The Last Embrace 90 Bygone Era

Adam and Jessy have been swimming in the lake from 6:00 PM that evening.

"The next day is your wedding day," said Adam with a gloomy expression on his face. They sat around the bonfire.

Jessy watched the pain flickered in his eyes. Her hands move and her fingers touch his face, for some reason she shared his pain.

"Yeah, my wedding day finally happening in two days time."

"We should be the one who is getting married," said Adam. "Don't worry, after the blood transfusion, we will go somewhere far away and I will marry you."

Jessy smiled ironically at him.

"I'm getting married to two brothers, isn't that odd?" she asked him.

Adam looked at Jessy's conflicted eyes, it must be pretty hard for Jessy to be constantly in the middle between him and his brother.

"I might as will storm into the Facility while you walk the aisle towards the altar, then declare to everyone that I'm alive. Then after that, we will vanish from everyone's sight forever. What do you think?" he said grim-faced.

Jessy's brows knitted. "Have it ever occurred in your mind to harm or kill your brother?"

Adam's eyes widened, unable to believe what he just heard from Jessy.

"Huh? No! I can't kill my very own brother!"

"You won't kill your brother for me? Killing him will set us free," she said...testing him.

"No. I'm sorry Jess, I won't do it!"

"How deep is your love for me?"

"What has my love got to do with everything?" he asked, confused with her provocation with the sensitive issues regarding his brother.

"I see, you're not willing to kill your brother. Your love for me is shallow. If you really love someone you must be willing to sacrifice everything for that person," she said.

Adam wasn't able to say anything, he was torn apart inside. He released a deep sigh.

"D-do you want me to kill my brother for you?" he asked, searching for her soul, inside he already felt tormented.

For a while...Jessy did not answer his question. When she started talking...her look was far away.

"The reason why your brother is still alive until now was because his only sin is loving me. He wants the prophecy to come true. Besides, I know that if I will kill him you will never forgive me. I guess my love for you is deeper than yours. And my compa.s.sion and sympathy for your brother are enough to prevent myself from murdering him."

Adam hugged Jessy tight, he can relate well with the torment and agony she felt inside.

"Don't worry, everything will end soon," he said.

Jessy lay her head down on Adam's legs and closed her eyes.

Adam's heart skips a beat. It's the first time that Jessy tried to seek the comfort of his body. It's just mere lying on his legs, but somehow it const.i.tutes her willingness to get closer to him that really touches his heart. He gathered her head in his arms tenderly.

"No matter what happens, do not come to my wedding, Adam. Wait for me here in the mansion, Okay?" she murmured.

"Okay," said Adam, he can hear the tension in her voice. He doesn't want to make her worry that much.

Jessy is trying to make Adam stay away from the wedding as much as possible, afraid he might disrupt the wedding, if the two brothers will finally meet there might be an imminent fight between them, it might lead to chaos. The extinct vampire species cannot afford an internal fight between two Princes. She has to do everything in her power to prevent the fight even if sacrificing her own self.

"You have to promise me? Okay?" she reached for his face.

"Yes. I promised," Adam said, even though he's not sure yet what he will do on that day.

She doesn't know if this will be an effective method but she will do it anyway.

Jessy took the initiative and bring her lips to his. Adam immediately received her kiss and plunged his hungry mouth into hers. They shared a pa.s.sionate kiss. Adam's eager hands instantly roamed around her body seeking entrance to her private body parts.

Jessy moaned. Their bodies were now craving for more action and wanting to be freed from their clothes. Adam instantly teleported themselves into the mansion, straight into his bed.

He took his time undressing her, kissing every exposed skin on her body. When she was already down to her undergarments, Adam took off his t-s.h.i.+rt and his jeans.

He s.h.i.+fted on top of her and rubbed his groin into her nether region. He heard her gasp.

"Jessy you are mine, please say it..." he gazes intently into her eyes.

She meets his gaze.

"I'm your's Adam. Am truly yours and always will be," she said in a breathless voice.

Adam smiled and unhook her bra.

"...You forgot to say the important words Jess...please say it...I want to hear it coming from your own lips..." His mouth now descended on her twin breast, giving them each a tender sucking.

Jessy moaned and arched her body...

"I love you so much Adam," she said between head dizzying blinding pa.s.sion and mind-numbing throbbing in her belly.

Adam once again heard her voice declaring her love for him. He was ecstatic and can no longer contain his happiness, he lowered his and her underwear down and instantly plunged his manhood into her mound in one hard thrust. He silenced her gasped by seeking her mouth and locked their lips in a pa.s.sionate kiss while their lower regions were intertwined in a deadlocked.

Thirty minutes later...

Adam happily and contentedly embraces Jess' body from behind. Still naked, they enjoyed the remaining embers of their lovemaking. Jessy didn't fall asleep this time, her mind was wide awake. She was about to rose from the bed when they heard a soft knock outside the door.

"Dinner is ready guys," it was Nana's voice.

"We will go down in a little while...Nana," Adam replied.

Jessy and Adam both went inside the bathroom and took a bath. The bath lasted for another twenty minutes because they can't keep their hands off each other.

When they went downstairs, Nana Aida was watching a comedy show in the living room. Seeing the couple she finally turn off the TV.

They went to the living room and they start eating their dinner.

Nana Aida stared at the couple. She knew that Jessy will be getting married soon to Prince Zain. She wanted to know what are they planning to prevent the wedding?

"Guys, what are your plans guys regarding the wedding? Do you have plans to prevent it?" she asked.

Adam looked at Jessy.

Jessy looked at Nana Aida directly in the eye. "Nothing of sort, Nana. The wedding can't be prevented at this point in time. The prophecy needs to happen once and for all."

The older woman's face turned gloomy instantly.

"That is sad, very sad," Nana Aida keeps shaking her head.

Adam sighed deeply.

Jessy bit her lower lip.

The dining room was encompa.s.sed with sadness and tension all of a sudden.

"Nana, do you want to attend my wedding?" asked Jessy.

Nana Aida pondered for a moment. Remembering that at some point in time Prince Zain almost killed her.

"No. I will only attend your wedding if it's Adam that you are marrying," she said.

Jessy released a deep laborious sigh. "Please attend the wedding, Nana, for my sake," she begged.

Nana Aida continues shaking her head. "I'm sorry Jess."

Adam rubbed Jessy's back. "Jess, don't force Nana Aida if she doesn't want to go. I will attend the wedding on Nana Aida's behalf," he joked.

Jessy rolled her eyes and smiled at everyone in the table. This is what it used to be in the beginning, the happier times...only the three of them, many moments like this before her 20th birthday.
