On September 30, I returned to Y city in advance to prepare for Jin s.h.i.+ and Yin s.h.i.+'s wedding the next day. As a bridesmaid who is also the wedding guest, I spent the whole day checking everything against the dense list and staring at the wedding rehearsal. At eight o'clock in the evening, I received a text message from the Doctor: [I have arrived safely.]

I hugged Yin s.h.i.+: “Have a good sleep. ” Then left her home.

At home.

My mother came to open the door and told me in a low voice: “He said he was not hungry, so he drank a cup of soybean milk. ”

“Probably tired. ” I gently pushed open the door of the room, the Doctor was half on the bed, with his eyes closed.

I crept over and crouched down to look at him.

I remember when I was a child, my grandmother brought back a kitten from her friend's house. It was completely black and still not weaned. Its eyes were half closed. I sit next to it every morning after breakfast, holding a dropper and feeding it milk. After feeding it, I watch it. I saw it was lunch time in the blink of an eye. After lunch, I continue to watch it. Dinner came in the blink of an eye. Time really flies like flowing water.

Albert Einstein told us that living with loved ones, days feel like seconds.

Gu Wei and I just looked at each other, and two years pa.s.sed by so quickly.

Listening to his even breathing, I poked at his eyelashes with my fingertips. My heart felt so soft.

Gu Wei opened his eyes and blinked slowly.

I touched his face: “Are you hungry?”

Gu Wei shook his head and reached for the LCD clock on the bedside table. It was 9:30. He sat up slowly and then: “Ah, it's the guest room …”

I watched him curl his lips and take a bath and I put out his pajamas. I wanted to smile for no reason. I got up and went to the kitchen to make him a cup of rice porridge.

Gu Wei took a bath, drank rice porridge obediently, and then stuck to my back. I cleaned the table–he followed, washed the dishes–he followed, closed the soybean milk machine, and he continued to follow.

I couldn't help but burst out laughing, took his hand and dragged him into the bedroom. When I pa.s.sed the living room, I calmly ignored Teacher Lin's round eyes.

At half past ten, the door of the room was knocked three times and Teacher Lin leaned half in. At that time, Gu Wei was lying on the bed, leaning against the head of the bed to leaf through a magazine. I was sitting at the table with a face mask, and both of us looked up at him.

“Oh–,” Teacher Lin looked at the very virtuous scene, “I'm going to bed first. You also go to bed early. ”

Gu Wei and I: “Good night?”

Teacher Lin: “Good night …” and quietly retired.

Everybody coming and going are so during the wedding day. Which bride can expect to sleep in so late on the wedding day?

Yin s.h.i.+ can.

The makeup artist arrived, and she slept until nearly 9 o'clock, only to be pinched awake by Jin s.h.i.+. (They live opposite each other)

I watched her slowly drink milk and apply a facial mask in the room filled with wedding dresses. I deeply felt that such a leisurely bride is really rare in the world.

At noon, Jin Yin's mother and my mother brought a large pot of dumplings and a large pot of supper, implying a happy reunion. (San San: Is it a good mix?)

Gu Wei worked harder than me. When I was sitting in my room making up and changing clothes after the meal, he was caught and was told to meet someone at the station.

The table will open at 6: 06 p.m.

Jin s.h.i.+ personally edited and made a short flash movie opening, the history of him and Yin Xi for 20 years. A simple black-and-white style, the last sentence “our whole life, has just begun. ” made numerous female compatriots at the scene cry, including the bride herself. She obviously did not expect the surprise to come so soon that night.

We were screaming desperately under the stage, so our ‘Leisure Queen' was not leisurely—the wedding presented by Jin s.h.i.+ was too different from her previous rehearsal wedding. Her expression at the first half of the wedding was unplanned. Before exchanging rings, she came down to change clothes and grabbed me by the waist as soon as she entered the dressing room: “You traitor!”

I was tickled to laugh by her: “Only when there are surprises can there be happiness. ”

After the exchange of rings, the kiss was over, and the audience threw flowers together.

A group of unmarried young men and women stood in a row.

Yin s.h.i.+ took the MC's microphone: “I have an additional request. Whoever gets the bouquet, within one year, definitely! Marry!”

Then, amid the crowd's uproar, the bouquet flew straight towards me. At the same time, with me at the center of the circle and two people within the radius, they retreated aside to form a circle to block the bouquet s.n.a.t.c.hers.

I reached for it subconsciously and the red ball of roses fell into my arm.

I looked at the people retreating around me, San San, Yin s.h.i.+'s cousin, other Yin s.h.i.+'s cousin … don't indulge in corrupt practices > <>

In the second half of the wedding, people who knew me poked fun at me: “Lin Zhixiao, you must get married in a year! ” at Gu Wei's table, someone even asked Teacher Lin directly: “When will I drink their wedding wine?”

What a shame.

In the evening, my parents went back first. I arranged for the guests to go home with Gu Wei, holding the red flower ball in my hands.

Gu Wei suddenly blurted out, “When we get married, use white flowers. You look better with white flowers.”

I felt my face was almost the same color as the flowers in my hand.

The next morning, the doorbell rang.

When I opened the door, I was almost blinded by my cousin's commercial smile.

“Hi! Long time no see, I heard that you have to make an appointment first. ”

“Hey~ girl, I heard that you found a Doctor. ” Cousin stretched out her hand to quickly rub my hair into a chicken nest.

“Do Doctors like you feel uncomfortable without destroying something by hand each day? =_="

Cousin cleared his throat: “My hands make mo—” she was shocked to see Gu Wei coming out of my room.

Then-eyes wide, she strode past–

“The trouble maker brought trouble to our house?!”

In fact, with the coincidence that Gu Wei and Xiao Zhongyi are distant relatives, I should not have been so surprised by the fact that ‘cousin and Gu Wei have met', but the two of them neither shook hands nor scolded each other; they just looked at each other silently, which made me a mess with the idea ‘what happened between them, did they?'. No, no, no…

I walked over and asked: “You know each other?”

Cousin scanned the expressionless Gu Wei from top to bottom: “We played together a couple of times.”

The two of you are separated by a grade, and your schools were also separated by half a city, but you were able to play together? X city is really an open international metropolis…

I don't know what they talked about. When I returned to the living room after was.h.i.+ng a plate of fruit, the two had already had a good talk and looked chummy.

While Gu Wei went to the balcony to answer a phone call, I gossiped with my cousin: “So, Gu Wei— in college—”

Cousin peeled an orange: “Oh, he played basketball well and his pa.s.sing skills was quite good.”

I really want to say, ‘how come you are so bad at gossiping?!'

When I saw off my cousin, I tiptoed around Gu Wei's neck and said angrily, “be honest! What's the matter between the two of you?!"

My father entered the living room while I was trying to extort a confession.

“Lin Zhixiao, don't bully Gu Wei.”

Then my mother followed in.

“Lin Zhixiao, don't bully Gu Wei. ”

The Doctor smilingly said, “Don't bully me.”

Me: “Tsk, I seldom play hooligan …”

Later, I learned the whole story.

Twice at their medical school friendly matches. On my cousin's side, members of their cheerleader team, had a crush on Gu Wei and asked for Gu Wei's number. Cousin helped her to ask.

As a result, Gu Wei thinks my cousin is like a female pimp, and my cousin thinks Gu Wei is a playboy.

I thought of a sentence from a sociology teacher: “Misunderstandings are caused by poor communication. ”

Special Dialog

Doctor: It is said that you can know anyone in the world through 6 people.
