Dragon's Heart 18 Chapter 18: The Big Clash, Two Draco-Valorian Special Moves Launched

The two Dragonic Surge level Dragonkin stared down each other, waiting for one to make a move. After a silent moment, they both charged at each other, creating an explosion upon collision. Jasper fired faster moving ice missiles at Takeo, but he was easily able to outmaneuver them. Takeo flew towards Jasper and kneed him in the forehead, causing him to bleed from the head. Jasper retaliated with a backflipping kick to Takeo's chin. Takeo leaned back to dodge the kick and they both jumped back a few feet.

They then slammed into each other again. Each exchanging blows, seemingly on equal footing. Then when Takeo went for a punch, Jasper ducked it and punched him in the gut, causing Takeo to be stagger and be thrown off balance. Jasper took this opportunity to attack. "Glacier Dragon Fang Barrage!!" Jasper barraged Takeo with a flurry of icey punches. Then Jasper kneed him in the gut then hit him down the ground with a elbow strike. Takeo crashed down into the ground, caused rock and rumble to fly up. Jasper landed beside Takeo and picked him up by the neck. "Is this all the power the Royal Family has?!" Jasper mocked, then he threw Takeo to a boulder. Then he attached ice rings around Takeo's neck, wrists, and ankles, pinning him to the boulder.

"I hate people like you, people who are only powerful because of their royalty or their bloodline", Jasper said as he was walking towards Takeo. "You can never understand what it means to work for your power" Jasper continued, "I've came from the slums of Draconia, with nothing but my mom and the two friends I had". Jasper looked Takeo in the eyes and said, "I had nothing, you have everything, I had to struggle, you had people give you everything you wanted". Takeo gritted his teeth in anger, his face clearly showing his anger. Jasper noticed and said, "oh, are you getting angry that some no-name, lowlife Dragonkin straight from the Down-under is beating you? Must hurt your pride pretty bad, huh?". Takeo had enough of this guy's annoying arrogance. Takeo started emitting fire and broke off a part of the boulder that his right arm was pinned to and slammed it into Jasper. By hitting him when his focus was adverted, this caused the other ice rings to dissipate, freeing him. "You think I wanted to be born into the n.o.ble family?!" Takeo yelled. "You think I didn't struggle to get this power, of course I know how you feel, I never knew I was royalty, let alone a Dragonkin", Takeo shouted as he kicked Jasper in the stomach, pus.h.i.+ng him back. "I was royalty yet I worked to get this strength, never want anything given to me on a silver platter, I'd rather prove that I deserve, that's my belief", shouted Takeo.

After Takeo knocked back Jasper, Jasper c.o.c.ked back his hand. A surging aura surround him then concentrated around his hand. Takeo knew this level of concentrated Dragunov meant one thing. "He's gonna unleash a Draco-Valorian Special Move", he thought to himself. Takeo smiled, excited, he shouted, "if you're gonna use such a powerful move, then I a.s.sume you wanna end this". "Well then, let's finish this", he said, getting down low to the ground with his right leg stretched out. Flames surrounded him then concentrated around his right leg. Then, in a blink of an eye, Takeo blasted off towards Jasper. "Draco-Valorian Special Move", both Takeo and Jasper shouted. "Glaciating Antarctic Burst!!!" Jasper shouted as he thrusted his hand forward, sending forth a ma.s.sive amount of crystallized ice at Takeo. "Fire Monarch Heat Javelin!!!" Takeo shouted, as he spun around, performing a flying kick. Takeo collided with the ice, creating a brilliant light, similar to the Northern Lights. Takeo struggled to break through the crystal-like ice. Eventually, Takeo began to melt through the ice, then after a while, broke through it. Takeo flew towards as Jasper, grunted then got ready to punch his attack to counter it. But, a foot away from Takeo and Jasper clas.h.i.+ng, they were stopped. A girl appeared by them and grabbed Takeo's foot and Jasper's fist. Takeo looked at her and recognized her. "My, my, you Dragonkin sure know how to greet each other", said Kamilah Hussein, the transfer student from Takeo's school.
