Lee Ying, who sat next to Shao Yan, exclaimed loud enough for the five of them to hear,

"Wow! When did this become a blind date session now"

Lee Ying stroked her chin and added,"Cissy was our best sales person. Now I can see why!"

Fan jie replied her, "Well, look at her courage! I bet a lot of girls will started to follow her steps now."

Huo ge just teased them back, "You mean the two of you, right?"

"Now everytime that Daniel guy walks by, our employees will start confessing to him, he will be busy". Wenhai also joined in the fun.

Fan jie added, "Why did everyone like that Chinese guy? We have a lot of them already! I prefer the blue eye blonde!"

Fan jie then blew air kisses to the stage, "He's cute!".

The four of them laughed.

While Shao Yan just smiled solemnly and stayed quiet all the time.

Daniel sat calmly on his chair. His long legs were crossed. His right hand was resting on the arm rest, while his left hand was resting on his lap. He was concentrating on the other side of the room.

Ever since the lights were turned on earlier, Daniel had found her easily.

And he had been keeping a close attention to her ever since.

She was smiling at her friends now, before she slowly looked back at the stage. He couldn't read her expression.

Who are you looking at, my dear? Are you looking at me?

Karl whispered to Daniel excitedly, "Wow! Daniel! Are all Chinese women this straight forward? Even the country U women were not this brave".

And then he gave Daniel a shoulder jab.

Martin just laughed at both of his friends' antics.

President Huang and VP Zhuang were feeling conflicted. At one side, they felt proud that they had tenacious sales person. But at the same time, they also felt awkward at her courage.

VP Zhuang embarra.s.singly pa.s.sed a microphone to Daniel.

"Mr. Li, you can choose not to answer, we will skip this one".

But before VP Zhuang took it back, Daniel already grabbed it.

"Miss Lei, thank you. I am in a serious commitment and I don't want any misunderstanding with her. I believe there are others who are more qualified than I am."

After he said that, he returned the microphone to VP Zhuang.

Daniel looked back at the girl on the other side, and he could see the blush on her face, before she quickly brought her face down.

She put both back of her hands to her cheek.

Daniel put his elbow on the arm rest and brought his rounded fist in front of his mouth to hide his smile.

Shao Yan was cursing Li Xiqing in her heart.

Lee Ying was squeezing Shao Yan's hand so tight now.

"Yan jie~ Why are all good looking guys always got s.n.a.t.c.hed away so fast~ I'm so sad".

Shao Yan could only patted her head and smiled helplessly.

The atmosphere surprisingly didn't turn awkward. In fact, it became livelier.

Another person stepped forward, "My name is Fu Hui, from accounting. My question is for Daniel."

Lee Ying poked Shao Yan's arm, "Try to guess what Madam Fu will ask now", she grinned happily.

The crowd laughed out loud.

And then more laughter.

Li Xiqing just smiled and took the microphone again, "I do have Chinese name, but I prefer everyone to call me 'Daniel' at work. My apologies."

Madam Fu did not get angry, she just gave him a big smile and returned to her seat.

VP Zhuang felt headache was coming. He wanted to end the Q&A session soon.

But before he stood up, another person had quickly stepped forward and hurriedly said:

"Mr. Karl. What is your type?"

Shao Yan was dumbfounded when she saw who was asking.

She quickly looked to her side and found the person, who was just now was still sitting next to her, was indeed missing, and was standing at the front.

Fan jie asked the question in broken English. But everyone could understand what she was trying to say.

Lee Ying and Wenhai were shocked as well.

They were discussing quietly now. Wenhai asked, "Boss, isn't Fan jie is already almost 50 now?"

Both of them started squabbling.

Shao Yan made a mental calculation in her head. She thought Fan jie should be just around 39 or 40 now.

But then, what does age had to do with love. If they loved each other, then that's all that matters.

Karl was initially excited that he finally got a question to answer.

But when he heard of the question, he was really speechless. Karl turned to Daniel with sad face.

"Daniel, I really admire these Chinese women." and shook his head helplessly.

VP Zhao decided to put an end to the session, he didn't even let Karl answer the question. He quickly told Fan jie to go back to her seat.

VP Zhao made a summary of today's meeting. And then he quickly let everyone out of the meeting room.

Shao Yan quickly exited the meeting room with the others.

Lee Ying and Wenhai were still arguing. Their argument now moved to why women like to order a lot of food while eating hotpot and then torture their boyfriend to finish it.

Other people who walked with them were now teasing Fan jie for her question just now.

Shao Yan just ignored them. She couldn't remember what she needed to do after this meeting.

She kept looking at her schedule and pondered.

And finally she remembered that she needed to go to printing company to check on the material for an Architecture photo book that she sent in last month.

The book would finish the first fifty copies today, and Shao Yan would need to pick it up and bring it back to the office to hand them out for internal reviews.

If it pa.s.sed internal reviews, then she would send in the order for more copies.

Shao Yan decided to stop Lee Ying and Wenhai's argument.
