While I would love for both of those groups just trying to protect us from harm in an elaborate formation, with just a single look it was clear that both sides were at odds!

"What's going on?"

Unable to just sit and wait for the situation to develop into something unsightly, I stood up and asked. Hearing my voice, most of the people from the inner circle instantly turned around while pointing their weapons at my throat, only to be held back by Venna's voice.

"Stay down! Bart, are you okay now?"

While she was asking for my wellbeing, it was clear just from looking at her face that she was on the verge of exploding with rage or even something else. Not going to infuriate her even more by making her wait, I raised both of my hands in the air as if surrounding to the police.

"Yeah, I'm not sure what happened, but I'm more or less all right!"

Reporting in a formal voice that one could use while responding to a commander in the disciplined army, I stated my situation before simply disregarding her presence and the tense situation around to look for Eve. 

Locating her just a meter away from me, I could see a bright blush on her cheeks, as she looked in my direction. Considering what we were at just before that illusionary world shattered, it was no wonder that she was acting kinda weird!

"Do you remember anything from before? You caused quite a situation here!"
