Well, this will be interesting, to say the least. Allistair will be able to handle they guy all on his own I believe. I will handle his minions. I won't be using my Eldar sword something in me is telling me not. I won't' be able to the after effects this time. But my misty fist are definitely coming out to play.

I activate observe catching them in my view in the distance. Then pushed it further watching only Codis the new info was alarming, to say the least. The rest a need for pause.,

Observe: Codis Beoulve III Level 8 Squire/???

Specialty: Bandit for hire./ Church Disciple

Relations: Codis Beoulve grandchild. Works for Dycedarg Beoulve. Liaison between Dycedarg and the Church in Lim de Berry.

Status: Healthy, agitated, angry

Observe: Common Apostle Level 5 Squire (x3)

Specialty: a.s.sa.s.sination

Relations: Church Orphans

Status: Healthy, scared

"So cousin fancy meeting you here. Tell me, where are the villagers, are you going to get in my way again you saw how it worked last time. If I remember correctly you almost lost some of your people." Codis said as he came out of the brush of trees.

My soul/pyscho power flared up. I activated Lv2 1231/3500 Mental Cleansing to get rid of the fog of hate that overcame me. It partially worked. My mind started suppressing my emotions. I guess the power from X-men helped.

"Well see the thing is... cousin no, thats the wrong choice of words. I got it, you lapdog of Dycendarg they survived. Telling you this is of no real consequence you won't live to see another day." I moved out of the way and allowed Alistair to take point after saying that.

"Oh, big words and how are you going..." Codis stopped once Allistair came into full view. "So you have found the stone and have already used its power. Give me the stone and you can go free if not.."

Codis was unable to finish as Alistair charged at him. A silhouette of a running hound traveled with him.

I went to engage the disciples.

'Lv3 51/100 Misty Fist, Lv3 102/200 Adrenaline Rush' I let it wash over me. I didn't let it go fool blast just letting go for my eyes and ears to react better. I coated my sword that I moved into my non-dominant left hand with 'Lv5 191 /370 Biotic s.h.i.+elding'. My Right hand was fully coated with misty fist.

I moved up to the first squire. I moved around to his side and struck hard with the sword in my left. He did what I hoped he would do. He moved to the right. I pressed forward into him as quick as I could. I struck my right arm outward catching him in the gut.

"Kook" He coughed up some blood. He didn't go down. He was tougher than he looked.

On my left side, the second squire moved up. Striking against me. I placed my sword to parry to take most of the damage.

'

This damage is negligible. But it will add up, have to finish one at a time.

The third squire started to cast magic. No, that isn't right it seems way different. Have no idea which type.

I circled around the two squires. I swung the sword at the back of his leg. Hoping it would drop him down. He slightly bucked I took that chance to stab him in the neck at a downward angle. I was unable to penetrate deeply with my fingers. I settled for ripping off what I could.

"I will kill you mongrel. You are not worthy of the stone or its power." I could hear Codis yelling I was not dumb enough to look back towards that fight.

"Heh, my people are the true masters of the Zodiac Saints power. You filthy Braves are gonna die. This I swear!" Alistair yelled out.

The second squire stopped his attack and stepped back. Next thing I knew he jumps into the air. 'For f.u.c.k's sake, he had dragoon abilities. I have no idea who he was attacking but I just need to move somewhere else to avoid it.'

The first squire was not having that apparently. His hands darted out and scrunched his face.

Black lines appeared out of the ground and surrounded me. I could no longer move, but my hands were still good to go. I looked at the lines and remembered the name of this skill. It's called Pitfall. A skill Geomancy use that inflicts rift damage on a person or group. The side effect being immobilized for a while.

Health -17

'Yup these guys are pretty strong. Time to use more abilities. Lvl1 103/2300 Rune Magic activate.'

I triggered rune magic to help myself out. The surrounding air changed as I pulled in the manifesting droplets. A thin water creature started to form then disappeared into countless water droplets. I used some of the water to thrust my hand downward propelling me into the air over the squire-geomancer.

I used a sweep kick to trip him.

System: Dexterity Check 19

"A demon. He houses a demon! He's a demon wors.h.i.+pper kill him no matter the cost. The heathen must not be allowed to escape." The squire who used geomancy on me called out before I tripped him up. His face became more visible to me now.

He was a pretty boi. I don't like pretty boys so what call me petty. I reared back and kicked him across the face.

With a kick across the face, he went out like a light.

"Hey, I don't have a demon in me or blood in me. Unlike your so-called leaders, I am not summoning demons from h.e.l.l or wherever to rule this place." I retorted back towards the squire-caster and the guy in the air. I was not gonna let this little whelping name sling whatever they wanted at me.

