"Oh right. I thought at first he was you. I guess I'm wrong. Anyway, we will go back to the game after we eat because we need to do something first. See you later Bro!" Thank G.o.d, it worked somehow.

"Sure, good luck with your match later."

Ugh... thanks to Two Teeth with his funny way of talking, she somehow bought my lie.

After I cleaned and did what I need to do, I decided to go back to the game.

-Order of Light City-

"Hey Scy. Why do you always log in so late?" Elou asked.

"I told you before I'm doing the entire housework in our home. How about you guys? It looks like you guys don't do anything besides go online."

"Aheem, not to brag but we have some housemaids in our house. Let's just say, our parents are really working really hard." Akko... that's not something you brag about.

"That's convenient. It's ok then. We still have the whole day to prepare. So what's the plan?" I asked them. It seems they are rich people, yet they tried to win against me for free food.

"We can now visit the Tavern here in Order of Light city. Most of the people around here already logged out to go to work or other things they need to tend to. How about we visit it?" Akko suggested. It's still crowded but not like night time.

"Sure, let's go."

-Light's Tavern-

"h.e.l.lo there Scy, it's been while. I watched your fights and you guys were awesome!" The Tavernkeeper welcomed us.

"Thanks. We came here last night but it was filled with people so we left the tavern. Your business looks great huh." The event increased his profits really well.

"Yeah, how about some drink? It's on me." He gave us good juice to drink, worth the visit!

"Wow, thanks a lot! We are getting a lot of free stuff lately. Haha." Elou laughed.

"Haha. By the way, you guys should be careful about your match later. You might fight one of the G.o.ds later. I haven't heard any update about them but one of the talks around here last night is that some of the G.o.ds also have second monster's transformation which is new to me too." He whispered to us. Good info, this will be tough for us.

The rumor wasn't exactly true but there's still a huge chance that it's true. I thought I'm the only one who can do that right now after a week of life and death training.

"Really? That sucks. I hope it's just a rumor. I don't want to die in the tournament and lose some level so if I'm in the pinch, I'd rather surrender. I guess." Akko's worried and every level is sweat and blood for us. We suffered too much and trained like h.e.l.l to reach what we are now. Losing it would be heartbreak for us.

"It was just a rumor so don't worry that much. Just be careful." I said. It's hard to fight well if we are worrying about that but it's still a good thing that we can expect the worst. It's always good to save something behind our sleeves.

We finished drinking but for I wonder why we didn't get a buff like from Emily's food. After chatting with the Tavernkeeper, we decided to move out. Our next destination is back to the simple village for the buffs. It's kind of time-consuming traveling back and forth but the buffs are worth it. We can also rest there without too much noise outside. Simple Village is the place for solitude.

-Simple Village, Emily's Inn-

We traveled again to the Simple village. Thank G.o.d, Emily is here. We ordered some food from her and rented a room to rest. It's already noon time. We didn't even realize.

We once again logged out from the game to take our lunch... Just as usual.

-Order of Light City-

After idling around and enjoying our time the whole day, it's already ten pm and the start of the third round of the tournament.

"This time, the third matches will begin! 32 fights will be held in this arena. They are the ones who won the second matches but who will survive the third round?! We will find out soon! Our first match is..." Aika started announcing the first match this round. Only 64 partic.i.p.ants left huh...

Most of the fights were tough, so far there's no clash of G.o.ds yet. That means, not even a single one of them lost besides Vulkhan. It's now the fight of Akko...

"Our next fight is between Akko, Scythus' party's Fire Spellcaster, and Deandre, Order of Light's best Defender!" This will be a tough one for Akko, a pure defender versus a fire spellcaster huh.

Defenders are at a disadvantage when fighting spellcaster because they wear heavy armors that counter warriors and archers but very weak to spells, though Akko failed to defeat Deandre the last time they met.

Lili didn't even cheer for her sister...

"Ready, Fight!" Aika signaled.

Deandre used his defensive stance as soon as the fight started. He prepared for the worst case scenarios and plans to defend. But this isn't just the last time. Akko's firepower is greater than me without my Monster's soul power.

"If you are not going to attack, I will! FLAMETHROWER!" She released a straight cone of flame towards Deandre, but he defended from it like it was nothing. He should be weak to magic spells. As I looked closely and checked him, he was covered in some kind of buff. It was a buff that reduces magic significantly! d.a.m.n, how did he learn that?

"I felt nothing girl. If you were a boy, I could say you hit like a girl. Haha!" Jeez. He's really a jerk.

"You really know how to talk to a lady huh. How about this? Oh Fire G.o.ddess, lend me the power to turn my foes into ashes. FLAME MAGIC ENHANCEMENT! FLAME PRISON!" This time, Akko used a spell that looks like the spell of Lili, but Akko's prison is covered in flames! Her magic attack also rose dramatically because of her buff.

"Wow! Deandre now is covered in flame! We can't see what's happening inside of the prison because it's in flame! Is he going to survive?!" Aika asked excitedly. I can still feel his aura that means he's still alive. I know Akko can sense it too.

"INCINERATE!" She added more flame into the prison! This is really hard to watch. We don't know if Deandre is burning alive inside the prison!

"Not bad girl, but it will end now! ARMORED GUARDIAN'S WRATH!" What the heck?! He also has a monster's soul!

He broke out from being imprisoned in flame! His armor changed into a full defensive gear. Even his s.h.i.+eld became so big he can easily defend from attacks. What now Akko?
