We logged out from the game and decided to meet after taking our dinner. I woke Mari and Azzie up after preparing our dinner.

"Did you guys pa.s.s the elimination round?" I already know the answer but it was just a conversation starter while we're eating. This is the only time we can talk to each other.

"Yes, we pa.s.sed without any problems but with the partic.i.p.ation of the strongest player, our strongest member might not get the first place in the tournament, how about you Bro?" That's right, that Aurora girl got some overpowered spells.

"I barely pa.s.sed and the race was kind of fun too. That Ice Wyvern freaked the h.e.l.l out of me." It did scare me, yes but I'm already used to seeing one.

"Yeah, we saw that monster too. It was really big and scary but beautiful and magnificent at the same time." She replied.

After having chitchat they decided to go back to the game.

"Let's go, Mari. We still have important things to do." Azzie said.

"Oh, wait a sec let me help bro a bit. I'm embarra.s.sed about making my Bro, always cleaning by himself." It's not really necessary Mari. I'm happy to serve you.

"Don't sweat yourself, Mari. Let me do it, that's the only thing I can do for you."

"Thanks, bro, you're the best. See you in the game later." She said and entered their room.

After that, I logged in back to the game and they are already waiting for me.

"Hey Scy, you're back. Let's go to the tavern and rest for a bit. I missed the tavern keeper's food and comfy bed." Akko suggested.

"Yeah, we might hear some rumors too," Elou replied.

-Light's Tavern-

We went to the tavern but... the tavern is filled with people. They are from different guilds looking for a place to rest. You can see that they are wearing different kinds of armors and weapons. How can we possibly enter the place with these people around?

"Scy, let's go to the other place. This place is full and no room for us." Elou suggested.

The whole marketplace is filled with people too. It was like a festival. Most of the shops are also filled with crowds. Jeez. We didn't antic.i.p.ate this kind of people. Earlier wasn't this crowded, it's maybe because it's already almost night time and people are already at their homes.

"Too bad, let's just go to the stadium and wait till the tournament starts," I suggested.

"Yeah, we might also see some of our compet.i.tors there," Elou replied.

Because of too many people in the public area, we decided to go to the Stadium.

We arrived in the area and before we enter, we were stopped by the guards.

"The tournament will start at ten pm. Please go back if you are not partic.i.p.ants." The guard explained while standing straight. How can they play the game just by guarding all day...

"Oh, we are partic.i.p.ants. We pa.s.sed the elimination round and because the public area was filled with people, our only choice left is the stadium. We would also like to check the area to be fully aware of the arena." Akko replied to the guard.

"We are listed as Scythus' party. Names are Scythus, Elou, Lili and Akko." She answered.

The guards opened the gate for us. We were awed by the place. It was a really big stadium. The sits can accommodate thousands of people. "You almost won the first place. We didn't expect that Aurora too would join the tournament. Anyway, I heard you guys trained well. I hope we get a chance to fight later to test it out." I hope so too.

"We will do our best to win Sieg. We really are stronger now, you will see." Elou, please don't spoil the fun.

"Yeah, they resp.a.w.ned now and doing well, lost just a couple of levels but they're fine. So Scy, what are you guys doing here?" Drake asked.

"Oh, the whole marketplace is full of people. We decided to go here to check the area and also rest for a bit before the compet.i.tion starts.

After that, we talked a bit more.

-After a couple of hours-

The Fourth G.o.d, with his fellow members, just arrived here too. He doesn't seem to be earthy at all. Maybe he'll show it in the tournament. His armor is also pretty cool huh. He also has spare weapons to use. Not bad for a G.o.d Rank.

"So the Earth G.o.d caught your attention huh. His name is Daimond and they call him The Solid Bedrock. You've already met Miss Celeste, right? She may be called the Strongest Earth Magic user but only for female spellcasters. Daimond is not just strongest, but also considered as one of the G.o.ds. We haven't fought yet but I'm pretty sure, defeating him would be hard for me." Drake explained. Well, his name suits him well. Earth G.o.d huh... Maybe he can do better than that brat.
