In less than an hour, w.a.n.g Reiji was already done with her gown fitting agendum. She was a bit surprised that the gowns fit her perfectly well, no adjustments needed.
"Madame, the gowns are now ready for transport. We'll be sending them to your house in a while." The a.s.sistant informed w.a.n.g Reiji of what's gonna happen next.
"Alright! Anyway, here's the compensation for Miss Kiang's gown." w.a.n.g Reiji said as she handed a signed cheque to the a.s.sistant.
"Thank you, madame! I will let Lady Tong know about your payment."
"Thank you, too. I shall take my leave now." w.a.n.g Reiji then went out of the shop soon after bidding farewell to the a.s.sistant.
"Did you get the handsome guy's name?!" The other attendant was giggling as she asked the question.
"What for? He's married anyway." The a.s.sistant pouted her lips as a look of dismay fell upon her face.
"Aww, what a lucky girl!" The attendant exclaimed in envy.
"Lucky girl? Eh! Correction! Lucky guy!" The dismay on the a.s.sistant's face became more evident as she shared the incomplete piece of information she obtained from w.a.n.g Reiji.
"Whoa! He's married to a guy? Come on! You don't have to slander the guy if you can't make him like you." The attendant didn't believe the a.s.sistant's words right away.
"Why would I slander him? I am just telling you the truth! Besides, Madame was the one who told me about that."
"What if Madame is his wife? And she just told you he's gay to shut you up?" The junior attendant was still not convinced that w.a.n.g Yuvin was a member of the third s.e.x.
"You! You heard him call the little girl his niece, right? And you heard the little girl call the madame mama, right?! A sound person can deduct that they are siblings!" Judging from the a.s.sistant's voice, it seemed like her patience had already run out.
"Maybe they are into roleplays! You know, they are married but they like to pretend they are relatives!"
"Junior attendant Lyn, please stop exploring the weird side of the internet! And besides, Madame also confirmed to me that he is her brother." a.s.sistant Yu said out loud, failing to notice Kiang Leilei's presence.
"Did Lady Tong hire you to gossip about clients?" Kiang Leilei asked as she gracefully approached them.
"Ah Miss Kiang... We are not gossiping. We are just sharing information." a.s.sistant Yu's fair complexion suddenly turned white as she begun to feel nervous.

a.s.sistant Yu and the attendant started exchanging glances. It was as if they were silently telling each other to do something, a miracle perhaps before Lady Tong found out their favorite past time.
"Eh... We are just talking about the handsome guy earlier, Miss Kiang." The junior attendant had somehow managed to force out words from her drying mouth.
Kiang Leilei let out a low chuckle, causing the two women to s.h.i.+ver in fear.
"Which part of that rude guy is handsome?" Kiang Leilei started to get annoyed when she recalled what she heard from w.a.n.g Yuvin.
"That guy, how dare him to say I'm not pretty! Even if he saved my life, that doesn't warrant him to look down on me." Kiang Leilei was actually mumbling only to herself, however, it seemed like her voice was too loud that the two personnel heard her.
"Don't believe him, Miss Kiang. You are very pretty! You can even pa.s.s as Zhao Liying's¹ twin sister!" When an opportunity had presented itself, a.s.sistant Yu didn't hesitate to flatter Kiang Leilei.
Kiang Leilei ignored the a.s.sistant's compliments since it was obvious that she's just trying to bootlick.
"Maybe he didn't consider Miss Kiang pretty because he's gay?" The attendant didn't think twice and blurted out what's in her head.
"H-he's gay?" Kiang Leilei's eyes almost fell out their sockets due to what she had heard.
"Y-yes... That's what the little girl's mother told me earlier..."
Upon hearing the a.s.sistant's confirmation, Kiang Leilei's heart sank. Does she have bad luck with guys? The last person she got interested in was a full-blown jerk and playboy. Now, the second guy she got interested in was into male species?
"Arghhh! Whatever!" Kiang Leilei yelled out of frustration as she walked out of the boutique.
