All It Takes Is One Night 11 Chapter 11: I Don't Like You

As they sat down Katie couldn't stop starring at those beautiful grey eyes that just sort of pulls a person, remembering what happened last night she could prevent the blush creeping up on ears. "Ms Ning, I can't thank you enough for your help in getting the shop" she says in an attempt to hide her embarra.s.sment, trying her best not to look at the man on the other chair. "It's no problem at all. Your company makes all my suits and they always look lovely" Catherine says with a sparkle in her grey eyes.

'BEEP, BEEP, BEEEP' Catherine's phone begins to ring, "you should join us for dinner tonight, excuse me I have to take this." She says as she gets up to leave not giving Katie a chance to reject the offer. "I'll meet you both downstairs" Catherine says then leaves.

Katie was left dumbstruck at how quickly things progressed and now she was alone with the man with the beautiful eyes, 'does he remember last night or was he drunk as well' Katie thinks to herself hoping for the latter

James just sits watching his sister at work and now that he is left alone with her he won't let this opportunity slip, "so, I'm no longer 'hubby' instead I'm CEO Ning" James says as he walks calmly towards her wearing a smirk across his face which makes him look even more gorgeous.

"I'm so sorry CEO Ning; I was drunk and stupid last night." Katie says hurriedly as James sits takes the seat beside her. "I don't like that" James says as he stares intensely into her eyes"

"I'm really sorry, please forgive me this once and I promise it won't happen again" Katie says as she tries to redeem herself but James expression seems to worsen, 'I've really p.i.s.sed off the wrong person this time' Katie thinks as she doesn't know what else to do.

"I don't like you calling me CEO Ning I prefer hubby" James says with a straight face, "or I guess I could manage James"

Not sure of what is happening, she looks at him to see whether he is joking but can't tell from his expressionless face.

"Ok, Katie lets go to dinner my sister is waiting" he says as he gets up walking towards her desk to retrieve her purse and coat. "Shall we?" he says as he gestures towards the door. Katie who hasn't said a single word nods and lets him leads her out.
