This aroused even more curiosity from the three. What was this embarra.s.sing matter?

"With what previously unfolded don't you think it warrants at least an explanation?"

He was once more reprimanded and questioned by two of the three. Hearing the query the unknown disciple then unceremoniously took the vacant seating,

"You see miss it all boils down to your eyes, they are just as my boss described."

He spoke to the one out of the group who as of yet hadn't spoken a word. This was a startling revelation to the three. How could someone's eyes be a distraction?

" I.. I have said too much. Once more please give my regards to the young miss."

The disciple hurried to his feet a bit panicky as he felt perhaps he stated too much.

Yet this only left the three intrigued as what he previously spoke was so vague. Surely it justified the need for more detail.

"Please don't go. What is it about my eyes? Is there an oddity?" Sheila subconsciously summoned a small mirror from whence she saw her reflection.

"I'm sorry miss but apparently you came to the wrong conclusion. I meant how unfathomably deep while soulful enriching they are."

He then paused while seeing a subtle change in the girl's expression as she covered her face.

"I must say frankly, a man daring to have his gaze lingering on is akin to tempting fate, as any man would thus be bewitched.

Possibly forgetting his earthly possession in a bit to possess you. Yet I only saw it for a mere second and became mesmerized. Thus my 'faux pas' moment."

His words caused s.h.i.+ela to blush while being embarra.s.sed by the playful looks of her two squadmates.

" You're quite the weaver of words. Have you perhaps taken a liking to my dare friend." One of her squadmates teased the blus.h.i.+ng Sheila.

"I wish I could take credit however I am simply uttering my boss's description word for word. If I were to dare try the only words that would come to mind would be

'Oh, you have good looking eyes'. I'm more of you're to my liking kind of guy. Who has time for flowery words.'"

The character portrayed by Taf uttered as he took a drink from one of their gla.s.ses. At that point, the others thought Sheila truly dodge a bullet.

This guy had no sense of etiquette as he partook in a meal that wasn't even his in the first place. He truly was not the one to have spoken such words.

"My boss however constantly speaks such words so somehow it got engraved in my brain. You don't mind if I cut a slice of that meat, do you?" Taf questioned the female to his side but before waiting for a response he ensured to help himself. This guy was truly a pig they thought, yet his boss seemed to be a perfect gentleman.

"I'm a bit curious, by chance who is this boss, and what else has this boss spoken about me?" Sheila evidently intrigued by this mystery admirer further enquired.

"Hmmm, my boss is a well-read fellow and anytime not spent reflecting on the intricacy of the saber are spent with his head in a book.

He is not normally an expressive fellow, but for some reason when he speaks of you.., well he is simply a walking thesaurus."

Taf sighed while he reflected on this boss of his. So invested was Sheila in the conversation she found herself a bit chattier than usually,

"What kind of books does he read?" She questioned as not many men she has met fancied reading. They were mostly interested in cultivation and becoming stronger.

So this guy was evidently one of a kind. Hearing her question Taf looked up as though he was truly struggling to recall yet none of the ladies noticed a slight glance he took on the table. Before s.h.i.+ela was a book. From its cover, it read "Reflections of one's inner soul."

"Well forgive but I am not one for reading myself so I hadn't taken note of the t.i.tles." He uttered to the disappointment of Sheila but then she heard him continue,

"I do recall a few questions he uttered to himself on his timeless walks throughout the sect. Like for instance, my boss's primary element is fire.

Often times his question posed to himself tackles the issues inner turmoil such an element carries. How does one with fire soothe their seemingly restless soul?"

Taf then pause a bit for effect allowing them to indulge in the image of his boss before once more continuing,

"He has often spoken highly of those with the element of water. Somewhat even envious frequently describing them as heaven's children blessed with a tranquil soul.

That is where I normally tune out as he always seeks a person to which to converse with about these topics."

Aaaaw!

The girls exclaimed when hearing Taf's description of his boss.

"Who cares about souls and inner peace with all that c.r.a.p. am I right?" Taf then ended by saying which further enforce within ladies' minds he was truly a guy without a seeming personality.

"Can I possibly meet this boss of yours?" Sheila then steeled her nerve by bluntly requesting this favor.

"Listen miss are you trying to get me in trouble!

I've always been told my mouth will be my undoing one day and here you are attempting to throw me to the wolves."

Taf stated evidently infuriated by Sheila words which startled the three a bit. Still, he continued,

"Do you not realize I am this man's confidant?

Listen don't let the flowery words fool you, my boss is no pushover. Countless men he has previously fought will attest to this fact.

What will then be my fate if he were to learn I blatantly betrayed his basic need for privacy and trust?

To his crush none the less, trampling on his pride. Hmmm, I have a liking for my life, thank you very much."

With those words, Taf staunchly refused to further the conversation,

"Please don't go." s.h.i.+ela grabbed his hands. If he were to leave now she possibly will never meet this seemingly perfect beau. Taf looked in her pleading eyes as his cold expression seemingly melted aways.

"Wait do you.., perhaps have a liking for my boss?" He questioned somewhat startled as though wondering what woman would love such things.

"Well, I do think he is worth meeting." The green-eyed Sheila meekly responded as her squadmates chuckled to her embarra.s.sment. Taf nodded as if conflicted he sighed.
