Handsome CEO'S Bewitching Wife Chapter 223 - Murder?

Both Xin Mei and Su Yuchen woke up after three hours of their sleep because of their grumbling stomach. They were still tired, but they couldn't ignore their stomachs.

Xin Mei was smiling happily because of her dream. She wished this dream would come true like her nightmares.

"Mei, I will ask w.a.n.g Wei to arrange for your return journey." Su Yuchen spoke to her.

"Who is going back?" Xin Mei looked at him with wide eyes. "I am not going back. If you think I will go without you then you are completely wrong."

"But Mei, it's not safe for you to stay here with me. Your photos and videos from the airport have already gone viral. What if someone recognized you and caught you here with me? I can't let your career be affected because of me."

"My career go to h.e.l.l." She grumbled. "You are my priority and I am not returning by leaving you here. We will return together, no matter what! Let the world recognize me as your wife. I don't care."

Su Yuchen sighed when he heard the determination in her voice. He knew there was no use of fighting with her. She would not return, no matter what. 

He could only tighten the security around her so news about their relations.h.i.+p would not go out. He knew the effect of revelation of their marriage would have on her newly started career.

After having her dinner, Xin Mei called Su Zixin to tell him that Su Yuchen was alright. She knew her guards or Su Yuchen himself had already given the same information to Su Zixin, but she felt it to be her responsibility to inform him.

"Xin Mei, you are crazy, aren't you?" Su Zixin shook his head form the other side of the phone. "You got everyone worried because of your little stunt. Not only that, you have again created a big news about yourself. Your haters are calling you an attention seeker."

"Stop scolding me. You will not know what I was feeling because you don't have a person in your life to worry about." Xin Mei countered back.

"As.h.!.+ Stop rubbing salt on my wounds. I so wish to have a real girlfriend. It has been so long that I have gone on a date."

Xin Mei rolled her eyes and ended the call. 

After Su Zixin, she decided to call her parents. She had received their calls earlier in the day but didn't get a chance to revert it.

Xin Mei ensured them that everything was alright, she got a false alarm. She then ended the call with them. 

Then she posted a post on her Weibo account to calm down her fans and the paparazzi who were making crazy predictions about the reason as to why she was running at the airport.

The predictions were like—

'Xin Mei running around the airport. A stunt to come into limelight's?'

'Was Xin Mei preparing for a scene of her movie?'

'Who had died that she was running around at the airport? Is he her secret lover?'

Xin Mei rolled her eyes and posted her post.

'My dearies, it's nothing like what you are thinking. I got a false alarm that my father got into an accident. So, without thinking twice, I rushed to the airport to reach him.

Don't worry my father is all fit and fine. Only a small scratch on his left shoulder. Thank you so much for worrying about me.'

After her post was uploaded, fans started to give a quick comment on her post. Soon, due to the effect of PR of TingTing and Su Yuchen, each article about her on the airport was completely removed. Everyone started to talk on other topic rather than Xin Mei.

Xin Mei also received calls from He Ye, Gu Nan and Xin Yan who wanted to know about the real incident.

She gave them a quick detail of the happening before hanging up the call.

"Now are you free Mei?" 

For the last hour, Su Yuchen was watching her comforting every relative over the phone. He was feeling angry with everyone, because of them, he wasn't getting the full attention of Xin Mei.

"I am done." Xin Mei smiled and padded towards him.

"Let me bring a medical box and change your bandage." Xin Mei looked at his bandage which needed a change.

Su Yuchen nodded his head and watched Xin Mei. She walked towards the cabinet where Huang Chu had already placed the medical kit.

Carefully and gently, Xin Mei removed the old bandage from the shoulder of Su Yuchen. A gasp left from her mouth when she saw the wound on his left shoulder. His shoulder was completely scratched.

"Is it paining, Yuchen?" She asked in a slow voice. She gulped, and she looked as if she would cry any second.

"It's not paining, Mei." Su Yuchen smiled and squeezed her hand.

Xin Mei nodded her head and carefully applied ointment over his wounds. Su Yuchen wanted to hiss in pain but he bit on his tongue. He didn't want to hurt Xin Mei with his pain.

After applying ointment, Xin Mei covered his wounds with cotton and bandage. Once done, she gave him some medicines and then replaced the medical kit on the cabinet.

"Mei, now let me make love to you." Su Yuchen pleaded and pulled her on the bed. "I am craving from so long to make love to you." 

"Are you mad?" Xin Mei rebuked. "You are injured, and you are thinking of making love with me. I don't want you to feel any pain."

"Mei, you are thinking about the pain of my shoulder but what about the pain in my lower body. Oh, come on Mei." he pleaded and started to kiss her. 

"Let." Kiss. "me." Kiss. "Love." Kiss. "you."

Su Yuchen started to give addicted kisses to Xin Mei in which she got completely lost. That night, Su Yuchen made gentle love to her, without pressuring his left hand.

Su Yuchen stayed beside Xin Mei until she fell asleep. Then he stood up from the bed and wore his trousers. He called Huang Chu to meet him.

He didn't want to meet Huang Chu in front of Xin Mei. He didn't want her to know that it was indeed a murder plan.

"Boss, it was a murder plan. First, the way driver U turned in your direction after the failure of his first attempt to kill you was very doubtful. Then the skills with which he drove the car was again doubtful. He gave our guards a tight time to chase after him. All the cameras of the road on which he was driving were also blanked. Huang Chu gave his report to Su Yuchen.
