"What do you think you are doing here?" Out of all the people, Xue Li never expected to be her. This woman cannot even level up to her, how could she be here?

"Hm? Who are you?" When Mi Rong opened the door and saw the person in front of her, she had long recognized this young lady. Hmph, her temper never seems to have changed; belittling others seemed to be her job.

Xue Li felt the urge to drag this woman out of her face, such a hindrance. "It seems your memory is not too well, shall I recall it for you?"

With each word, Xue Li slowly walked forward. Every step she took, she pulled out her best intimidating air; however, the person who she was going against was a past princess and has long been indifference to all intimidations from everyone (Except her mother).

It would always work on everyone and this woman should not be any different. She really knows how to be shameless and walk inside Jun Kai's house!

However, as Xue Li walked closer to Mi Rong, her height could not compare to Mi Rong's. Even with her high heels, she was still shorter than Mi Rong who did not have any heels on.

However, even when Xue Li was only a foot away from Mi Rong, the other person did not show any signs of wavering. Xue Li could not accept it and said, "Hmph, you really have got the nerve to even appear here. Let me tell you something, this place is not a place where you should be. Why not just leave nicely?" Xue Li's tone was full of scorn.

Mi Rong only smirked and turned around. She did not forget to close the door; shutting the person outside out from the house.

Sigh. What a headache.

Everyone who had been inside had yet to return to their separate rooms and were waiting for Mi Rong to come back. They were slightly surprised to see her coming back alone without the person outside.

"Hm? Rong-er, who's the person outside?"

"Grandma, I'm not sure as well. She's a young lady with long messy hair. And…"

Then, the telephone in the house rang. The housekeeper swiftly did his job and answered the phone, when he knew who the other person was, his face became complicated.

"Grandma Feng, its miss Xue Li. She's waiting outside the front door."

"Oh, so it's young miss Xue Li." Grandma Feng smiled a smile that was unreadable. She turned towards Jun Kai and said, "Jun Kai, give Qing Qing to Mi Rong and go to receive our guest."

Jun Kai looked at his daughter one more time before saying "Yes."

Mi Rong then stepped in to hold Qing Qing.

Both of them carefully transferred Qing Qing as they both did not want the little girl to wake up from her sweet dreams. The three all looked intimate towards others eyes.

All the maids and the housekeeper were smiling. Even though they were long past their young age, but they were all in joy to see their young master who had been down this past few years showing his warm side once again. The person who was most ecstatic could only be the head of the house, grandma Feng was very pleased.

Before Jun kai left, grandma Feng had instructed some words, "Ah-Kai, it's very late at the moment, so it's best you let our driver drive her to our hotel branch in the city. Tell her to come over tomorrow."

"Yes, grandmother."

"Very well then, Let's go up then Mi Rong."

"Alright."

Mi Rong and Jun Kai both went on separate ways, but as Mi Rong walked upstairs, Jun Kai turned to look at her one more time and his eyes became warm. Who knew if it was because of his daughter or both?

Xue Li had haughtily crossed her arms as she waited for someone to open it as that girl had also locked the door from inside. Such a despicable person! The door then opened once again and this time, Xue Li's face brightened. It was Jun Kai!

"Jun Kai?" Her voice sweetened and was totally different from her previous behaviour. She acted like a benevolent person full of positivity.

"Hm, I'll get someone to take you to the Feng's hotel and then pick you up to come tomorrow." Once Jun Kai had finished speaking he turned around and was about to return back inside.

"Wait! I…"

"Take care." He then left Xue Li outside the house and hastily went to take care of his daughter. However, he was stopped by Lin Cheng.

"Sir, I've received some news from the chairman."

Jun Kai's steps stopped. "Speak."

"It seems like the chairman has found a person for your engagement sir."

Whilst listening to Lin Cheng's report his hands became clenched into fists, "Who is it?"

"It's Miss Xue Li sir."

"That old fox!"

"Miss Xue Li has come to Shang Hai to become closer to you and young miss sir. Also, she's here to win over grandma Feng's approval sir. Her father had called the chairman about the engagement and the chairman agreed."

"When's the date for the engagement?"

"Our spies have reported that it would be in two months time sir."

"Very well, I'll give them a taste of their own doings." Jun Kai had never liked anyone to order him around and he would be leaving the company once he has talked to the Xuan's (Mi Rong's company) leader and he'll then once and for all cut off all ties from this dirty place.

"But sir, there's another report that has just been found. On the day madam's accident, Miss Xue Li had met up with madam before the accident sir."

Jun Kai's eyebrows furrowed, "So she was lying!?"

"Yes sir, Miss Xue Li had erased all the evidence from that day and all the witness on that day sir, and it took a year for us to compile the entire evidence, sir."

"Start investigating from her then. I'll keep her close and we'll see what more will she do."

"Yes, sir!"
