"Hubby…" Malece affectionately spoke as she latched onto Simon's topless body.
"Please don't call me that. 'Darling' is just fine." Simon turned over in bed and grumbled.
"Don't be like that! You have already forgiven me, so let's be more friendly, okay?" Malece pouted somewhat cutely.
"Can you please stop acting like that. You have training to do. You have not met the requirement I set for you, so get out of bed and train." Simon crossed his arms and turned upwards, somewhat annoyed.
"Why are you so cold? Can't I enjoy some pillow talk with my dear husband every once in a while?" Malece bit his ear playfully.
"No. I did not agree just for you to start lazing around. I have given you what you wanted last night so you should reciprocate." Simon was very plain in stating this, crossing his arms with a tired expression.
"Oh, so you want me to pleasure you instead?"
"No. Go and train otherwise this is cancelled permanently."
"Fine."
BAM
"Mom! Dad!" Dahlia came jumping through the door and landed on the bed face first in the middle of Simon and Malece.
"What happened to 'papa'?" Simon pouted.
He did not expect his daughter to already look like a teenager so quickly. Only 7 months since she was born and now she looked like a 15 year old teenager. Of course she took after Simon in many aspects, one of them being his natural devilish charm. This could be considered one of his only good original genes since the rest of his bloodline was average without furious efforts in refining himself.
"Hmmmph! Dad, you should grow up. Only babies call their parents 'mama' and 'papa'. I have grown up." Dahlia really did seem grown up at this point.
7 months old and considered to have a genius intellect that had never been seen before in a child. This was of course caused by Simon's training which increased her rank and therefore her intelligence and growth. Even before he began training her, Dahlia was still rather mature for her age.
"Hmmmm?" Dahlia browsed her eyes at her topless father and scantily clad mother, rubbing her chin as she began thinking.
"We're you having s.e.x again?" Dahlia straight up asked that question.
"Yes." Simon said it straight while Dahlia began blus.h.i.+ng immensely.
"Do you want us to stop?" Simon's eyes began glowing quite literally.
'If you say you don't want papa to stop, papa will stop with no questions asked.'
"No. Mom and Dad should enjoy themselves, maybe do it whenever you can. I don't want this family to fall apart. The more, the better! I even bought this book for you so you don't get bored-" Simon placed his index finger on Dahlia's lips, shus.h.i.+ng her before she could say anything else.
Who knew she would be so vulgar at this age? Simon was truly annoyed, he just wanted to raise a pure child for at least 18 years and then let her pick a son in law which she loves. Then he could have grandchildren before the age of 40 while still looking like a 16 year old.
Midlife crisis? That's the name of Simon's b***h. He could probably live for another million years if he didn't train anymore. Who knows what would happen if he became stronger?
"Dahlia, you are only 7 months old. You can't be acting like this. You shouldn't even know what s.e.x is yet."
"Who did you learn of these things from?" Simon was visibly angry.
"Mom."
Simon turned his head to Malece.
'I won't let you go.'
*Visible bloodl.u.s.t*
"Stop listening to mom, she doesn't understand that you shouldn't learn such things yet-"
"Dahlia should learn these things sooner rather than later to give her an edge when finding a suitable husband." Malece interrupted.
"Whatever. Just remember the rules of this house. You cannot be irresponsible and sleep with someone until you are married. I want a son in law that won't run away, okay?"
"Yes, dad." Dahlia understood where Simon was coming from, he really did care about her.
'Good, this wife of mine hasn't corrupted her completely.'
"Anyways, dad, I managed to reach the 8th rank yesterday! Praise me!" Dahlia looked like a cute puppy as she said this, expectantly waiting.
"Very good work. Now get to the 9th rank before week, otherwise I won't cook for the next month."
"Dad! Unfair! How could you be so mean to your own poor little daughter?!" Dahlia began crying as if she was about to lose something very important to her.
"If mom also doesn't get to the 5th rank by then, I won't cook for the next year." Simon smirked.
"MOM! PLEASE DON'T LET DAD DO THIS!!!"
In short, they got to work.
One hour later, in the Reaper Forest:
"It has been a long time since you last-"
"WHAT THE F**K!?" The mysterious power of the old ancestor of Simon had crumbled just like that. Being only a 9th ranked Devil Magician, even Simon had surpa.s.sed him.
"h.e.l.lo gramps." Simon brought out a picnic mat and a basket from out of nowhere, laying them down in the dead forest.
"How did you become so strong, my descendant? You were only a measly 4th rank I believe? How are you so powerful now?! You have become stronger than me! I have been alive for longer than 4000 years!
"Gramps, I came here to ask you for some help in protecting your own family."
"But I must stay here and wait for my successor to come."
"You acted so mysterious and powerful last time, and now you can't even hold your composure. Anyways, YOUR family needs you so go back to the Crypts domain please." Simon demanded Xander.
"Why would I do that?"
"I have a daughter now. Your youngest descendant, I wonder how it would feel if I just go and tell her that her paternal ancestor is a sc.u.m who abandons his family for over a thousand years and never comes for dinner."
That really hit a sensitive spot in Xander.
"Young descendant, how can you already have a daughter. Stop lying, you are surely tricking me so that I will go back." Xander pouted with his mysterious ancestor cover blown.
"No matter how it looks, you're just an old and more tired version of me. That mysterious vibe you gave off 2 years ago was just to make me think you look cool and wors.h.i.+p you as my ancestor." Simon began eating a cheese croissant gracefully.
"Well, you, sc.u.m that doesn't protect their descendants, should know that I got married at age 16 and now have a wonderful daughter."
"No need to be so harsh with your words, Young descendant."
"Ah yes… Xander, the ancestor that watched as one of his most talented descendants was nearly murdered by a savage in a mansion and did nothing to avenge him. That would make another cool story to tell my dear girl." Simon laughed and chugged a few bottles of wine.
"Fine. Can I at least see my great great great… great granddaughter?" Xander asked.
"Sure, you can also meet all of my brothers and my father. I am sure they would also love to meet their ancestor whom they never knew they had."
"Stop rubbing salt into the wound."
"Your problem, not mine."
"Also, got any requests? I am going to visit a higher realm in a few months so you should tell me if you want anything before I leave."
"Well… your ancestor would appreciate it if you made an attempt to find his estranged wife… you see… my wife left to a higher realm a thousand years ago and I remained her because I was too weak. If you could find her and tell her I still love her and wish to see her again, I would really appreciate it.
"Specifically, say : 'My love for you was and always will be unending.'"
BLUURRGHH
Simon literally vomited rainbows. He was just so ashamed to have a cheesy ancestor. This went beyond the realm of cheese, this was just cliche at this point. If his ancestor was brave, he should have trained hard and went to the higher realm to reunite with his wife himself.
"Why are you vomiting?"
"Nothing. Now let's go. This forest is way to gloomy and depressing. It is making me feel bored, it's seriously too black."
