didn't think she would be a problem.
"Oh? So you've got some b.a.l.l.s after all. I was wondering if I was wrong with what I sensed about you. Seems like there is something to you. I guess it's time for some action. I won't kill you little guy, so how about playing a game with this big sister?"
Kennedy smiled at Laz as she walked towards him. Although Laz wasn't threatened by her, he did feel a sense of danger from her. He didn't take a step back and just stood there watching her approach. After being shot at and attack with a giant mutant p.e.n.i.s, his mind was far more firm than even he realized.
Kennedy's slow steps seemed to radiated a powerful attraction. Her hips were swaying from side to side in those tight jeans and even though Laz was standing in front of her, he wouldn't help but notice the way her a.s.s would jiggle slightly with every step. It was this focus on her a.s.s that lead to him not paying attention to her feet.
Before he realized the problem, Kennedy vanished from his line of sight. It almost seemed like she vanished. Although Laz wasn't ready for it, his reaction wasn't slow. Sending out his senses to observe any changes that were present, Laz noticed a s.h.i.+ft in the wind along with the sound of rubber slightly hitting wood.
"She's behind me already and moving as fast as h.e.l.l,' Laz thought as he dropped down. Although most people would have the instinct to turn around first, Laz could tell from the sound and the speed of it that he needed to move.
Dropping down into a crouch, he rolled to the side before standing up. He still had his backpack over his shoulder and although there were a few twigs in his clothing, he basically looked unaffected by her sudden movement.
Kennedy was shock as she skidded to a stop. She had aimed a kick at his back, hoping to knock him down before he could react. She just wanted him to admit that she didn't need him and this would be over. She didn't expect that he would dodge so naturally as though he knew were she was.
'Is he as fast as me?' Kennedy thought as she ran and jumped up again.
Laz could finally see what she was doing and he had to admit she was impressive. She was running at a speed that would be considered 5 times faster than even an athlete. Her jumps would land her against a tree in a crouch which she would then jump off from towards another tree. She seemed to be able to transfer her momentum to keep her moving.
Although he could just barely keep up with his enhanced eyes, his other senses gave him a pretty clear view of her. He didn't try to stop her or even move, he just stood in place with he legs slightly spread apart. If Kennedy had seen him hit the punching bag at Grandpa Bill's place, she would know that he was channeling his strength to bring it up to the max.
Although his blood made him more powerful even in normal times, this extra boost would also make him a bit more resilient and allow him to react faster. He figured that now was the time to impress this girl before things went farther than he wanted.
She seemed to want to kick him in the back again despite her recent failure. Laz didn't think this was an effective tactic and it appeared like she had no experience in actually fighting like this.
With Laz's senses focusing on Kennedy, she was in his view no matter where she tried. Knowing that she was aiming this kick for his back, just under his collarbone, Laz had a plan in mind immediately.
Although he could have chosen to just stop her attacks quickly, he felt doing something like this would have more flair.
'I've got him,' Kennedy thought as her kick was almost at his back. Suddenly, she saw a streak of black fly upward, catching her foot in it and dragging it upward. Due to the sudden change of direction, Kennedy had no choice but to try to back up after getting out of Laz's snare.
The object Kennedy saw was Laz's backpack which he had swung in the way of her foot, bascally trapping her foot and stopping her attack.
Laz let go of her foot quickly which caused Kennedy to fall back onto her b.u.t.t. He then turned around in an instant and before she could say another word, his hand clamped onto her neck as he pushed her back onto the ground.
In a spectators opinion, it looked like he was holding her down to **** her.
Kennedy was more than just a bit scared at this point as she tried more and more to control her breathing and not make a sound. Laz had brought his head so close to her's that she could smell his somewhat pleasant breath. She couldn't help but stare into Laz's eyes that were a few mere inches away from her own. They were glowing a deep yet brilliant red that seemed to be piercing into her soul and freezing her flesh.
"Game over. I win,"
