While swinging the chair around, Bin didn't hold back and purposely planned to hurt the man. This wasn't the end though as the young man mounted the man and started showering him with punches directly aimed at his face.
"S-stop!"
With a shaky voice, Rika tried to stop Bin but the latter wouldn't listen. His fists, albeit not that strong, still caused significant damage to the father's face, turning it black and blue. The second hit from the chair broke his nose, resulting in a lot of blood to flow from the nostrils.

"How.do.you.like.this."
With each punch, Bin would say a word, not leaving the man any time to speak or even take a breath. It was only after one full minute of thras.h.i.+ng did the servant stop, gasping for breath as he stared at the bloodied face of the man under him.
Rika stood a short distance away, covering her mouth and stopping her tears from flowing. Though Bin did 'save' her, his actions are bound to bring unwanted consequences. She wasn't really worried about herself but about the young man before her, whose knuckles turned scarlet.
The father could barely open his eyes, a few groans escaping his swollen lips. He tried glare at the unfamiliar youngster but his stare looked pitiful, almost as if he was asking for pity. After an inordinate amount of time, Bin stood up and wiped the blood off his knuckles using a clean white handkerchief that came with the black tuxedo.

Scarlett sat on in her master's office, looking at the papers with an absent-minded look. She heard the opening of the door so she waved her hand dismissively while saying
"I'm not taking any more patient for today."
Even though she said that, whoever entered kept walking and stopped inches away from her desk. She brushed her long red hair to the back and lifted her head, looking at the uninvited individual.
He was a thing man with a pale skin and a creepy smile on his face. He wore a respectable grey suit and a pair of brown gla.s.ses. He slightly bowed his head toward the doctor then said:
"Please excuse my intrusion, Dr. Scarlett."
'What's with this creepy look?' Scarlett creased her brows but didn't chase him away.
Sensing no rejection, the man took out a business card from his pocket before continuing:
"I am Bert Pontaris from 'Alpha' Constructions."
The more she heard him, the more she got confused. The female doctor nodded her head and said:
"I don't think you're sick so… why are you here? Don't tell me it's for a business deal?" Her tone sounded as if she was mocking him.
The man's broad smile widened, he didn't seem bothered by her att.i.tude. While still standing, he put the card on the desk then said:
"As you may know, we were very close... with your late master, Dr. Galen."
'Liar.' Scarlett knew it's a bunch of nonsense but she didn't stop him, choosing to listen to what he has to say.
"We're planning a renovation of a certain old building, however, we need the agreement of all the lodgers. Unfortunately, we were not able to find the last one and thought that you may be able to help us."
"What does this have to do with me?"
The red-haired doctor hated beating around the bush so she asked him directly while turning her head to the side, unwilling to look at this disgusting smile any longer.
"Yes yes, my apologies. Apparently, he's one of the patients of your late master, and, as his student, we thought you can point us in the right direction."
As she heard that, the first person she thought of was Bin, the pretentious and stubborn boy who refused to talk to her earlier today. She didn't show any reaction in her face and maintained her silence.
The man, Bert, lightly coughed before speaking again:
"Dr. Scarlett, the higher-ups are in a bit of a hurry and want the approval of all lodgers sooner than later. We would be very grateful if you helped us."
The woman shrugged her shoulders and retorted:
"I don't know what you're talking about. As far as I'm concerned, my job is only to care of my master's unfinished business."
Polaris Bert continuously nodded his head and apologetically said: "Yes yes, of course. But, Dr. Scarlett, do these 'unfinished business' have a relation with our missing lodger?"
"What if it does?" She frowned and glared at the man, who still smiled back at her.
"It would be beneficial for both sides if we cooperate. We get his approval and you complete your 'unfinished business'."
"Is that a threat?"
"No, I would never dare! It's just a request."
After saying that, he did an exaggerated bow and added:
"Please call the number on the card if you change your mind."
With that, he swiftly left the room, not forgetting to quietly and slowly close the door.
Scarlett was left alone, confused and curious about their motive. She knew it doesn't concern some sort of ridiculous renovation, moreover, why would they need Bin's approval, after all, he's just renting a small apartment, if it can be called so.

"Why the rush?"
The middle-aged woman pushed her gla.s.ses up and stared at her sweating subordinate. The young man gasped for breath as handed her two papers.
Though she took the results, she didn't look at them and wished to hear their contents from the youngster's mouth.
"Well?"
After spending a few moments to collect his thoughts and catch his breath, he said:
"T-the results are both positive!"
An unintentional gasp escaped the woman's mouth. In fact, it's the first time the young man saw her show such emotion as she's usually as emotional as a stone. She even had to control her shaking hands and read the results just to ascertain his words.
After reading them thrice, she looked up to her subordinate and said:
"Update me."
"Both are still not captured, however, the girl was sighted in Italy and managed to escape after killing three squads. From what the survivors said, she has the ability to control blood offensively and defensively."
"And?"
Seeing that the young man stopped talking, the woman tapped on the table and glared at him, urging him to continue.
"The second one is… hidden. They're keeping it oddly secretive but I managed to dig a few things about him. His whereabouts are unknown but he was at an orphanage which was demolished a while ago. Apparently, they've hunted down almost all the children there so they must've discovered his ident.i.ty already. I think they're hesitant because they don't know his ability yet."
After an inordinate amount of time, the woman asked again:
"Are you sure about these results?"
"Yes. 100%… and…"
He seemed to be hesitating but when he got glared at again, he finally spoke:
"They're… related. Brother and sister, from the looks of it."
