Huang Chu was confused when he didn't hear any voice from the back seat. He pulled down the divider a little to see that his boss and missus were sleeping peacefully.

He smiled when he saw them. He adjusted the temperature of the car so they could sleep more peacefully. He looked at his lady boss and smiled. She was good to his boss.

Huang Chu had seen some minor to major changes in his boss which were good for him. Earlier, his boss was always Mian and Mian. Now, he thought about his family and wife. He also started to look after his health.

His boss was no longer angry or frustrated like before. Now he was comparatively very calm and happy.

At that moment, he promised himself he would do anything to keep his lady boss happy and safe because she was the only one who could make his boss happy and relaxed.

"Boss we have arrived home."

Xin Mei opened her eyes when she heard the voice of Huang Chu. Xin Mei dizzily lifted her head from the chest of Su Yuchen and looked at the blanket which was covering both of them.

She rubbed her eyes and looked out of the window to find they had reached home.

"Husband, wakeup. We have reached home." She shook the body of Su Yuchen.

Su Yuchen woke up and looked at Xin Mei. He smiled to Xin Mei and removed the blanket from his body. Xin Mei and Su Yuchen both stepped out of the car to find Huang Chu who was already carrying their luggage.

Huang Chu placed the luggage inside the house, in their room before turning towards Xin Mei.

"Missus, do you want me to order dinner for you both?"

"No, thank you, Huang Chu. I will cook our dinner." Xin Mei replied. She was missing home-cooked food a lot. "You should also go home, Huang Chu. I am sure that you are tired."

Huang Chu nodded his head and made his way out of the house. Xin Mei followed behind and closed the door. She locked them before returning to her room.

When she returned, she found Su Yuchen was lying on the bed, still in his clothes and with shoes on. She walked towards him and tried to remove his shoes when he abruptly woke up.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"I was making you comfortable on the bed."

"I wasn't sleeping. I was resting only." Su Yuchen replied and removed his shoes. Xin Mei looked at him and could see he was trying to fight his tiredness and sleepiness.

"You go and have a shower. Meanwhile, I will cook a quick dinner for both of us."

Su Yuchen nodded his head and entered the bathroom where Xin Mei left for the kitchen. She quickly prepared dinner for them. By the time she was done, Su Yuchen also arrived in the dining room.

They both had their dinner. After was.h.i.+ng utensils, they made their way towards the room. Su Yuchen was about to lie on the bed when eyes of Xin Mei caught sight of something.

"What is this?" Xin Mei lifted a pillow which was wearing her dress.

Ears of Su Yuchen turned red when he saw the pillow and cursed himself for not removing the dress from the pillow.

"Why aren't you answering me?" Xin Mei poked on the arm of Su Yuchen. She smiled when she saw his red ears and neck.

"Ahem!" he cleared his throat. "I was missing you, wifey and I couldn't find sleep without you. So, one day, when I was at home, I made your pillow wear your dress, in a hope to get some sleep."

Xin Mei chuckled when she heard him. A smile appeared on her lips and she commented, "How cute! I am going to keep this pillow as a memory that you miss me so dearly."

"I don't think it's a good idea." Su Yuchen spoke. He didn't want her to hold something so embarra.s.sing like a trophy.

"What do you mean by 'not a good idea'? I think it is a good idea. And you are not stopping me. Don't forget, I am the boss." Xin Mei said with strictness. She grinned when she saw the frustrated expression on the face of Su Yuchen.

Xin Mei took the pillow in her hand and looked around in the room. She saw a decoration cabin and placed the pillow with the dress over it.

"Perfect!" she grinned. Su Yuchen walked behind her and saw the pillow. He knew in future his wife was going to tease him using this pillow.

"Now we should sleep." Xin Mei informed him and pulled him on the bed. She lay down on her side of the bed and pulled Su Yuchen with her.

Su Yuchen wrapped his arms around her waist and placed his head on her chest. He took a deep breath, making himself calm in her familiar fragrance.

"Xin Mei, talk to me. I want to hear from you before falling asleep." He looked at her with pleading eyes. She looked at him and nodded her head.

Xin Mei started to tell him about the shoot of that day. She told him about her first experience of sitting on the couch during filming. She was telling him everything when she remembered Chen Bai.

"Can you change the second male lead, Chen Bai? I know he is the best choice of the second male but I don't like him. He is a big troublemaker, always troubling your wife….So can you?"

Xin Mei turned her face and looked at Su Yuchen who was already asleep. She took a deep breath and twisted in his arms. She ran her hand in his hairs with a sad smile.

"Oh my husband, how tired you were?" she thought!

In The Hospital Room of Bai Yue

"Tian, why are you so serious nowadays?" Bai Yue pocked her husband who was looking at her without a blink of eyes.

"I am not serious."

"Liar." Bai Yue chuckled but the next second she held on her chest.

"Bai Yue," Elder Su was by her side in the very next second. "How many times I had told you to control your emotions? You can't laugh. It will affect your heart."

His eyes were soft when he looked at his wife. His dear wife who could leave him at any second. Earlier, he thought he could bear the pain of losing her but now his determination looked weak.

"Yue, I can't let you go. I will die if something happens to you." He looked at her with a sad smile. There were unshed tears in his eyes.

He took his seat on the bed beside her and caressed her cheeks.

"Why am I so weak all of a sudden? Why can't I find a matching heart for you?" He gulped down the cough which had formed in his throat. "Will I lose you like this?"

"Please don't be sad." Bai Yue squeezed his hand. She tried to move but Su Lingtian stopped her. "Tian, don't you want to send me off happily. So, how can you cry? After my death, you have to become the strength of our boys. You cannot break down."

Bai Yue looked at her with teary eyes. Now she had lost all the hopes to survive. One heart attack and everything would be over.

"Please don't cry. Even if I die I will not leave you. I will follow you in my ghost form, I promise." Bai Yue smiled and elder Su chuckled.

"Am I hearing the word dying?" they were talking when they heard a mischievous voice.

"My boy, come here, come here." Bai Yue smiled with enthusiasm and called for her second grandson. She felt happy to see him after so long.

"So how was your trip? Grandma missed you a lot in last one week."

"My trip was good and I missed you a lot too. That's why I directly came here." He leaned down and pressed a kiss on the forehead of his grandmother. "You tell me, how are you, my beautiful girlfriend?"

"Your girlfriend is fine after seeing her favorite grandson."

"Favorite grandson? If I remember, last day Su Yuchen was your favorite grandson?" Elder Su raised a brow and looked at his wife.

"Girlfriend calls big brother her favorite to make him happy. Otherwise, everyone knows that I am her favorite. I am naughty and smart like her, not big brother. He is boring and serious all the time."

Su Lingtian rolled his eyes when he heard his second grandson. Everyone knew his second grandson had taken after his wife while Su Yuchen had taken after his personally.

He thanked his stars all the time that Su Yuchen was just like him unlike his children or second grandson who had taken after his carefree and mischievous wife.

"At least, I can also die with peace knowing Su Yuchen is here to handle my business, unlike my sons or Zixi."

He looked at his second grandson who was now telling Bai Yue about all the fun which he had done in last one week.
