What fun it is to ride and sing a sleighing song tonight ...

Jingle all the wayyyyy ... " hummed a little girl while printing her small feet in the snowy roads with her black boots. On her puffy right hand , there was a square small box wrapped with red and white strips on it and on her left hand was a black short-barreled firearm. While wearing a long sleeve red plain winter s.h.i.+rt and white circle skirt with a Christmas beanie , that 6 years old kid didn't look like holding a real handgun. Most probably just a fake toy water gun. Along the white and snowy roads , there were red spots trailing her footprints and her head constantly looked down. She did not lift up her head for once but continued to sing that happy children Christmas song. The dark had yet to come hence that little girl did not have problem walking with her head hanging low as she had walked the same road every evening since she learnt how to move her short legs. That familiar road would lead her to a small bungalow house in grey and white colour which she called it as her home sweet home. Her journey back home was only filled with her voice humming that song repeatedly and big trees along the way with no one except her alone. She stopped walking once she reached the house gate and stood for a few seconds waiting for it to be opened. With her small figure , the metal gate seemed so huge and heavy. As she waited , she thought the possibility of pus.h.i.+ng that gate one day , maybe in a few years time.

"I'll be home for Christmas. You can count on me ...

Please have snow and mistletoe ...

And presents by the tree ... " . A welcoming song was playing at the same time the gate started to swing inwards , creating a pathway for the little girl to walk into the house compound. At the in front of the house door , there was another little girl but a few years older standing like a mother usually waited for her children coming home.

"Sister , I'm home." shouted that little girl and ran towards the front door once she saw her elder sister waiting for her.

"Mei , hurry up. The feast just about to begin." spoke the elder sister with a big smile on her face.

"Look !! I brought a present for you."

"Thank you my dear Mei. Come , put the present under the Christmas tree and go wash you hand."

"How about my gun sister ?"

The elder sister smiled to her once more before reply " Put it in the drawer below the TV"

"Alright sister !"
