There were four interviewers a.s.signed for the hiring process in which two were male and the other two were female. As soon as they saw applicant no 201, their eyes lit up but the other two men's eyes dimmed when they found him more attractive than themselves. The hiring process was good and the applicants were excellent and applicant no 201 was exceptional and the interviewers were impressed my his brilliant answers. His grades both in sports and studies were outstanding and without a second thought, anyone would have hired him but there was one thing which was stopping him.

"Mr. Luo Shen, you have secured maximum marks both in your studies and sports and this is enough for you to join a company and for a higher position but you have been continuously rejected by almost fifteen companies within this year. Can we know the reason?"

"That's because…" Before Luo she could even speak, the second male interviewer stopped in the middle and sneered "Hah…miss zheng, you may not know this but the person here…is a son of a gambler. His father can also be considered as a murderer because he has already tried to murder someone…who would like to hire the son of a thief? hiring a murderer is same as hiring your death" he said with a sneer.

Looking at Luo Shen with a mocking smile, the second male interviewer said: "Sorry Mr. Luo Shen, we don't welcome a criminal to our company. Our company is prestigious and holy and we dont want a murderer to spoil our holy place" with that said, he showed Luo Shen's file onto the ground.

Getting up from his seat, Luo Shen bent down and picked his fille and started to leave the hall. Just when he was about to leave, the second male interviewer called him back" who said you can leave? The hiring process is still going on and you're not supposed to leave the hall until the others are done. Now come back and sit on your seat"

Looking at the second male interviewer who was volunterily creating troubles, Luo Shen sat back expressionlessly and continued to listen to the interview quietly. To make it worse for Luo Shen, the second male interviewer started to praise the two applicants unnecessarily hoping that he could make Luo Shen feel jealous. But to his disappointment, Luo Shen did not show any change in his facial expression and remained as calm as ever.

Sitting in the CEO's office, Suzy had a subtle smile on her face as she saw Luo Shen completely ignoring their hurtful words and even remained quiet during the whole process. One who saw him could easily say that he was just trying to stay quiet in the corner but only Suzy knew that he was quietly listening to the interviewer and was observing each and every detail.

With a smile on her face, she dialed the intercom and asked her secretary to come inside.

"Yes, CEO Li…do you need something?" The female secretary asked politely.

"Yes…have you found an a.s.sistant for me?" Suzy inquired

"Not yet mam. We could not find a suitable candidate but don't worry, we will definitely find one" the female secretary a.s.sured.

"Hmm..okay. Stop searching an a.s.sistant for now….I guess I have found one."

"oh..okay mam"

"and….I want to meet applicant no 201 in five minutes"

"Okay mam…" after receiving the orders, she personally went downstairs to pick him up.

When she reached downstairs, Luo Shen seemed to come out of the room where the interview was still going on. Moving forward, the female secretary greeted him and ask him to come along with her. With a nod, Luo Shen followed the female secretary obediently. When both Luo Shen and the female secretary reached the CEO's office, Suzy was busy on the phone. Gesturing her secretary to leave, Suzy continued her conversation with the other person. Ending the call, when Suzy looked up, she saw the youngster sitting on the sofa uncomfortably and guilt was evident on his face.

Meeting his gaze Suzy picked up her bag and said " follow me" and she continued moving forward and Luo Shen obediently followed her from behind. As she walked, Suzy asked, "I heard you came here for a job interview?"

"yes"

"were you selected?"

"No"

"why?"

Reaching her private elevator, Suzy walked in and pressed the bas.e.m.e.nt floor. Seeing the unmoving man, Suzy raised her eyebrows and asked: " Are you not coming in?"

After thinking for a few seconds, Luo Shen stepped inside and stood behind Suzy at a quiet corner.

"do you want a job?"

"yes"

"hmm.....i can get you one"

"huh?"

"You have thirty seconds….if you impress me within these thirty seconds then I can think about it"

Hearing his answers, Suzy had a satisfied smile on her face. without looking at Luo Shen, she said "congrats…you are now a member of the Li corporation. You can join the work tomorrow morning"
