Qin Sho was smiling wide while staring at his today's schedule. His eyes were fixated to his 10:00 am activity which was the scheduled time for Oriental Europa's building inspection.

It's necessary for him to attend the scheduled inspection since Dragon Claw Enterprise is the hotel's contractor and he's the chief engineer.

However, he was not smiling because of the opportunity to showcase his capabilities as an engineer. Instead, it was the chance to see CEO w.a.n.g.

Should he invite her over for lunch?

He used the intercom connected to Bai Wufei's room to give him his instructions.

"a.s.sistant Bai, please book a reservation for two at Lotus Garden. I want to have lunch with CEO w.a.n.g."

After giving out his orders, he then s.h.i.+fted his focus on the pile of doc.u.ments he needs to bring along with him.

w.a.n.g Reiji was staring hard at her scheduled activities for the day. She can't help but focus all her attention to the 10:00 am slot of the sched.

According to her schedule, she needs to be at Oriental Europa for the hotel inspection at 10 in the morning.

The hotel must pa.s.s the quality a.s.sessment conducted by the city inspectors to obtain its permit to operate.

She's highly skeptical of attending the inspection. If she showed herself, all the effort she exerted to hide her ident.i.ty will go to waste. She needs to avoid that risk. She can't afford to have another nosy person prying into her life. Zhang Chenric's already a handful to handle.

w.a.n.g Reiji stood up and walked in front of her office window.

She must think of a way where she can witness the inspection without revealing her ident.i.ty.

A sudden thought crossed her mind. She immediately summoned RenTao to her office to discuss her plan.

RenTao's mouth gaped wide open when he learned of w.a.n.g Reiji's plan.

"What do you think of my idea, RenTao?" w.a.n.g Reiji asked while looking RenTao straight into his eyes.

'I would like to be honest with you, boss. Your idea wasn't befitting a company CEO.'

RenTao wanted to say those words but chose not to. How dare him look down on his boss' idea when he doesn't have a good one himself?

"It seems like a good idea, boss. I'll make the necessary preparations."

w.a.n.g Reiji's eyes twinkled upon hearing her a.s.sistant's agreement.

"Thanks, RenTao! Oh, and remember to keep this as a secret, okay?"

"Yes, boss." RenTao said as he nodded his head before he turned away and left w.a.n.g Reiji's office.

Everyone inside the lobby of Dragon Claw Enterprise was awestruck by CEO Qin's devilish handsome looks the moment he stepped out of the elevator. He looks very stunning especially in his gray wool tweed coat and slicked back side part hairstyle.

"Here comes my King! " shrieked one female employee.

"I envy CEO Qin, aside from being an excellent engineer, he's also amazingly charming and attractive. No wonder huge number of women swoon over him." A male employee whispered to his colleague.

"Yes, he's even popular with female celebrities!" The man's colleague replied.

However, the chit-chats and giggles started to fade away when everyone saw a.s.sistant Bai carrying a mop. Everyone was dumbfounded except for this one busybody.

"Mr. Bai Wufei, why are you holding a mop?"

"Oh, this one?" Bai Wufei answered while pointing the mop.

The busybody nodded.

Bai Wufei looked around him before giving the busybody his answer.

"I brought this mop with me to clean up your drool. If you're all kind enough to help, please do me a simple favor of closing your mouths."

Everyone lowered their heads down and went back to their respective work stations with a question in their minds. 'Why is a.s.sistant Bai WuFei so d.a.m.n good in spoiling the mood? He's even stricter than the CEO himself!'

When RenTao arrived at Oriental Europa the city inspectors were already waiting inside the lounge. He then turned his eyes to the woman beside him.

"Stop looking at me like that. You're the boss for today. So, please do your job well and don't get us caught!" The woman with short black hair, bushy eyebrows, and thick gla.s.ses sneered at RenTao.

RenTao wanted to frown but quickly rebuked. How can he show a face of disapproval in front of his boss? He can only comply, right?

RenTao took a deep a breath before he entered the lounge together with his 'secretary'.

As soon as the pair stepped inside the room, their gaze automatically fell on the older gentleman sitting with his one leg crossed over the other.

After greeting the gentlemen, w.a.n.g Reiji furrowed her eyebrows and whispered to RenTao.

"Who's that man again?" w.a.n.g Reiji asked while glancing at the old man.

RenTao gave his boss a puzzled look.

Few minutes ago, w.a.n.g Reiji told him to do his job well and not get them caught. So, what was she doing now? Isn't she blowing their cover into proportions?

"cough... cough... Miss Jing, what did you say again?"

w.a.n.g Reiji was surprised but it did not take long for her to realize her mistake.

"Please forgive my rudeness, Sir. I was just surprised when I saw another gentleman inside the room. According to the schedule, there were only two city inspectors and CEO Qin will personally attend the inspection himself."

RenTao took a deep breath before answering w.a.n.g Reiji's question.

"That man is Chairman Kiang Jiyo, the founder of Golden Scale, the leading lawfirm here in Beijing."

w.a.n.g Reiji's forehead wrinkled. What is Chairman Kiang doing here?

Her thought was interrupted when she heard a familiar voice.

"Good morning, everyone." Qin Sho was smiling brightly until his sight rested on RenTao and his companion.

His face darkened when he didn't see the person he was looking for.

"RenTao, where's CEO w.a.n.g?"
