As morning came, Keren found herself awake in a strange environment. She pulled the blanket off of her head quickly. "Not again..." She let out a sigh. Then she quickly remembered the man from last night. "Wait a minute..." before she could finish, she heard a man and a girl talking. She quickly pulled the blanket back over herself. "What's that?" Emersyn asked pointing at a lump on the couch. "A person." Norio nonchalantly replied. "Eh!?" Emersyn turned to him. "Is it dead!?" She cried out, swinging at his stomach. Norio bent down, placing a hand on her shoulder. "Relax, Oi! I'm telling ya to relax!" He cried. Emersyn stopped, and sniffled. "Listen," He began. "She'll be staying with us too, but temporarily." Emersyn looked up teary eyed. "I think." He quickly added. C'mon Keren make a good entrance, Keren thought to herself. Suddenly the blanket came flying off, Norio and Emersyn quickly turned. "That's right kiddo! Looks like we're roomies n-" before she could finish her head began throbbing. "Ow!" She let out a whimper. "It hurts!"

"Here's your medicine, next time don't stand up too fast, idiot." Norio said, placing medication in front of her. "Thanks..." Keren replied, holding an ice pack on her forehead. "Anyways...!" Keren began. "What's your name kid?" Emersyn, sitting opposite side at the table looked up. "It's Emersyn!" She beamed. Norio leaned back on the wall, giving a tiny self satisfied smile. "Nori," Keren began. "Hah?" Keren looked at him for a moment. "Its just, you look a bit...young." Norio quickly turned. "N- It's not like that! I'm not her dad!" He cried. "Plus I'm not that young, I'm twenty two!" Keren stared. "Hah!?" She cried. "What the h.e.l.l do ya mean you're not her father!?" While the two were busy shouting, Emersyn was too busy involved with her drawing. "Done!" She shouted, holding up her art. "Hah!?" The two said in unison, turning to face her. "Look!" She beamed. "Is that a...cat?" Keren asked. Norio gave her a hard nudge. "Don't question her, if you get it wrong you'll hurt her feelings!" He whispered. "Yeah!" She giggled. Keren looked at Norio and gave a prideful smirk.

As the day progressed everyone in the house seemed to be getting increasingly bored. "There's nothing to do!" Emersyn said lying her head on Norio's lap. "Can't be helped, quit whining." Norio scolded. "Well," Keren began. The two looked up. "I was gonna see the circus that's in town with my ex..." she smirked. "But now that the loser is in jail..." Emersyn sprang up. "A circus!?" She cried. Keren nodded. "Got two tickets, and kids go for free!" She turned to Norio. "Heh, Norio?" She winked. "When is it." Norio asked, sounding like he could care less. "It starts in..." She quickly checked her phone. "Two days!" Norio let out a sigh. "Fine." The two girls cheered happily.
