REBORN: Revenge Chapter 301 - Revenge 302: I Owe You Two More Than I Owe Your Mother

Aaron pulled his sister behind him. "Talk? Don't you think that the first person you should talk to is the woman who you left with two children to take care of?"

Even though no one told him that Arion has been in the country for quite a while now, Aaron can tell that is the case. And with that in mind, Aaron has gotten angrier than before.

How could he not face his mother first when got here? How could he not showed himself sooner?!

Aaron wants to voice out his question but he could not. He is afraid that if he does, his father's answer will only disappoint him and it could break his sister's heart. Aaron does not care what happened to his feelings, but for his sister, he cares about it a lot.

So he dares not to question Arion in front of Anna.

"I, I know I should talk to your mother, but I owe you two more than I owe your mother." It may sound like he does not care about Mary, but that is not the case.

He and Mary had the chance to get to know each other. But between him and his twins, they did not have the chance to get to know each other. He left when his twins were so little.

"You owe us? You're d.a.m.n right! You owe us—"

"Brother, calm down. Nothing's gonna get solve if you're angry. Let's calm first before talking about this again." Anna interrupted her brother. She is afraid that her brother will say something painful and will regret it in the end.

"You three come inside. You will get the neighbors' attention if you fight here." Claire said in purpose. She saw Anna's expression and she empathizes with her. Anna is such a nice girl, she doesn't deserve to be in the middle of everything.

Anna wants to believe her father, yet she wants to side with her brother. Two sides and she can't choose one because if she chose one side, the other side will get hurt.

From the first time, Claire saw Anna, she knew right away that Anna is the type of girl who would do anything for her love one, maybe doing too much for her love one. That type of person is the one who is easy to get hurt. Claire wonders if Anna once thought about doing something for herself.

"So where is your mother?" Claire asked as she serves some refreshments to the twins. 

As she does that in the corner of her eyes, there is one person who is trying to get her attention, and that person would her idiotic husband. She already vented her anger to her husband, but it is still not enough for what her idiotic husband had done.

He made her believe that he is dead, he made her cry countless of times, and now, all he can say is sorry? Remembering what he said earlier, saying sorry to her made her wanna laugh out loud. Saying sorry is not enough to mend the wound he had cause to her.

Her husband and Arion deserve to be beaten, but then again, beating them won't enough to satisfy her also. Claire is sure that Mary would think the same. If they both want their trust back, they should do something that is worthy of their trust.

Trust is the most expensive thing in the world, and they should work hard to be deserving of it.

"Mom?" Anna started. "She's on a date." Because of the delicious drink, Anna said that without much of a thought. When she realized what she just said, she glances at her father. For some reason, she wants to beat herself for saying such information about her mother without thinking.

Anna was about to say that she was just kidding, but her father suddenly stood up and said, "I'm sorry, Aunty Claire. I think I have to go now. There is an emergency I have to take care of." Without waiting for anyone's reply, Arion dashed out of the house.

"I made a big mistake, didn't I?" Anna nervously said.

"No. You didn't, sweet child." Claire rea.s.sures Anna with a smile. "It's only a natural of your father to react that way whenever he hears some guys getting close to your mother. So don't worry too much about it."

There is definitely going to be an argument when Arion and Mary meet each other, but it's best for them to meet now, right? After all, Arion needs Mary to help him get close to the twins. The sooner Arion coaxes Mary, the sooner Arion will be able to get his twins to trust him.

"Okay! Since we're all being honest here, then I'm gonna say something!" Leon started in a declaring tone. "Kyle is one of the few people who knows that your father is around."

"Say what?" Anna and Aaron said at the same time.

"Mary, it's so nice to see you again." A handsome man greeted Mary as soon as she got neat the table her twins reserved for her so-called date.

"Same here, Yun." Seeing Yun again for the first time in such a long time, Mary felt nostalgic about the time she and Yun were young and all they do is have fun. She wonders if she could do those things again just one more time.

"It's hard to believe that your twins are the culprit for setting up this date." Yun can only laugh when he remembered the call he received from the twins. They suddenly asked him to go on a date with their mother, and that really surprised him.

At first, he wanted to reject, but after thinking through it, he agreed. Meeting with Mary is not such a bad thing, after all, he and Mary know what kind of relations.h.i.+p they both have now.

Mary chuckled after hearing that, "I know. I mean, do you even call this a date?"

"No, I don't. It's more like a reunion for both of us." The feelings he had towards Mary is long gone, and if people misunderstand there meet up today, then it's their fault.

"It's nice talking to you like this again," Mary said as she shows her grateful smile.

Apart from Leonardo and the others, Yun is the only who she considers as her friend outside of the organization.

Being around Yun is making her feel like a normal person for a moment. 

"Let's do this again with Leonardo and the others. It's much more fun with them." Yun is one of those people who is not afraid of getting close to Mary after knowing what kind of other job she is doing.
