"Fine! If your boss is so good then I should meet him."

"Cough…. cough…. cough…." Xiu Mei choked on her saliva and started coughing profusely at the scary sentence of Jianyu. She had never thought in her wildest dreams that the King of the Business world would one day want to meet with the King of the underworld. Thinking about the deadly clash of monster and devil, makes her scalp go numb.

Jianyu instantly makes her sit properly, while his hands caressed her back gently. Looking at her worriedly, he picked the gla.s.s of water and makes her drink it. "Mei, are you alright?"

Still drinking water she nodded her head, but can't calm down her heart which almost popped out of her mouth a moment ago. Pus.h.i.+ng the gla.s.s of water away from her mouth she asked, "All of a sudden what makes you interested in my boss? Did you forget that you both are rivals? Leave him be"

His brows perked up at her reaction, "Why? Can't I meet your BOSS, and just now you mentioned that he is the world's best boss. I want to see what the world's best boss looks like and behaves with his employees?"

Looking at her fl.u.s.tered reaction he was more determined to meet Lu Xion personally. There was something mysterious about Phoenix Enterprises and this Mr. X. All their business dealings are done by the CEO of the company Fei Zing while Mr. X never bothers to mark his presence anywhere.

Overall, the company has a mysterious shareholding structure. 29% of the shares are under the name of Lu Xion while 20 % are circulating in the market. Whereas the remaining 51% shareholding is a mystery, no matter how hard he tried to find out but the owner of that 51% could not be found out. And if that person is holding 51%shares then why he/she is not the president of the company but Lu Xion is.

"But…"

"Anyways I was looking for the best company in the field of Artificial Intelligence to collaborate on the new branch of Feng Corporation. And there is no one better than Phoenix Enterprises when it comes to Artificial Intelligence. Right?" He interrupted her in-between "And after this huge fiasco of Infinity Software, I don't want to collaborate with someone like Kong's again. Phoenix Ent. is famous for their ethical business structure and all their products are original."

She rolled her eyes, "But you both are rivals…"

"Mei, who cares? Just imagine when two powerful companies will collaborate on a project, how big of a success it will be?" He reached out his hand to touch her hair "And it's just a proposal at the preliminary stage. Don't fret."

"I'm not…." she shook her head.

"Good… Now let's go"

She frowned at him, "where?"

"To Phoenix Enterprises"

Xiu Mei's heart dropped to her stomach hearing this, she bolted up from his lap, "What? You're meeting X today? I mean now? But why?"

Feng Jianyu let out a low laugh, "Well the idea is not bad, but as of now my only concern is to take you back home. I'll ask my secretary to fix a meeting with him some other time."

"Then why we are heading to Phoenix Ent…" she hits her head, and cursed, "d.a.m.n I forgot… Silly me, I've to get some important stuff from my work station."

"Right…. Let's go"

"It will take just 15 minutes, wait for me here. Do not step out of the car. I don't want any ruckus in my company." She looked at Jianyu and instructed him like a teacher whereas he keeps on nodding at her every instruction. "Ok teacher…."

Xiu Mei "…." She eyed him sternly before getting off from the car.

As per her daily habit, she entered the pa.s.scode of the president's lift and boarded it, completely oblivious that the person sitting in the car noticed this unusual action of hers.

'She boarded the president's elevator using a pa.s.scode? But the president's elevator is exclusively for the president!' he pondered.

Feng Jianyu got many clues, he wanted to join the dots like he did in case of the Infinity Software but was reluctant to repeat it in case of Xiu Mei. She doesn't like it when someone dares to pry in her life.

In case of Infinity Software, he got his first clue in the car when she continuously murmured something about software in her nightmare. But despite trying so hard he never found out what that software could be, until Phoenix Enterprises launched SIRIUS. It seems very odd that Infinity Software starts creating trouble around the same time when Phoenix Enterprises was ready with their new software SIRIUS.

While checking he realized, that Infinity has stopped responding to a big group of application software available in the market, causing the companies to s.h.i.+ft their preference to SIRIUS. Instead of changing a whole lot of more than 100 types of application software they chose to change the basic operating software to be economical.

Knowing Xiu Mei's nature she will never be unethical in business, thus when he checked the list of various software, surprisingly 90% of them was developed by Phoenix Enterprises, aka Xiu Mei.

Smart move by her, instead of illegally hacking Infinity Software, she legally modified every software developed by her to make them stop working with Infinity, resulting in the panic among MNC's and other retailers, as those application softwares were used in their daily working.

She smartly created a win-win situation, not leaving any chance for Infinity to make a comeback. It was only possible if someone was capable enough to modify Infinity as per the new condition but Kong Liu was not capable to do it.

But why did she target only Infinity? Is this because of her hatred against Feng Jianyu or something else? How did she know that Infinity won't be able to make a comeback? Why SIRIUS was so well prepared for everything in advance?
