After a couple of minutes of driving, w.a.n.g Reiji and Rentao reached the Yang United Medical. Before she left the car, Rentao handed w.a.n.g Reiji a face mask and a black baseball cap to help her to somehow conceal her appearance.

"This would not take that long, boss. I have already set an appointment with the orthopedic. We just need to get to the 10th floor of the hospital building where the physician's clinic is located." Rentao spoke while pointing at the 10th floor of the structure.

"That sounds great! Okay, let's hurry up." w.a.n.g Reiji said as she eagerly walked towards the hospital entrance.

"I will catch up later, boss. I have to park the car first." Rentao replied quickly as he maneuvered the vehicle to the designated parking s.p.a.ce.

"Okay!" w.a.n.g Reiji affirmed as she walked straight into the hospital entrance and headed to the elevator.

Since it was already 9 in the evening, there were not many people around. She felt relieved that she can have the elevator all to herself for she wanted to have at least a brief quiet time alone. However, w.a.n.g Reiji's brief quiet time alone ended when the lift reached the 5th floor. As soon as the elevator doors slid open, two gentlemen stepped inside.

'Good heavens! Is this jerk following me?!' w.a.n.g Reiji screamed inwardly as she immediately lowered her head down to quickly hide her face from the two men who joined her in the elevator.

"I am sorry, master. I did not know that the clinic of the orthopedic already transferred to the 10th floor." Lee Qingya sounded very apologetic to Zhang Chenric.

"How unreliable! Now I begin to doubt whether the information you got about Yin was correct or not." Zhang Chenric replied as he moved inside the elevator.

"Of course, master! Every information I gathered about Miss Yin was definitely correct and authentic."

"Really? How come you got the floor number wrong, huh?"

"Because I just relied on my existing knowledge, master. I did not inquire." Lee Qingya answered with much self-confidence.

"Whatever! Just make sure to buy me a pack of cigarette right after this stupid check up!"

"How I wish we find Miss Yin as soon as possible. She is the only one who can stop you from smoking." Lee Qingya mumbled to himself.

With her head down low, w.a.n.g Reiji was eavesdropping at the two men's conversation. Finding out that Zhang Chenric was back to his old vice, she can't help but frown and somehow feel bad for Zhang Chenric.

Basing from their exchange of words, Zhang Chenric was dead serious in finding her. On top of that, he seemed oblivious about her imprisonment. As if the news about her imprisonment and prisonbreak never reached the man's ears.

But that was impossible, right? He was already a junior prosecutor at that time. There was no way that he would not know about something like that. Unless the whole thing was purposely kept hidden and another person was pulling the strings.

At that moment, w.a.n.g Reiji felt that her resolve weakened when a part of her heart wanted to give Zhang Chenric a chance to explain his side of the story. What if both of them were just victims of the real culprit?

w.a.n.g Reiji exhaled sharply as confusion slowly spread inside her head. She must find a way to know Zhang Chenric's part of the story without him knowing about it. After the shoot tomorrow, she will ask Hanzo to conduct an investigation to validate Zhang Chenric's claims.

The sound of the elevator doors opening pulled w.a.n.g Reiji back to the present situation, seeing that the two persons had already stepped outside, she just realized that Zhang Chenric will probably have his nose check. She then decided not to leave the elevator so she can quickly return to the ground floor. The doors of the elevator were about to close when a hand suddenly stopped them from doing so.

"Boss? Where are you going? This is already the 10th floor. The orthopedic doctor's clinic is just straight ahead." The person was none other than her secretary and personal a.s.sistant, Rentao.

"I think I forgot something in the car." w.a.n.g Reiji did not expect to be caught off guard by her a.s.sistant.

"What is it, boss? I will get it for you." Rentao still had his hand preventing the doors of the elevator from closing.

"Nevermind." w.a.n.g Reiji gave up when she sensed that Rentao will not allow her to leave the 10th floor without seeing the physician first.

She then stepped outside the elevator door but walked towards the opposite corridor much to Rentao's surprise.