At that time she finished her spell. A giant flaming creature appeared in the sky. His horn caught fire as he raised his hands in the air and bought it downward engulfing me in flames. I didn't' have a fast enough reaction time to move after that kick.

As the area cleared I was f.u.c.king p.i.s.sed. I was. .h.i.t with a d.a.m.n Ifrit! A f.u.c.king Ifrit! She pumped a lot of magic into that attack. The worst part is my d.a.m.n pather abilities are telling me she is innocent the same as her brother.

"Little girl that was a really bad move! I am going to crush your filthy corrupted so-called Zodiac Braves. And reveal the twisted people in your church. You should take your brother and leave." The power from Marvel was keeping my pyscho power from going haywire. But it didn't stop my other power from rising up to match it.

I walked up to her as I gathered my strength. I could feel my Biotics going into overdrive keeping my wounds closed. I stopped a little past where I jumped up from.

"You lie!." Said the caster. She grabbed her axe and bought it to my face with a mighty swing. I felt the force but not the blow itself. White light surrounded her for a moment.

Health -5

She barely sc.r.a.pped me and only did 5 damage. I guess I lucked out. But not too lucky as the squire-dragoon landed. He lunged forward stabbing me in the gut. I need to pay attention to positioning.

"f.u.c.k boy! You got in really deep there." I looked at the sword in my gut. I let some pyscho power flow out to help me ignore the pain there. "My turn now kiddo," I said as I gritted my teeth. I swung my left arm down breaking his sword with the force of the blow and my biotics.

The squire-dragoon went flying tumbling outward pa.s.s the squire-summoner. The biotic energy from the s.h.i.+eld bolstered my healing and closing the wound.

"Dammit, I should have swung up or to the side. At least that way he would have traveled more. Best not make that mistake again." Mumbling out loud, I looked at how he bounces from the blow.

"Brother!" She screamed out! " You insolent cur, you will pay for that." Turning to me she was reading another swing. I was just a little faster.

"Woah there, I didn't even swing for a killing blow on him. The only one I killed was that other guy and he deserves it. As well as that corrupted Beoulve. I will kill you if I have to child!" I said sternly to her while moving sideways to get away from the blow.

"Shutup your the corrupted one! You killed an entire village abusing the power of the Zodiac stone." She said as more white light gathered around her.

"Yeah not gonna lie but you and your brother are being duped. Those people are alive." I looked at her sadly. I don't have time to change her mind or her brother. Codis needs to be dealt with.

Using the condensed water that gathered I coated it around my arm. I sent my arm out like a rocket. A giant aquatic hand went outward. Catching her dead center in the chest propelling her outward. I willed the claws to clutch.

'd.a.m.n It. Didn't work.' I thought to myself. I couldn't feel it after the launch.

Jaina: It is because there was no longer a connection between you and the spell anymore. But good job on the move itself. Both a defensive and offensive spell.

'Holys.h.i.+t thought you were training or something.' I completely forgot about her.

Jaina: I was training then I finished. Deep training can wait until later. I woke up when I felt the magic. Your magic is quite raw.. and untamed. Even before you got the rune magic it was powerful.

'What do you mean before. I didn't have magic before the rune magic?' It wasn't magic it was biotics she knows they aren't the same. So did I have magic before and didn't know it?' She knows more about it magic than me so..' I started to get lost in thought for a few seconds till I remembered where I was.

Jaina:... maybe I am mistaken then.

I looked at the squire on the ground. I walked up and chopped his head off just to be on the safe side. A countdown on him showed in red. A big old 3.

Alistair and Codis were going at it heavy. Alistair's movements are unbelievably fast and powerful. He kept Codis on his toes with each thrust. His clothing was moderately damaged but the armor was pristine. Alistair's entire focus was on codis he didn't look away for a second.

The biotic strands from the battle headed my way since I wasn't moving. I half mediated trying to sense any ambushers coming our way. The brother-sister duo was off in the outskirts. The squire I killed kept gathering magical energy and biotic energy.

"Is this how the crystals are formed after there death.?" I mumbled out. I allowed my soul/pyscho power to flow outward touching around everything. The more I used it the more it harmonized. The voices started to settle down and disappeared back into my soul and psyche. I felt myself getting smarter and more powerful.

Jaina: To think you would harmonize now. Choosing a battle zone. You must be destined for conflict if this the only way you will grow.

'It is not like that I think. I just have a bad temper and things tend to work badly do to it and my actions. You should know what its like to lose control.' I said with a little humor.

Jaina: I do. That is why I am watching you right now. To make sure you don't lose it. Also... No nevermind there is time later.

'Thanks for that. But if you have something to say, I am pretty blunt. Also very insensitive... yeah..' I looked around trying to feel what was in the air. It felt twisted.

System: Intelligence Check 19

"This may work. Lv2 1431/3500 Mental Cleansing activate." As I switched focus from feeling around to kneading the flow.

