REBORN: Revenge 447 Revenge 448: Good Enough To Take Care Of Babies

"Kyle looks so upset. What happened to him?" Anna asked. They have not yet arrived on their destination, and yet, Kyle is already not in his good mood. Anna wonders what happened to him.

"You really have no idea?" Alfonso asked back. He strongly believes that Anna is only pretending that she genuinely has no idea, but no matter how long he stared at her, she only blink her eyes so innocently.

"Would I ask, if I already know the answer?" Even since what happened earlier, Kyle has been deep in his thought, and sometimes Anna can even him calling himself 'stupid,' hearing that from him is somewhat making her worry.

"Anna, you are a smart girl. If you just obverse closely, you would know the answer to your question." Since it is a problem between the two, Alfonso has no intention of getting himself involved. It is better for Anna to take the initiative to find out the answer that she is looking for. "As a matter of fact, I think it's better for you to ask him yourself," Alfonso added.

Alfonso took a glance at the little guy sleeping soundly in his arms, then he released a sigh of relief. 'A day has not yet to come and you already caused so many troublesome thoughts in your cousin's head.' Alfonso inwardly said.

Following what Alfonso just said to her, Anna sat right next to Kyle.

Kyle noticed her presence, then he glances at her without saying anything. He is too ashamed of what he was thinking earlier that he could not even say a word to Anna. He is sure that Anna must be worried about him, but he can't explain himself to her.

It is way too childish, and he doesn't want Anna to laugh at his childishness.

"Hey, you're not saying anything to me. Did I do something wrong?" No matter what kind of mood Kyle is in, he would always say something sweet to her. And right now, he is not saying a word.

With him being like this, Anna can't stand it and it is making her feel like she has done something that made Kyle be upset with her.

Hearing that, Kyle suddenly felt guilty. He did not mean for Anna for like she's the one who is wrong. But his pride is blocking him from telling the truth of what he thought of Alexandre earlier.

"No! You didn't do anything, I just don't feel well that's all." Kyle revealed a smile, a rea.s.suring smile, but that didn't change anything. Anna is still wondering if it is her fault for Kyle's mood.

Although she doesn't believe what Kyle just said, Anna just played along, "You don't feel well? Do you want to sleep? I'm sure that there is a more comfortable spot on this plane that you can sleep on."

Anna was about to stand up and look for a spot for Kyle to sleep on, but Kyle pulled her back to her seat. "There is no need for you to do that. I'm more comfortable doing this." Kyle puts his head on Anna's shoulder, then he closes his eyes. Other than his comfortable bed, Kyle feels more relaxed just by sitting next to Anna.

Knowing that she is right next to him is more relaxing than not knowing at all.

Anna didn't complain, and just let Kyle do whatever he wants. She may not have the answer that she wants to hear, but then again, Kyle might be telling her the truth. He might be not feeling well at all.

Hours flew by, and they have finally arrived. Anna's eyes glimmered knowing the fact that she is at the place where she always wanted to visit. A place where most couples would like to go on a trip.

In her past life, Anna wanted to visit this place with Juan. She even has a plan ready whenever Juan says that it was good to go, but obviously her dream of wanting to go to this place with Juan was never been achieved.

Anna would not even bother herself to ask. After knowing that she has been deceived by Rebecca and Juan, there is no doubt that those two traitors have been here together without her knowing. After all, whenever Juan is on a trip, Rebecca is also away.

'How did I not even notice those coincidences? I'm such a fool for not noticing it.' Anna inwardly criticizes herself.

"You are that excited about the runway show?" Alfonso said when he saw the smile on Anna's face.

"Nope," Anna replied without any hesitation or whatsoever. "I'm excited about what is about come after the runway show." Since lying won't help her in any sort of way, Anna spoke what was on her mind.

"So, you don't care about showing off my designs to the audience?" Alfonso spoke as if he has been hurt by Anna's honesty. He expected Anna to be more excited about showing off his designs, but instead, Anna is more excited about the fact that she can go to places that she never been before after the show. And most likely, Kyle will there to accompany her.

"I do care! But Uncle, you have to understand, I may not be the one who is stressing on how to solve my family's problem, but I am still involved in it, and it is stressing me out. This trip is my only ticket to take a break." Anna sincerely explained to Alfonso.

After hearing Anna's explanation, Alfonso felt sorry for Anna. Anna does not deserve to be involved in such a dangerous life, but it is what it is. Anna is still way too young to be part of any of this. She should be enjoying what any young teenage girls like her do.

"I wish I could help more about this problem, but Mary is not letting me in." Since Johan's sudden appearance and Johan's big possibility of being involved with the Ricci family, Alfonso knows too well that he is practically involved in the matter.

However, Mary is not letting him get involved any further. She is saying that he should focus more on his son than to think about Johan or the Ricci family. She also said that she will update him whenever there are chances that he will get attack by either of their enemies and that he must stay vigilant at all times.

"I could understand why my mother said that, Uncle," Anna said as she stared at where Alexandre and Kyle is. Anna chuckled when she saw that Kyle is having a hard time trying to calm Alexandre from crying. "Alexandre is important, and Mom would not want you to pay less attention to him just because of this problem."

If Alfonso were to focus more on the problem that the organization is facing, then Alfonso's attention to Alexandre will be less, and who knows when will this problem will end. It could be years, and during those years Alexandre will grow up feeling like he is not loved by his father and that his father is more focused on its work than him. That is most likely the reason why Anna's mother does not want Alfonso to take action.

"I know. I know your mother well. But for me, it just does not feel right. I wanna help, I really do, but I don't have the permission to do that." Sometimes, Alfonso thinks that Mary is way too considerate to everyone that she is close to. She would rather do everything by herself than to ask her friends to help her.

It is not because she is arrogant and thinks that she can solve everything by herself, it is because she thinks that if she asks for help, she will put pain to her friends. She may be cold, but she is the nicest person in the world that Alfonso ever knew.

"Uncle, I don't know what you and Anna are talking about, but I really need that conversation to stop right now because I don't think I can stand any more of this." Ever since Alexandre woke up in his arms, the little guy has been crying. Kyle did everything that he could to make the little guy stop crying, but his efforts were in vain.

Now, he feels discouraged. He thinks that he does not have what it takes to be a good father in the future.

Alfonso released a chuckle, then he took Alexandre. The little guy soon calmed down, and that made Kyle even more depressed.

"Why the face?" Anna asked Kyle gently.

"I'm not good with babies like Alexandre, and I think that it will be the same in the future. I'm hopeless." Hearing Kyle said that Anna finds it very cute.

"You may not be good with babies like Alexandre, but you are trying. In that aspect, I think that you are good enough to take care of babies." Whatever other people might say to Kyle, Anna thinks that Kyle is good with babies.
