Inside the car, w.a.n.g YuVin removed his right shoe and donned a pair of slippers.

He then took out his phone to call his sister. It didn't take long for w.a.n.g Reiji to receive his call.

"Bro! I was about to call you. I was worried when I saw it in the news. Are you guys okay? " His sister asked in a weary voice.

"Relax sis, we're fine. There's only one attacker and his only weapon was a knife." He replied in a calm manner.

"By the way sis, I still have the doc.u.ments. I wasn't able to take these to Chairman Kiang because of the commotion. I'll just bring these later in the afternoon after I sent Europa home." w.a.n.g YuVin added.

"Are you sure about that? If you want you can just drop by Paragon Tower and I'll ask RenTao to take those doc.u.ments to Chairman Kiang instead."

"No need Sis, I shall take full responsibility for these doc.u.ments. And besides, I need to pick up something I left behind."

"Okay, bro. Are you guys on your way to Jicheng? Do you want me to send some bodyguards?"

"Not yet, we're heading to Regent Mall to meet Rong for lunch first. Also, there's no need to send bodyguards, I don't want to attract attention. "

"Yeah. Actually, it's better to stay lowkey. Anyway, are you excited to meet your husband?" w.a.n.g Reiji chuckled as she teased her brother.

"Sis!" w.a.n.g YuVin yelled as if telling his sister to stop.

"Hahaha, I'm just kidding bro. I have to hang up now, the meeting's about to start."

"Okay, sis."

After his phone conversation with w.a.n.g Reiji, he contacted Qin Rong and told him to head to Regent Mall instead of Jicheng.

Before the meeting started, w.a.n.g Reiji instructed RenTao to contact Chairman Kiang's secretary so she can arrange a meeting for w.a.n.g YuVin in the afternoon.

She then headed to the conference room to finalize the details of the hotel's interior design. She must speed everything up in order to be ready for Oriental Europa's grand launch scheduled in four weeks' time.

When they reached Regent Mall, w.a.n.g YuVin and Europa headed straight to a high-end shoe shop for men.

Luckily, the shop's attendants were all males which made things easier for the two.

After paying for and wearing the brown soft leather shoes he bought, they search for the Roast Duck restaurant. Earlier, during their phone conversation, Qin Rong suggested the restaurant but wasn't sure about its location inside the mall.

They were about to ride the escalator when his phone rang. He took it out and received the call.

"Bro! I am on my way to Regent. Are you already at the restaurant?" Qin Rong asked.

"Not yet. We're still searching for it." w.a.n.g YuVin answered.

"Oh, try using the mall directory bro. Anyway got to go. See you guys in a bit!" Qin Rong said as he ended the phone call.

w.a.n.g YuVin furrowed his brows when Qin Rong mentioned the use of mall directory. Actually, he and Europa had already gone there, but before he can even touch the screen, a group of girls suddenly surrounded them and was about to take pictures of him and Europa. Fortunately, he got good reflexes which allowed them to escape the scene.

"Was that Uncle Rong?" Europa asked as her eyes twinkled with excitement.

"Yes, he's on his way here." w.a.n.g YuVin answered as he a.s.sisted Europa to get off the escalator.

They were now on the 4th floor of the mall. w.a.n.g YuVin roamed his eyes around to search for a mall personnel. When he was able to find one, he and Europa approached the person and asked for the directions to the restaurant. The personnel was so nice, that he did not just give directions but also accompanied them.

w.a.n.g YuVin expressed his grat.i.tude by giving the person some cash. Then, he and Europa went inside the restaurant to wait for Qin Rong.

They were able to find a vacant table near a window with a view of the street. The moving vehicles and crossing pedestrians had kept Europa busy that she did not notice Qin Rong's arrival.
