I would help you the best I can, but as the payment, I don't want money but rather a want entire district in the newly reconstructed 24th. If it wasn't for your personal invitation and for the fact that I have wanted to meet you, I would have stayed at home."

Answered Lucien honestly. He really didn't like any events that were noisy or something. He always preferred the silent place where he could practice with katana or read books. Cultivating and training were much better than going to useless events.
