The Precision Academy was different than any of the other 4, they only focused on control of the elements, and how to best utilize them, while the others only focused on combat or their occupation. This academy was the one that best fit their needs at the moment.
"How do we get in?" Claire asked in confusion.
Eldrid was speechless, as he hadn't thought that far.
"I'll figure something out."
Luckily for him the academies would start recruiting in 3 days.
The reason Eldrid, Devan, and Badr decided to join an academy was mostly due to the fact that their systems didn't sell skills like element control, even the combat skills Eldrid bought were only put there by Malthael, the normal system didn't sell skills, however Eldrid wasn't sure if it would be the same once their systems upgraded.
That night Devan and Badr spent some of their AP to purify the bodies of their companions and raise their apt.i.tudes.
**3 days later**
It was early in the morning, and a line was already beginning to form for enrollment to the mage, martial arts, and arts academies, however only 5 people stood in line for Perfection Academy, which were Eldrid and his party.
The apt.i.tude testers had finished setting up and the stages opened up for the first few people in line.
The test was to see how much potential they each had in the realms of body, soul, and connection to the elements.
Claire went up first and was told to place her hand on a clear sphere on the pedestal in front of here, as her hand touched the orb it glowed a bright white.
"Apt.i.tude: Light and darkness, grades: perfect!"
Murmurs were heard from the recruiters, as the light light element was rare, and having both light and darkness even more so.
"Please proceed to the next test."
Claire walked up to the next stage, this time an elder used his soul sense to sense the grade of her body.
"Body const.i.tution: Perfect Mortal"
Even more murmurs were heard this time.
She was then told to make her way to the final test, she placed her hand on a strange looking contraption {1}. It began glowing white
"Soul grade: Upper mortal"
A look of disappointment flashed across the mans face, if she had perfect in all 3 fields she could have become an honor student at the very beginning.
Next was Rachel
Her results caused as much a stir as Claire's
"Apt.i.tude: Life and Death, grades: perfect!"
"Body const.i.tution: Perfect Mortal"
"Soul grade: Upper mortal"
Badr was next.
"Apt.i.tude: All, grades: perfect!"
Roars were heard throughout the crowd, such a genius was rare even in the ascended realms
"Body const.i.tution: Lower Transcendent"
"Soul grade: Lower Transcendent"
The crowd was in an uproar, this was a genius among genius.
Next was Devan
"Apt.i.tude: All, grades: perfect!"
"Body const.i.tution: Lower Transcendent"
"Soul grade: Lower Transcendent"
The crowd was dumbfounded by this, such talent and so many geniuses was completely unheard of.
Finally came Eldrid
"Apt.i.tude: All, grades: perfect!"
The crowd just so stunned they became numb.
"Body const.i.tution: Middle Transcendent"
"Soul grade: Middle Transcendent"
The crowd was in an uproar, wondering where these people had come from and what their circ.u.mstances were to give them such high talent.
The nearby academies were jealous and were willing to try anything to get even one of them to join their academy.
"Please follow me, we will be heading to the academy shortly."
