I walked through the forest till I found a small creek flowing from the west. I found a large fallen tree nearby and sat down and put my scythe next to me. Why the h.e.l.l did he think that it was okay to do that, I thought. I lifted my hand up to my neck and unclipped the clasp on the locket. I held it in my hand and flipped it open. What was this for, I thought. I decided to see what would happen if I said pyani again, but kept holding the locket. I shut it again and muttered the word. The same glowing light came out of it, but this time it started to move in different directions. To my left and my right, encircling me. I stood up, confused. I felt my feet warm up suddenly and I look down. My boots had changed. They were now taller and a really light grey, almost white. My skirt seemed to split off into two separate things of light blue fabric. I realized that I was somehow wearing a leotard of the same color. My wings starting turning purple and crystallizing. They looked like solid purple and blue flames. I was really confused. I messed with the fabric on my sides. I turned my head and heard a crack. I turned back and muttered pyani again. In a split second I was back in my regular clothes. I sat back down and put the locket back on. The sound of rustling leaves alerted me. I grabbed my scythe and stood up. As soon as the sound stopped I turned around and pushed Charles against a tree, my scythe at his neck. He looked at me, scared for his life. His neck was stretched out, trying to avoid the blade. I moved it closer and said, "Why the f.u.c.k did you do that back there!?"
"I-I just-t...." Charles said, stuttering. He was whimpering and sweat was rolling down his face in fear.
I pulled the blade back a little, but it was still at his neck, "I would like an explanation before I slice your throat you b.a.s.t.a.r.d!"
Charles looked at me and sighed, "When we met in the pub, I couldn't keep my mind off of you. I thought maybe you were the same. I decided to go for it. I guess that wasn't the best idea."
"Yeah, it wasn't. What even made you think I felt like that!?" I said dropping the scythe.

He looked at me and dropped to the ground. He was panting. He looked up at me then looked away in shame. I turned around and went back to where I was sitting. I set my scythe back at my side and sighed. I sat there hearing Charles pant behind me.
