The Pharoah learned of Leo's presence early on, and when he awoke, the king had many questions for him. So once a week when he visited, Leo would cultivate with him and even guided the man in training his body. Also though the man was only using the chamber once a week he was able to progress faster in one day then he would've been able to do in a month.
Over time, Leo came to know the Pharaoh by his birth name, Ramses. The man began to respect Leo's strength little by little. Even without mana, Leo could block any attack Ramses launched. Leo noticed Ramses was cultivating a Yang mana art, so he taught him Ascending Sun move.
In between the two of them cultivating and fighting, Leo also learned the state of this world. The current city he was in was named the City of Ra. Its current ruler, Ramses XV, was born 20 years ago. That same year his father died in the Battle of Pharaohs.
The battle is how resources are divided on planet Duat, the world of the banished. The twelve cities were the only remaining bits of civilization remaining. Each location was named after an ancient G.o.d, and each Pharoah trains in the art similar to that G.o.d.
The City of Ra has been in decline for the past 500 years. Coming in twelfth for the past few years has hurt its food supply and more importantly, its amount of mana crystals given to them.
This planet, due to mana disappearing, realized that under Duat's crust was a crystal that could block mana from escaping but more importantly hold mana. Using these crystals, the people of Duat could cultivate again. The roof of the Pharaoh chamber was covered in these crystals allowing mana to stay within.
Looking over the crystals, Leo realized he could store mana in them much more naturally than he did with gemstones on Earth. Leo would fill a few of them and pa.s.s them to Ramses who was ecstatic when he found out Leo could refill empty gems. This meant that even with 30 or so crystals he was given Leo could duplicate it within the chamber.
While the Pharaoh ran off to cultivate outside of the chamber, Leo pondered on this ma.n.a.less world he was transferred to. This planet befell the same fate as Earth, but mana returned to Earth. This act started to make sense why so many alien races attacked Earth.
If every planet lost its mana, then they would need Earth to train more efficiently to ascend. What amazed Leo, even more, was how each race still had so many cultivators. Each race must have created something comparable to this Pharaoh chamber to cultivate.
"Leo," called out Void Slayer. After spending time together with the beasts, the four of them were on familiar terms, and the three lions treated Leo as an equal.
"Yes, Void?"
"After talking to Dark Razor, we think we could upgrade this chamber?"
"How?"
"The crystals were crudely plastered just on the roof of this chamber. If we crush up these crystals and coat the entire room, we might be able to increase the mana flow.
Leo liked this idea and went to work right away. He used earth manipulation to crush the rocks. Layering the entire room caused a weird phenomenon to happen. As the last part on the floor was covered, mana vanished altogether.
"Void, I don't mana is created from nothing. It must be coming from the center of the planet. This how the roof of crystals was trapping it."
Void Slayer and the other two nodded in agreement. Leo then removed the layer on the ground changing the room into an upside-down container. Slowly the mana reappeared stronger than before. Leo's guess was correct.
Studying mana was something Leo never did. For all, he knew it was like the air he breathed, endless. Now in this situation, he started testing things to increase the mana flow in the room.
After a few days, Leo created a shaft in the center room. The hole went miles down below the Duat's crust. When they hit magma, the mana coming off it felt like a nice refres.h.i.+ng shower of energy. Leo coated the shaft, and then the room's mana increased about 1000 times to what it used to be.
With this new increase, even the beast could start to cultivate appropriately again. They also allowed Ramses to visit more often. In about two months, Ramses entered stage 5 Body Tempering. It would have taken the king about 300 years to reach the same outcome.
After stabilizing his body, he asked Ramses to show him the outside world. They visited many places around the City of Ra. The people started to wonder who was this man so friendly with their king.
The Pharaoh asked to speak to the ma.s.ses from atop the pyramid. Ramses used a device to project his image. Everyone slowly gathered around to see what he would announce.
"My subjects, today I introduce my Master."

"Master?" Leo thought to himself. When had he become his master?
"I bestow upon Leonardo the Lion, the t.i.tle of High Vizier. His command is my command. All those listening, praise your new High Vizier."
Silence rippled through the ma.s.ses until a chant started. "Hail the High Vizier. Hail the High Vizier." Soon the entire area was chanting it out. Leo shook his head. He didn't want this, but what could he do at this point.
Ramses looked at him and smiled. What Leo did was just something to benefit him, but to Ramses, he gave him the tool to change his destiny and rule.
