Kunal stood at one pillar in the corner and he was looking at Sony when he felt a soft hand on his shoulder. He turned around and saw a short fair skinned woman who is in her early fifties and she was wearing an ivory colored saree with golden border. Her hair which has a few white strands infront was tied into a bun and she wore a big kundhan necklace which is worth millions of rupees. She has a very strong aura of a queen but she looked pure and humble.

She has a bright smile on her lips and her eyes were filled with love and affection when she saw the man in front of her. Kunal called her "Maa".

She looked ar her son and asked with a beautiful smile "What are you doing here standing in a corner and who are staring at ?" then her gaze followed his and she saw four beautiful women and a cute little girl chatting among themselves.

She asked "Who among them is Shriya ?". Kunal pointed his finger towards Shriya and she nodded and said "That little girl must be Preeti then".

Kunal nodded his head and both the mother and son duo looked towards the table where these girls were sitting. Mrs. Rajput asked him while still staring at them "But they seem to be well off, nothing like what I expected".

Kunal said "They are staying with Abhi now and they are under his protection and care".

Then his mother left to greet her friends and Barun appeared infront of his brother and gave him a large packet which is gift wrapped in a s.h.i.+ning gift paper.

Kunal took it and his bother joked "I am dying to see the present".

Kunal had a cold and expressionless face but he tore open the gift and saw a painting. He was so shocked after seeing what was inside and he didn't knew how to react to it.

Barun who was standing there was also shocked and said "I expected, she will give a weird present but this is very far from my expectation"

He couldn't help but laugh and he didn't even bother about his brother whom he is always afraid of. Kunal just stood there silent staring at the painting in his hands.

He then felt a strong hand on his shoulder and he knew it was his friend Abhi even without looking back. Abhi also peeked at the picture and he laughed so loud that it grabbed the attention of the people around. Barun was on the verge of collapsing and he was holding his stomach with his hands and laughed hard unable to control no matter how much he tried.
