"The only difference here is that I didn't receive my bribe. Not only that, but I have to wash hands off my own earnings also."

"I have promised you I will return your twenty-five million with interest. Now stop bringing that topic." Xin Mei glared at him.

Su Yuchen felt indescribable happiness when he heard the explanation of Su Zixin. He could not believe his wife had worked so hard to give him this surprise.

She wanted to refresh his old happy memories. He had really visited magical shows, music shows and amus.e.m.e.nt parks as a child and he used to enjoy them a lot.

"Now stop standing here. We should go inside. We have very little time to enjoy everything which this memorial world has to offer to us."

Xin Mei pulled on the sleeves of Su Yuchen and pulled him inside the memorial park. Everyone was excited when they entered in, especially kids who could see cartoon figures moving around everywhere.

By the end of the day, Su Yuchen was feeling as if he had returned in time. He was feeling very happy and relaxed.

After spending a day in the company of innocent children who were laughing and squealing from time to time, sweetly calling him Chen gage, he remembered his childhood days.

He was feeling very light and calm at heart. His head which was a mess was also cleared now. He did not need any reason to smile and no sadness was big enough to make a person sad. 

During his childhood days, he had Mian as his companion and now he had Xin Mei as his companion.

"Thank you for such a beautiful birthday gift. I will never forget about this day. You have made my birthday worth remembering. No lavish birthday party would have given me the happiness which this surprise has given to me."

Su Yuchen looked down at Xin Mei with love-filled eyes. Xin Mei turned her eyes from the ride where Bai Yue was having her fun, after literally giving an heart-attack to Su Lingtian. 

Xin Mei looked at Su Yuchen and smiled.

"One more surprise is pending." Xin Mei spoke gently and Su Yuchen became eager, he was eagerly looking forward to know what surprise it was.

Xin Mei gripped the hand of Su Yuchen and pulled him towards the carnival and to the 'shoot the balloon' game.

"You know I am very good in shooting, my shooting skills are quite good, especially after some training during revenge." Xin Mei informed to him and took a gun in her hand.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. 'I know this is an old and cliché method of confession but I hope Yuchen will like it.'

She opened her eyes and started to shoot the balloons one after the other. All this while, Su Yuchen was looking at her and the balloons board with amus.e.m.e.nt.

His eyes started to widen with realization when the word I and a heart-shaped carved on the board became clear to him. His heart started to beat fast in his chest.

Finally, word U could be seen on the board. 

Xin Mei nervously placed down the gun and looked at Su Yuchen. He was looking at the board without any blink of an eye. His breathing was also shallow.

"Do you mean to say it?" Su Yuchen turned and looked at Xin Mei with a hopeful gaze.

Xin Mei blushed and looked down due to his penetrating gaze. Her breathing became shallow and her heart started to beat fast.

"Say something?" with eagerness, he looked at her. He cupped her cheeks and lifted her face. "Do you love me?"

He was breathing hard and his hands had turned sweaty with antic.i.p.ation.

Toes of Xin Mei curled up in nervousness and she finally confessed to him, "Yes, I love you so much."

Su Yuchen smiled. A big smile appeared on his lips and happy tears appeared on his eyes. He felt his heart would burst because of the happiness which he was feeling at that moment.

"Say it again."

"I love you, Chen."

Su Yuchen chuckled in happiness when he heard Chen from her lips. He leaned toward her and brushed his lips with hers.

"Again."

"I love you." She merely whispered and with that, Su Yuchen placed his lips on hers for a loving kiss. 

Their kiss felt magical, it felt as if they were flowing in the sky. They felt flowers had bloomed around them. They felt they were not in this world but in heaven where they were all alone.

Both poured their undying love, their feelings into that one kiss.

"Oh, Mei, you have made me the best man on this earth." Su Yuchen broke the kiss and gently caressed her cheeks with his thumb. "Now I have received everything. I do not want anything more. Your love is enough for me."

Xin Mei smiled and placed her head against his. She was breathing heavily and her eyes were s.h.i.+ning brightly.

"I love to see this smile on your face." She complimented his smile. "I was feeling so bad when you were not smiling for real. I don't care about whatever is bugging you but I always want to see you smile."

"I promise, Mei, I will never show my sad side to you." He promised and again took her lips in his.

"Look at them, kissing one another without caring about the innocent kids." Xin Yan teased.

Eyes of Xin Mei became wide. She remembered they were in the memorial park, in between the kids and their families. They went not in their room but were in public, then how could she kiss him like that.

A blush appeared on the face of Xin Mei. She bite on her lips in embarra.s.sment and hid her face in the chest of Su Yuchen. Soon she felt rumbling of his chest and his laughter which were very soothing to her ears.
