"There are two owners of this hotel. That girl's father has the lower share. Her father wants her to marry me. The first time we met, I was only 12 and she was trying to get near me. The second time was two years ago, I told her she was a spoiled brat and that I hate girls like her. After that, she scorned me the most, whatever news about me she spoils it. She's been doing a lot of things to get my attention but she's not my type at all."

"So that's why you said she hates you," said Beauty.

"Sorry, Beauty, I never intended this to happen. Don't worry, I'll take care of this. We'll leave tomorrow morning."

Ronald tried to say something but kept it to himself. As Clarence sent Beauty to her room, Ronald just stayed with his Boss' side. Clarence gestured for him to follow. He led him to an open-air deck.

"I know you have more to say, spit it out," said Clarence.

"Sure, I'm really angry and anxious for Beauty's sake. I really have a premonition that that girl will do something to hurt Beauty. I don't believe that girl hates you. I think she's obsessed with you but angry that you won't even look her way so explains her actions against you. If you hook up with a girl she might try to hurt your girl and just walk away blaming you. Do you understand what I mean?" yelled Ronald to Clarence.

"I never thought you're really shaken when it comes to Beauty. Do you look at her as a man looks to a woman and not as a friend?" clarified Clarence.

"Yes, I look at her as a woman I can commit myself, but I won't pursue her for both of you. I admit you suit her better than me. I'll be glad to back you up for her, but I don't want to see her hurt. I just want to see her happy and safe." Ronald poured out his innermost feelings for Beauty while showing his support for Clarence's advancements to her.

"I understand and thanks. I won't let your good intentions to waste. I can a.s.sure you that, but promise me that you won't speak anything of this matter to her. Most of all, your feelings for her."

"Fine, I promise but you better keep your word. I don't want her hurt emotionally and physically because of that girl or by anyone else connected to you."

"I promise, I won't let anyone hurt her. You also don't need to trouble yourself too much. I will clean this mess." Actually, Clarence's promise was mostly directed to himself.

Both of them made a commitment and from this day forth a sense of brotherhood which started from this affair would begin with the core purpose: Beauty's well-being.

In an office in the hotel they were staying, a girl was sitting on a sofa while looking at a picture.
