He told her to have dinner and sleep early. He then walked out of the mansion after bidding her a bye and giving some instructions to the housekeeper Uncle Ram about Preeti.

He walked to the garage and saw a black Lamborghini which is one of the favorites of Abhi in his collection. He drove the car and sped up on the highway as he is already late for the party because of his phone call with his woman.

They were all having fun and soon the guests started coming and the group went to sit at one of the tables in the center which is big and can accommodate ten people.

Shriya and her friends were having fun when Abhi was busy attending to the guests. Kunal was also there with him helping him.

Within a short period of time almost the entire hall was filled with guests. Few of them are famous people in the entertainment industry, a few are social bigshots, popular business men and some heirs and heiress of some large corporations.

All the men were wearing suits from branded stores while the women were s.h.i.+ning long evening gowns with designer jewelry and high heels. It looked more like a fas.h.i.+on show than a 31st eve party.

The media were also invited and there was a special arrangement for them to sit in one part of the hall from where they could capture perfect pictures of the entire hall.

There were all kinds of delicious foods, desserts, and what not. There is also a wide range of collection of wine from 18 th and 19th centuries. It was more like a there is a sea of champagne there. The waiters are busy attending to the VIP and VVIP guests.

The atmosphere was so lively and glamorous with so many young pretty ladies and handsome gentlemen. It was more like a gala or a carnival than a casual party.

Just then the cast and crew of the tere as.h.i.+qui movie team arrived and Abhi attended to them. Geetika was also there with the rest of the staff but she was a bit tensed when she saw Abhi.

She stood silent wothout uttering a word and was so nervous. She thought to herself "If it wasn't for this stupid and dumb director I definently wouldn't have come here today."

Abhi greeted them all and just nodded at Geetika and other female cast and members in the team without any feeling. His face is expressionless and his eyes had no emotion in them. She breathed with relief when she saw him as she knew he will be indifferent to girls usually.

She thought he didn't find anything about her regarding the incident earlier. She walked inside with a confident smile thinking that she was completely safe now.

Shriya looked at her who had an indifferent face when he was greeting Geetika but she could see the darkness behind his eyes. She just hoped that he wouldn't do anything that might cause any damage to his name.

The party began and a few of Abhi's friends who are singers started singing and some small time actors started giving dances performances etc. Everyone are busy socializing with others and making contacts.

Abhi and Kunal returned to the centre table and they had fun eating, drinking and spending time with their friends and loved ones. Kunal was in a good mood as it was the first time he brought his sister out in the public to such a party.

She always stayed in secret and never attended any events. Though she has so much she don't know how to spend it. She don't have many friends and was alone when he got spend time an attend such parties. He smoked seeing her having fun.

Everyone were having a great time while except one. Geetika didn't dare to eat or drink anything afraid that something night happen. Though she looked so confident but her heart was beating so fast with nervousness.

After the performances the stage was empty. After a while the lights in the hall went off with only white light on the dance floor. Abhi stood up and asked for Shriya's hands. She blinked at him in shock and he asked "May I have the honour to dance with you tonight love ?".

Everyone smiled but she sat rigidly in her seat not willing to get up and said shaking her hands "I don't know how to dance".

Abhi looked at her with same gentleness while she expected him to get mad at her for rejecting him I public.

Abhi said "No problem, I am there with you just move along with me". Naveen suddenly said confidently "No, she knew how to dance".

Everyone looked at him in question and he replied indifferently "I saw her dance earlier once and believe me she is a great dancer".

Sony chimed in "Yes, we all have seen it at the fresher's party even in college, now stop slacking off and get up".

Shriya stood up giving her hand to her man with a faint smile and he took it like a true gentleman and took her to the dance floor.

Soon Naveen stood up and stretched his hand infront of Brahmini and he said even before she could reject him with some random excuse "Believe me, I can handle you, I am very good at it and have teached the most stubbornest kid in the world in the past".

She smiled sweetly and took his hand. Sony and Kunal looked at the backs of the retreating couple. Only four members were there at the table Kunal, Sony, Vams.h.i.+ and Pumpkin.

Kunal is bad at dealing with girls. He is only close with his sister pumpkin and Sony. But he is also like a king of Jealousy. If he ask Sony, Pumpkin will be alone with Vams.h.i.+, but he also can't go dance with his sister leaving Sony behind.

He looked at both the women who were on either side of him and he sighed helplessly. Pumpkin laughed seeing his confused expression and said with a teaseing smile "I want to see whom he will choose now, girlfriend or sister ?".
