Shriya didn't know what to say after hearing to him. She felt embarra.s.sed to see Abhi. She then looked back at Yash who was smiling like a kid while eating his cake and then back at Abhi.

Their face features matched a bit especially that sharp nose and those long eyebrows. Rahul's forehead and Yash's was similar. She felt ashamed for blurting out things infront of her man and ruining his mood on such a special day.

Abhi understood what she was thinking and said with a smile as if he could hear her words "You are so cute when you are having this expression, of being caught red handed."

She looked at him and he said "You must have liked him so much that you remembered his face tught away. You remembered him at the very sight. It was almost five years since you saw him".

She gave him a grave look but she didn't take his words to her heart. She said "That's because he is amazingly cute and innocent not like someone. Even he remembered my name then?".

Abhi smiled and said while pinching her nose "That's because he is one talented kid".

She asked him "You never told me that have another brother".

He said "Yeah, but you never asked" and seeing her snoring with anger he explained "He is two years younger than me. As I told you he is one special kid and I think you already know what I mean."

Just then Preeti ran to them and pulled her sister's dress. Abhi looked at the girl and he left Shriya. He took the girl into his arms and she complained with a pout "I am hungry".

It was then Abhi looked back and realised that almost everyone stopped dancing and gathered at the tables.

Shriya laughed when she saw all of them are waiting for them to stop the dance and start dinner. But they were so immersed in their dance and chat that they didn't notice that at all. Atlast Preeti has to remind them.

Abhi held Preeti in her hand and he placed his left arm on Shriya's shoulder and walked towards a big table. There was a champagne bottle and few fleshly squeezed juice gla.s.ses.

They were for Preeti, Gouthami, Manvi and Yash. Others held champagne gla.s.ses and everyone made a toast to the engaged couple.

After the toast, the servants brought all delicious food and served them. Everyone laughed and talked while enjoying the dinner.

Abhi made a toast to Shriya and he whispered in her ears "Well, today will be the day".

Shriya blushed understanding the meaning of his words. Shriya shook her head and said "No, Preeti will be alone tonight. She will sleep with us".

Abhi looked at Preeti and he remembered Naveen was back. The little girl seemed to have heard them and she said looking at Pumpkin who was busy eating "Pumpkin di" and the latter looked at the girl in question and Preeti asked with puppy dog eyes "Can I sleep with you tonight ?".

Before anyone could say anything, she said looking at Rahul "He said that I shouldn't disturb di and prince. He asked me to sleep with Gouthami di, but I think it would be better for me to go to you instead".

She held her head down and concentrated on her food. She mumbled to herself "I don't want to be a bone in a soup anymore. So frustrating."

Everyone looked at her with surprise not understanding how she came to that conclusion and they understood that she isn't what she was showing to them. She is much more mature than she actually looks and she can understand things better than others but trying to ignore them.

Sensing their weird gazes on her, she said without lifting her head "Actually my phone was off when you were guys were playing truth or dare."

They were even more shocked and she said as if she wasn't at fault at all for listening to their conversation. She shook he shoulders indifferently "It's not my fault. You should have checked whether my phone was off or not".

Abhi smiled and said "My princess was all grown up now". He was all prideful and Rahul said with a smile "Yeah, Ofcourse it was all my training".

Brahmini said "We all opened up in the game". and Rahul said after realizing something "Does that mean she heard all about my affairs too".

Pumpkin also looked at the little girl and said "Sure, you can. Let's gi ti my room soon after dinner".

Like that everyone laughed and enjoyed the dinner. Yash said to Abhi in an excited tone "I sent the video of you both dancing and the ring exchange to grandpa. He said he liked them very much".

Sony looked at the man and she asked Kunal "Why is he stuttering ? and the way he walks is also not normal?".

Kunal hushed her and Barun said "Yash is the whole owner of entire Malhotra group in the country".

The girls were in awe but his position doesn't seem fit for his nature. But they didn't push further but looked at his handsome face in surprise when he was playing with Preeti.

Barun asked "Bhai, will you share your room with me today ?" and Yash shook his hand and stuttered "N..... no, I am not afraid of being alone a.....anymore. And I am not even afraid of darkness".

The way he stuttered and the way he shook his head whenever he said something made them realise that he was not okay but they kept their mouths shut.

Abhi praised his brother with a sweet smile and while showing his thumbs up "Good, that's like a Malhotra".
