'Cain Greydale I am so gonna kill you! How dare you do this to me? G.o.d, did I agree to date a monster or what?'
Sia thought looking in the mirror of the toilet cubicle. She was furious at her own boyfriend: the guy was like a monster, one who wouldn't let her be. Her neck was covered with newly made red marks which took much more s.p.a.ce than her real skin.
She lifted her hoodie only to realise that her upper body was not spared either. How was she going to hide all of those? Like wear a long sleeved hoody? In summer? Okay that was still manageable, but what about the neck!? What was she to do with all the hickies on her neck? How was she going to go to work tomorrow morning!?
She hadn't brought any foundation with her so all she could do was to use a scarf to hide the love bites. Her outfit looked quite weird considering it was almost June.
She took a last look at herself. She knew as much as she needed to take care of her appearance, more so Cain required a lot of effort to calm down his needs and the raging heat in him.
Thinking of this a thought crossed her mind abruptly. Smiling to herself she left the cubicle.
She approached their row, where Cain was now sitting in his previous 'stranger seatmate' appearance. He looked up to her and was about to stand up and give her way, when Sia suddenly sat on his lap, straddling him. With swiftness, she stuck her body to his, guiding his arms on her hips and putting her own around his neck.
At her actions, Cain was completely dumbstruck. She was the one who fought to finally stop their make out session and she was initiating now? Cain felt his manhood, that was still not completely relaxed, becoming all erect again, touching her own s.e.x. He was about to ask her to take his mask off when he felt something soft around his earlobe. He immediately turned stiff from her touch but the next second he was even more stimulated than ever. She started playing with his earlobes with her tongue, occasionally biting them and causing him to relax even further.
He felt how she trailed off to his neck and started playing with it too. After a second, he felt a slight sting on his neck after which she started sucking it. His eyes went wide. The girl was playing with fire. He was about to pull her even closer and claim her one more time, when he felt the emptiness on his lap.
Looking to the neighbouring seat, he saw her looking out of the window with a slight smile on her face and sitting there as if nothing happened.
'What the ...' feeling his o.r.g.a.s.m he immediately knew the meaning behind the little fox's smile. He made a mental note never to forget that she surely wouldn't lay down without a fight. Just great, now there was no other way but to use the bathroom.
Cursing at his own carelessness, he gave her a mean look and left his seat with much difficulty.

- May 24, Monday -
Never in her life had Sia used as much foundation as today. She covered all the purple marks on her neck and taking a final look headed straight to the hospital. She had a surgery planned for the afternoon.
"Oh my! My little angel is back!" said an old man in his 60s spreading his arms, ready for a hug.
"Hi, my dearest Dr. Brown! Did you miss me?" Sia said hugging the doctor.
Before Dr. Brown could say a word, a cheerful young woman answered her, pus.h.i.+ng Dr. Brown to the side and hugging Sia on her own;
"Of course we missed you! You can't imagine how gloomy the hospital was without its angel present!"
"Clara, I so love your exaggerations!" Sia chuckled at Clara's words.
Clara was the young scrub nurse she was so used to working with. This was actually the same nurse that was her 'informant' on all of Will's activities. Sia doubted there was anyone as much into him as her.
Soon, the corridor was crowded with the hospital personnel, ranging from janitors to the heads of different departments. Sia started distributing all the presents she brought with her to each and every one of them. Afterwards, excusing herself she walked to the outpatient clinic to meet her patient that she was going to operate on.
"Hi Mr. Davis! Long time no see. How are you doing?"
Mr. Davis, who was in his 40s, turned to Sia and answered with a smile,
"Happier now that my angelic doctor is back! Heard you went to a conference and blew it away huh?" He chuckled with his last statement.
"Clara!" Sia stated annoyingly without even needing any explanation.
Mr Davis laughed even harder. His wife soon came back from the shop and they engaged in another small talk.
"So, Mr Davis, for the last time, I need to make sure that you are ready. As you know your right middle cerebral artery aneurysm is unruptured and is relatively small in size. You can continue living with it and it might never ever cause any problems to you, however, if you choose to do the operation, there are going to be risks a.s.sociated with it as it is in quite a tricky location. You were hesitating quite a bit the last time we talked so please let me know if there are any changes to your decision.",
"Doc, I don't want to live with a ticking bomb in my head. So get rid of it!" answered Mr. Davis, pointing at his forehead with his forefinger.
Sia smiled at him and said,
"Got it! Then we'll see each other in an hour, in the OR [Operating Room]."

- Few hours later -
"Okay, Jem, I will be leaving the closing to you."
"Sure Doc, I will take care of it!" answered Jem, a trainee neurosurgeon that had been in the hospital for two years now.
Sia left the OR to see her other patients. This was her usual life and even though she already missed Cain, she was actually thrilled to be back to the hospital. After all, this was the place where her 'gift' was put into use. Even though not every surgery was as successful as that of Mr. Davis, she was still glad she was here: afterall, failure was not the opposite of success, but it was rather a part of it.
