Currently, the trio were in Minhyun's private jet going back to Seoul Airport. Ji-ho let out a sigh as he watched the clouds underneath him through the window. Lots of regrets filled his mind. He wished he made the trip longer. Hanging out with these two was a lot more fun than he expected it to be. Only staying at Jeju for a night was not enough to fulfill what he wanted. Maybe a week would've been better... Though Minhyun would've never agreed if that was the case.
Yoona pat his head. "It's okay. We can meet anyways."
His eyes brightened. "Really?"
"Yup!" She said. Although he could be annoying at times, she didn't mind Ji-ho at all. In fact, she enjoyed his company. "You can always call me up."
A deep voice interrupted their conversation. "Count me out." Minhyun didn't even bother to look up from his tablet. His legs were crossed as he sat in the opposite chair looking at some doc.u.ments for the company.
Yoona shook her head. She placed her hands over Ji-ho's ears and gently whispered in his ear. "Don't listen to that party p.o.o.per. He really does care about you. It's just hard to crack his hard exterior."
Ji-ho let out a giggle. He whispered back. "I know. In his heart, he actually cares about me. After all, if that wasn't the case, we wouldn't have gone on this trip in the first place."
Minhyun's eyes shot up. "Hey, you too," he began as he narrowed his eyes. "You guys are too close. Spread apart."
Ji-ho placed his hands on his chest. "See Yoona! Look at how protective he is of me. He's going to kill you if you get too close."
Yoona tried to hold back a chuckle. Her eyes glanced back at Minhyun, who had an annoyed expression on his face. "I guess he just likes you too much," she teased while poking his cheek.
"Of course. He ate my neck after all."
Yoona blinked. A blush forming on her cheeks. Was that kid referring back to when Minhyun had kissed her neck? "W-w-what?"
"Yeah. It was disgusting."
Minhyun closed his tablet. There was a scary smile on his face shot straight towards the white-haired boy.
Ji-ho gulped. Maybe he want a little bit too far. He didn't mean to, but after his little joke, he couldn't help but take it one step forward. Besides, that whole event was too traumatizing to him, he needed jokes to disinfect his mind.
A nervous laugh escaped his lips. "I love you Minhyun."
"f.u.c.k off."
"Yes sir," he said.
Yoona let out a sigh. "Why do you always do things that will get you in trouble?"
Ji-ho thought for a moment. He placed his index finger on his chin. "Well. It's just fun getting a reaction out of the old man."
Minhyun was going to retort but he decided to keep his mouth shut. By responding, he would be doing exactly what Ji-ho wanted him to do. His eyebrow twitched as he controlled himself. Besides, he wasn't an old man. He was twenty-four for Christ sake!
Yoona laughed and ruffled his hair. "You're really going to get in trouble one day."
"It's okay, i'm going to die anyways if he kills me."
She let out a forced smile. Was this boy really making such jokes after what happened last night? Although she tried to act strong, seeing the boy in such a terrible state put a toll in her heart. She was just trying her best to conceal it for his sake. "Ji-ho."
"Yes?"
"Shut up."
A grand smile lit on his face. "Yes ma'am."
----
Not long afterwards, the trio arrived at their destination. With their luggage carried by the guards, they walked down the platform with light hearts. After leaving the plane, they were brought to the building, the security guards continuously surrounding them. As she walked through the airport, Yoona felt a bit awkward with these large men surrounding her. Everyone was staring.
Suddenly, when they reached the entrance, a sudden urge came up. Since the drive back home would take a bit longer, she decided to go right now.
"I need to go to the washroom," Yoona said. "Can you guys wait here for like five minutes."
Minhyun nodded. "Take your time. Let a security guard come along as well."
She shook her head. "It's okay. I'll be back really fast. Don't worry about it."
She let out a happy smile before waving her hand. Minhyun watched her back as she ran into the crowd. The washroom was somewhere on the left side of the airport so it would take her a bit to get there.
Ji-ho a.n.a.lyzed Minhyun's expression. The CEO had a small smile on his face, his eyes twinkling against the light. "How can you love someone that much?"
Minhyun's eyes shot down. "Love?"
"Duh."
A small smile lit on the CEO's face. "I'm not even sure if this is love or my selfishness but I guess it just happens. You can't control it."
Ji-ho proceeded to act as if he was about to throw up. What Minhyun said sounded like something from a movie script. Was that man planning on filming a movie by himself? "Disgusting."
"You're missing out," he replied glancing down at the boy.
Ji-ho stayed quiet for a moment. His arms crossed against his chest. "Maybe."
As the two talked, time pa.s.sed by slowly. Minhyun glanced at the spot where he had last seen Yoona. Where was she? Didn't she say that it would be quick? He glanced at the watch on his wrist. Ten minutes pa.s.sed. Although he was perplexed, he decided to wait it out a bit in case Yoona was having trouble with something.
More time pa.s.sed by.
And pa.s.sed.
And pa.s.sed.
When the airport worker checked the women's washroom as Minhyun's request to see if Yoona was alright, she came back empty-handed. There was a terrified expression on her face.
Yoona had disappeared. Nowhere to be found.