"Boss, you are going the wrong way again. The clinic is this way." Rentao ran towards w.a.n.g Reiji to stop her from walking farther away.

"I wanted to take a leak first!" w.a.n.g Reiji tried an excuse she thought was effective.

"Okay, boss. But the restroom is also that way." Rentao replied quickly as his index finger pointed to the sign above their heads.

"Fine! Let's get over with this ASAP!" w.a.n.g Reiji said as she angrily marched towards the door of the physician's clinic leaving her a.s.sistant behind.

Reaching the clinic, she let out a deep sigh before she pressed the doorbell. After just one buzz, the door swung open and a female nurse came out of the room.

"Your name please." The female nurse with a beautiful face asked smiling at her.

w.a.n.g Reiji paused for a while, as she contemplated which name did Rentao use for this appointment.

"My name is..." w.a.n.g Reiji was still thinking about whether to give her CEO name or celebrity name.

"Hmmm? I can't hear you, ma'am. Can you please remove your mask for a while?" The nurse was still smiling sweetly at her.

"Huh?" w.a.n.g Reiji felt like her body was splashed with a bucket of icy water. First was her name, now the nurse wanted her to reveal her face? She would love to if and only if Zhang Chenric was not the other patient inside.

"Hey, there! We are here to see Doctor Wu. We have already arranged an appointment under the name Jing Yizhi." Rentao answered right away the moment he reached the clinic.

"Oh, so you are Miss Jing Yizhi. Come inside please. Kindly sit here for a while, Dr. Wu is still attending his other patient." The nurse spoke softly as she guided them inside the clinic and asked them to sit in the couch where Zhang Chenric's a.s.sistant was already sitting comfortably.

Seeing the other people who were about to sit next to him, Lee Qingya greeted them politely as he moved a little to give them a bit of s.p.a.ce.

Rentao also greeted Lee Qingya and thanked him for making s.p.a.ce for the two of them. Unlike w.a.n.g Reiji who was obviously avoiding eye contact with the guy, fearing that the latter might recognize her and expose her to Zhang Chenric who was just inside the doctor's consultation room.

"Miss Jing Yizhi, right?" The nurse called out to w.a.n.g Reiji.

"Seeing that this is your first time with us, I need you to fill this form out." The nurse then placed a form on top of the table and gestured w.a.n.g Reiji to transfer beside her.

w.a.n.g Reiji then stood up and sat beside the nurse and started filling out the form from the bottom, wondering whether it was fine to use a fake name for her medical records. After thinking thoroughly, she decided to use Jing Yizhi and wrote down the name without hesitation.

Once she was done answering the form, she handed it back to the nurse. She was about to stand up and transfer seats when the nurse suddenly asked her to remove her face mask and cap so she can take a photo of her.

"Miss Jing, kindly remove your face mask and cap for a while, we need to take your photo for the medical record." The nurse said as she stood up to fix the webcam connected to the computer she was using.

"Can I just send you a photo from my phone instead?" w.a.n.g Reiji gave the nurse a suggestion.

"That can't do, Miss Jing. We need a real-time photo of you. Don't worry, everything here is strictly confidential." The nurse smiled sweetly at w.a.n.g Reiji.

Looking around her, w.a.n.g Reiji discovered that Lee Qingya was busy reading a magazine. Moreover, she was not facing him as well. She then was convinced to remove her face mask and cap just to get over with the nurse's demand.

As soon as she removed the items, the nurse started to praise her beauty, making her feel awkward.

"Oh, my! What a gorgeous face you have. Do you work as a model?" The nurse asked as she took w.a.n.g Reiji's photo.

"Ahh... Yes, but I am still a newbie, though." w.a.n.g Reiji answered as she put the face mask back and wore the baseball cap over her head.

"I will cheer on you then!" The nurse said as she stood up to get the printout of w.a.n.g Reiji's medical records. She then placed them inside a folder and went inside the consultation room.

Seeing that the nurse had nothing to do with her anymore, w.a.n.g Reiji hurriedly returned to the couch unaware that her photo had already made its way to Zhang Chenric's eyes.
