Chapter 4108 Smooth Progression
After some time, Stella clapped her hands more than a hundred times.
She was celebrating the fact that no trouble showed up even after two Divergents and two Anarchic Divergents went through their tribulations. She had to admit that this formation really did have some weight, allowing her to comprehend the true importance of this formation and look up to the ones who created it.
"When will we head back? Will your energy keep up?"
"They should be returning in an hour or two."
Nadia asked, causing Stella to then look towards the distant entrance with her senses, wondering when elder sister Illumina would return. After all, she took the other magical beasts with her, allowing them to enter the Empyrean Beast Stage.
Stella continued, "Don't worry about the energy requirements. Now that I'm in the Eighth Cycle, the teleportation for this kind of distance isn't a problem, but the number of times I can use teleportation is still limited to nine for a period of thirty days. I already used it for one time in this second month when returning with Myria and the others and a second time when I got to the Ghostly Crow Lower Realm. A third time when I built this Fourth Void Dust Sanctuary and returned, and then a fifth time when I brought you all here. I only got four chances left for the rest of the month, so we should wait before leaving together."
"Alright."
Nadia didn't force it. She waited for the return of the expedition party under Illumina.
Illumina's illusion techniques were enough to cover normal Empyrean Beast Tribulations, so they weren't worried. Even if someone barged in her fog and managed to sense the tribulation aura, they would be arrested or killed. The accidental intruders could only blame their bad luck.
In the end, it took half a day for them to return.
Apparently, there were still Heaven's Warriors all over the realm, causing them to take time to search for a suitable place to undergo tribulation.
Nadia's eyes glazed as she looked at the Empyrean Beasts in front of her. They all exuded a strong aura, causing her to smile as she knew their forces only grew stronger and stronger by the day. However, she looked around and didn't see any sign of Fairy Thunderblaze.
It could only mean that she had left this place, but where? Nadia was unable to tell, but she knew Fairy Thunderblaze would be back to take advantage of this formation sooner or later.
Soon, Stella performed her sixth teleportation and brought them back.
Everyone went back to their home and continued with their cultivation. It was unknown when the next batch would be ready, but they were told to sign up near the Void Dust Tree.
Another week pa.s.sed. It was the twenty-first day of the second month.
Many undercurrents flowed in the outside world, but the people in the Second Void Dust Sanctuary basically didn't pay heed to any of the noise.
There were countless voices of challenges towards the Divine Emperor of Death. Even the older supreme geniuses in the Empyrean Stage and Autarch Stage descended from the upper layers to slay him. However, they were all just headless flies, flying around without knowing where to find him.
In fact, there appeared to be many clashes between the supreme geniuses, almost all of them showing off if they got the slightest chance. A minority even died. One of them even was said to have cucked a major power's Emperor and was chased to no end until that supreme genius' seniors stopped them and crippled that Emperor's power. A few other supreme geniuses even started businesses.
It seemed that using the Divine Emperor of Death Hunt as an excuse, they started all kinds of trouble. Not many were willing to stop them for fear of offending them, while the Heavens Warriors did their best but ultimately chose not to arbitrate the problem deeper, choosing to focus on finding the Divine Emperor of Death instead as that would solve this problem since these supreme geniuses will no longer have a reason to stay.
All kinds of wild news were spreading.
Nightveil received word of information of various kinds day after day, but she deemed them unworthy of Davis's attention. Mingzhi was also of the same opinion. Although Mingzhi couldn't gather information since she entered the sidelines because of pregnancy, it didn't mean she couldn't give her valuable input.
Nightveil was looking to give the information to Davis when he came out of seclusion. She and a few others had permission to disturb him in case of some emergency.
On the twenty-third day, there was a shocking piece of news!
A secret realm appeared in the Eternal Twilight Lower Realm, right where the Divine Emperor of Death ma.s.sacred a lot of Heaven's Warriors in the Great Desolate Plains.
It was of unknown origin.
The supreme geniuses frantically traveled from other realms there to take part in it, while the ones who were already there seemed to have entered quickly and bravely in order to find treasures.
Even after a few days, the excitement in the air regarding this news didn't die down, so Nightveil knew something was up- that this secret realm was definitely one of high origin. None of the supreme geniuses who went in came out, but it seemed they could communicate near the entrance, and it was said that extremely rare Mid-Level Autarch Grade and above treasures existed there.
Unfortunately, it seemed that only those below the Autarch Stage could enter, so the supreme geniuses who were in the Autarch Stage were fuming and taking out their anger elsewhere on some bandits and other evil ent.i.ties or even innocents who accidentally offended them in the name of maintaining justice.
Blood was shed everywhere.
She couldn't disturb Davis, so she called Myria, who had just made a breakthrough and was spotted playing with Azariel and Viridia. A few other ladies who had reached a temporary bottleneck were also there, so she opened a meeting and reported to them.
Hearing the news, Myria raised her brows.
"The last time when the Void Dust Secret Realm collapsed in the First Haven World, we got a way to enter the Astral Forgeheart Minor Realm. This secret realm belonged to Stella's mother, but now that Stella's mini-realm itself has collapsed and the battle marks left a divergent air, combined with the convergence of supreme geniuses along with tremendous karmic luck, fate actually opened a way for them to grow… how lucky…"
"Don't worry." Mingzhi's lips curled into a cold smile, "They're just collecting loot to gift them to us."
Myria also smiled coldly, "That said, we wouldn't be able to head there. Most likely, that place already has a high concentration of Empyreans and Autarchs. If we go there, we would be caught and killed without a doubt."
"True." Evelynn nodded, "But this actually makes it perfect for Davis's sworn brothers to go rescue their families."
"Indeed." Mingzhi and the others agreed.
The three families were in three different places, so they had to strike and rescue at the same time. Otherwise, the others would be taken hostage. Perhaps they already were hostages.
Shea pursed her lips, her expression a bit down, "I was worried Patriarch Soaren wouldn't be able to rescue the Goldsun Family, but it seems like I don't need to be worried. Hopefully, my brother is still safe."
"Don't worry. Nothing will happen." Natalya comforted Shea.
They continued to discuss the stupid things the supreme geniuses did, including challenging them, giggling, and having a fun tea party.
On the twenty-seventh day, the origin of the secret realm was finally revealed. The news was vague, describing it as a secret realm from a special place with a lot of elements, but Myria managed to decrypt those vague words.
"It seems to be a shard world from the Elemental Dimension…!"
