Sona, A Goddess Queen In A Modern World. Chapter 19: 19 - Episode 1?

After the two ate together, Sona didn't want to take the bus again and called a taxi. Madison tried anyway to stop it, since for her this money was still too much to waste on a taxi, but Sona didn't want anything dangerous to happen to Madison pregnant, so even though she had to spend part of the money she earned on the taxi, she still did it without thinking twice.

Madison found it bad to go by taxi, but inside she felt warm to see how her daughter was worried about her. But when Madison got in the car and looked at her daughter, she saw that Angela was panting a little and closed her eyes to fall asleep. 'So you too tired?' Madison thought with a smile.

Sona got tired, but not the way Madison believed, Sona had used a lot of energy in the performance to play the songs, especially to [Your Own Story], the last song alone consumed more energy than the first three together. After Sona finished the presentation, she had only gotten 20% of her total Energy, for a cultivator, getting so little energy was like a person who spent days without eating. Sona was feeling weak and sleepy, but she could not demonstrate these weaknesses to others, especially to her mother. Now that she was in the car, Sona went into cultivation so she could recharge her energy.

When they arrived home, Sona was already at 35%, it was an acceptable amount, so after paying the taxi, Sona took the money and split it in half.

Madison seeing what she was doing was surprised and curious, but when she saw her daughter delivering half the money to her, Madison quickly shook her head in denial and didn't take the money. "No daughter, that's your money! You've earned by your own efforts and should spend on what you like, I have nothing to do with it."

Sona knew she would react like this, so he quickly responded while keeping his hand with the money stretched out. "Mom, I was only going to get £50.00 or £75.00, I know I got so much more not only because I played well, it was also because I had a good agent helping me from behind, I can't leave such a good agent without any compensation. Sona said calmly as if it was the most natural thing and that any different opinion said was not correct.

Madison was surprised, she didn't know her daughter had paid attention to those details. Listening to the girl's explanation, Madison was left with no way to refuse, since it really seemed the right thing to do. She reluctantly took the money, but she did. "I'll take that just this once, from now on the money will be all yours."

Sona heard this and then responded with conviction. "This is not debatable, if I was going to negotiate with him, I wouldn't make more than £100.00, you go with me in the next shows as my agent and we'll split the money in 50/50. Sona answered.

Madison wouldn't let me. "No, 50/50 isn't fair to you singing, we'll do 80 for you and 20 for me."

"No, that's not fair either, it'll be at least 60/40." Sona answered.

"Let's do it this way, 75/25 on your behalf, there's no point in changing that I don't accept any more than that." Madison said with one look that for a second scared Sona. She never had a real mother, so seeing that scary look from Madison made her shudder a little.

"What's the famous mother's look?" She thought before she answered. "All right... let's go with that deal then, but the deal will still be 50/50." She said low head.

Madison seeing that her daughter accepted was very happy, she didn't really care about the money, she wanted to see her daughter succeed and live a happy life, but seeing how convinced her daughter was about sharing part of the profits, Madison thought that if she refused more it would cause their relations.h.i.+p to deteriorate a bit, she didn't want it to go back to the way it was before.

With this matter resolved, the two went to see videos together, until a peculiar video appeared in those recommended for them.

Curious about what it was, Madison selected the video and when it started, they were both impressed.

The video was called [The Legend of the Sword and Dagger, Episode 1], apparently it was a video that tried to simulate the medieval period. The story began with a tall man with muscles a little apparent from the oriental samurai clothing he wore, wearing a straw hat to hide his face as the long black hair that looked like a stellar river flowed down his back. The man had a calm atmosphere around him that made the people who saw him feel that he had already been through a lot.

What surprised Sona was that this man really looked like an experienced swordsman, the way he walked, the way he supported the hand of the sword sheath ready to attack someone who threatened him, this kind of thing couldn't act. But that posture... Sona had only seen in cultivators who had trained at least for centuries, from what she saw in the video, this man was apparently the age of Angela, something around 17 years old, but for him to already have that atmosphere around him... "Maybe he's a cultivator of a powerful family in this world?

Madison hadn't seen anything strange in the video besides the swordsman's actor being very handsome. When the story started to develop further, Madison saw how this man fought with the men who were causing trouble at the inn and thought he definitely looked like an honest man.

The style that this swordsman used the sword was very similar to some style that she had seen in her past life, but she couldn't remember who she had seen using this style since the people that he was fighting clearly didn't know how to fight, he couldn't exert the maximum of his strength for her to compare... but definitely she knew that he was a cultivator, and certainly he was stronger than she was today.

This world certainly has other growers... maybe it's just not public knowledge... I have to be careful with what I show so I don't get in trouble for myself while I'm weak, if I meet a peak grower on the Baron level, I don't know if I can win. I can't help but cultivate just because I'm in a world with few growers!' She thought with conviction.

Apparently Episode 2 of this series would come out the following week, so Sona decided to keep an eye out to find out more about this grower who aroused such a familiar feeling in her.

After watching this video, Sona was no longer in the mood to see other videos today, so she said good night to Madison and went to the cultivar room.
