"I am so excited!" Anna said excitedly on the back seat of the car . She, Aaron and her mother are currently on their way to the hospital to see Alfonso's child .

Anna is currently curious about what gender the baby is . Her uncle Fonso didn't mention anything else about the baby and this was the most intriguing mystery she has ever dealt with and at the same time a very exciting matter .

"Calm down and sit properly, Anna . "

Anna ignored her brother's words and ask him, "Brother, what do you think the baby's gender is?"

Aaron rolled his eyes in annoyance, this twin of his just won't listen when she's excited which is sometimes worrisome . Aaron did not answer his sister's question and just closed his eyes indicating that he does not want anybody to disturb him . Anna huffed when she saw what her brother just did, for the first time she does not want to be ignored by her own beloved brother .

Once they have arrived at the hospital the one who greeted them is Alfonso . The way he looks right now is very different from his usual fas.h.i.+onista way, he's dressed very casually today and he looks very manly right now . This Alfonso in front of them really surprises Aaron as if this is the first time he met Alfonso that he couldn't recognize .

"Uncle, you look . . . beautifully handsome . . . ?" Alfonso doesn't know whether to laugh or scoffed at what Aaron just said to him . Normally, Alfonso would take it as a compliment but for some reason, he's not in the mood to take compliments right now .

Alfonso led the three of them to where the mother of his child is in . Her name was Pia and just a month ago she has given birth to his child and it has been a month for her stay in the hospital because of her health .

After a few days have pa.s.sed since she gave birth to Alfonso's child, Pia called Alfonso to tell him about the child and the condition of her health . That is how it all started, now, he is slowly accepting the fact that he has a child to take care of . The only regret he has now is that why did he allow Pia resigned as his a.s.sistant on that day . If he just persists on asking why she is resigning maybe just maybe he could do something about Pia's health and she might stay much longer for the sake of the child .

Alfonso was deep in his thoughts that he didn't realize that they are already in front of Pia's room . A baby's loud cry return him to reality; a feeling of happiness and regret throb in Alfonso's chest when he heard the baby's cry .

Slowly, Alfonso opens the door afraid that he might make the baby more upset than it already is . For the past few visits that he took, he learned that his child can easily get startled when there is unwanted noise and every time he visits he is always careful with his actions .

When the door finally opens wide, Anna and the others saw a beautiful pale woman with a handsome little baby boy crying in her arms . The scene was breathtaking and the same time it's heartbreaking knowing what is most likely the result in the near future .

Seeing the four figures at the door, Pia smiles sweetly at them and welcomed them heartedly, "It's nice to see you again Mrs . Coleman and Coleman family's favorite twins . "

Without waiting for everyone else, Anna lightly steps inside and excitedly said, "Oh my gos.h.!.+ Oh my gos.h.!.+ He's so adorable!" The volume in Anna's voice was low and sweet to hear that the baby stop crying and giggles cutely .

"Looks like he likes you, young miss . "

Anna frowned when she heard Pia called her 'young miss', "Big sis Pia! Please don't call me that!"

Pia was surprised to hear what Anna just said and this is also the first time that Anna called her big sis and for some reason, it felt comfortable for her . 'Maybe it's because I'm dying that it felt nice to hear her say that . '

Pia's surprised face was something that Anna expected because she has never called her like that before . This is the first time even after she woke up from where everything turns back in time . Anna felt that calling Pia like that is more appropriate since her child is related to her uncle Fonso .

"What's the baby's name?" Aaron asked . In truth, Aaron was holding himself back from pinching the baby in the face . Like his sister, he also has a soft spot when it comes to babies . For him, babies are the most innocent ones in the world because they don't have any clue how harsh this world can offer and sometimes he hopes that as they grow up they should continue that way and lead this harsh world for a better point of view .

"Alexandre Dreyar, that's his name," Pia said lovingly as she kisses baby Alexandre's cheeks . The baby babbled after she did that; this scene looks so beautiful as Anna and the others watch .

This scene is something very familiar to Mary, she knows what Pia is feeling right now . It's the love of a mother towards her child; it's an indescribable feeling that only a mother knows . How she wishes to go back in time where her twins were just so little in her arms . Their little laughs and their cries, how she misses those days .

"That name suits him, Pia . Are you the one who named him?" Mary asked; before Pia could answer Alfonso interrupted .

"She did . " In truth, Pia wanted Alfonso to name their baby but Alfonso declined that offer because Alfonso felt that it's much better for his son's mother to name him; at least this way he can tell his son when he grows up that his mother named him and that Pia loves him very much .