Jaina: (What powerful magic.)

I used my abilities to pull in the twisted energy toward myself and purified it as I absorbed it. I could feel my Netherworld grow stronger in tandem. I was only able to do this for a few moments when I was interrupted.

Jaina: The battle is getting to the climax with them.

Codis was no slouch but he couldn't keep up with Alistairs precision blows. He made up for it with equipment and potions. I couldn't count all the ones he used. It must be auto potion at work.

"Why do you interfere? Tell me where they are? I have to get Lucrem out of here before the Count's men arrive." Codis said frantically.

"The counts men. One of them is right in front of me how can I let him get away." Allistair while striking out stabbing Codis right in the soldier.

"Hmph, I work for the church, not some foolish Count. Where is the boy Lucrem he has the key," said Codis frantically.

"I will die before I tell you anything. Better yet, you will actually," said Alistair as he raised his weapon up.

"Huh, what's this?" I felt an influx of more magic appear around the body in front of me.

Jaina: Glad you noticed it. It is a teleportation gate be careful.

The body that was in front of me condensed into a black crystal. Then a gate formed around it as a creature pulled itself out.

Jaina: Don't just stand there hit it with everything you have now!

"f.u.c.king h.e.l.l. Activate Lv3 112/200 Adrenaline Rush, Lv5 199 /370 Biotic s.h.i.+elding, Lv3 61/100 Misty Fist, Lv2 1241/3500 Mental Cleansing, Lvl1 103/2300 Rune Magic, Lv1 130/150 Concussive Shot willing it to turn into a vortex of energy and a s.h.i.+eld for me.

My adrenaline rush gave me the time to react. I steady my legs to get ready to jump back. The biotic s.h.i.+elding was placed in my immediate front to absorb the blow and hopefully help with the distance. Misty fist energy was shaped into a claw to go around the rune magic shaped the concussive shot.

"Rrriiipp, Boom," The impact was deafening. The shot hit the creature in the face. The water kept gathering pus.h.i.+ng it further inside the portal. Misty fist droplets that were forming kept hammering against it.

Right after the launch, I jumped back with everything I had. The force projected me across the clearing shattering my s.h.i.+eld mid-flight.

I hit a stone way out in the clearing. My back broke. I noticed the siblings watching the creature. My d.a.m.n abilities were still active. Their biotic strands flowed into me. They were just shocked and angry.

"Koff. Not the smartest thing I have done." I said as I tried to get up. It didn't work I didn't move an inch off the ground. My hands worked that's about it and my neck. "Bleargh." I coughed out copious amounts of blood. I felt dizzy.

The rune magic pulled the magic from the portal. My mental cleansing purified it adding back into the spell. Feeding it.

Jaina: You might die you know that right?

'f.u.c.king h.e.l.l. My back hurts. Can you I don't know help me?' d.a.m.n it she was very calm.

Jaina: No I cannot. But I will use your magic to collapse the portal. As long as you are conscious the spell will loop.

"d.a.m.n it all. Allistair we have a problem here." I yelled out to wherever he was.

"Yeah, we are working on it. Just keep that spell going." Alistair said.

"Who the h.e.l.l is we?" I wondered out loud.

"He meant us." A voice said out loud.

A group of spirit people I guess. Next to each of them was a villager. They surrounded the portal, hands reach out adding magic to my misty fist spell. The creature bellowed in pain. The portal was engulfed in a Tsunami of water and magical energy. Tearing through its body.

My Soul power started reaching to each of them adding power to them. My pyscho power bolstered my mind to keep my focus. Almost all the magic in me poured outward with my biotics. My two hearts were beating powerfully in my chest it was the only thing keeping me alive at this point.

After a few moments. Alistair was next to me. As well as Codis, and the sibling duo. Their biotic strands were a mess.

"I was mistaken we have much to talk about Boss," Alistair said to me quietly. His gaze never left the portal. "That was what slaughtered my people. I thought it was Codis and his troops. After seeing it I remembered more. It would possess Codis for a host and his troops would be taken over by creatures out of the portal. I still want to kill him but we need there help for now.

"I c..a..n't s..ta..y awa..k..e anym..or..e th..e sp..e.ll..it will stop. Good Luck." I said as I started fading out.

I started to lose consciousness. The last thing I heard was a System notice and Jaina.

System: Level up x2. Congrats calculating rewards.

Jaina: Huh you didn't die? That is shocking, not bad at all.

I was on my porch with Jaina looking at me. I was flat on my back with a little fluff of fur underneath me.

Jaina: You are being moved to a different location out there by Alistair. Your wounds are to extensive for your body. If it wasn't for your upgrades you would be dead. That and this wolf.

I moved my head and saw a giant wolf.
