The Concubine's Daughter Comes Around Chapter 33: Pretended To Be A Nice Sister

Such imperial guards didn't scare Dong Ling at all.

Instead, she said, "Your Highness, don't yell! If someone hears you, he may think a shrew is barking!"

Dong Ling even wanted to laugh.

Wu Mengxuan was lucky. Because if she weren't a princess, many guys would have beaten her!

"How dare you curse me?! Dong Ling! Kneel and apologize to me! Or you will not leave!" yelled Wu Mengxuan.

She was p.i.s.sed off! All the other girls always fawned on her, except Dong Ling! Dong Ling even laughed at her. She wouldn't let go of grudge!

"Oh, really?" replied Dong Ling. She looked stern, but also gave a smile. Her smile, however, frightened Wu Mengxuan out of no reason.

With a frenzy of rage, Wu Mengxuan struggled up and took up her whip, trying to lash Dong Ling. Luckily, Wu Jitian grabbed the whip and stopped her before she managed to hurt Dong Ling again.

Staring at Princess Mengxuan who had a fierce look, Wu Jitian sneered, "Mengxuan! You lashed a guest in the Imperial Garden so impolitely! If Father knows, you'll be punished, too! Don't you think so?"

"You…" yelled Wu Mengxuan, tongue-tied. She glared at Wu Jitian. Why? Why did she always lose when arguing with him? But he was the most unpopular guy in the royal family!

This extremely annoyed Wu Mengxuan!

She roared, "Wu Jitian! You're threatening me? You know what? I'm teaching her a lesson today! No one can help her!"

"Ridiculous!" replied Wu Jitian. His patience was totally worn out. He no longer wanted to waste any minute on the argument. He let go of the whip directly. Thus, Wu Mengxuan staggered and backed up a few steps.

"Be careful, Your Highness!" yelled an imperial maid who reached out to help Wu Mengxuan.

But Wu Mengxuan wasn't grateful at all. Instead, she slapped the maid in her face!

"f.u.c.k off! How dare you touch me with your dirty hands!" shouted Wu Mengxuan.

She looked down at her stained dress and gave the maid a good kick!  

The maid knelt quickly. If Princess Mengxuan really fell, she would have killed all the maids on site to save her grace!

Wu Mengxuan finally give vent to her anger after kicking the maid. But she got angry again when she looked back at Dong Ling. She yelled, "b.i.t.c.h! Stop looking at me or I'll dig your eyes out!"

Before Dong Ling replied, Wu Jitian scolded, "Mind your words, Mengxuan! You're a princess. Be polite!"

He gazed at Wu Mengxuan coldly. The latter was so scared that she even trembled.

Wu Jitian continued, "Do you not remember what you experienced just because it's been a long time? It's okay. I'll help you to recall!"

Wu Mengxuan was taken aback and her face was frozen. She stared at Wu Jitian with disbelief and muttered, "You…"

She failed to say much until she recovered consciousness.

Then she yelled angrily, "Wu Jitian! You're threatening me?"

Wu Jitian, to her surprise, answered with a smile, "Not really! Why don't you take it as a warning?"

"What do you want then?" asked Princess Mengxuan.

She looked at Wu Jitian with a frowning face and clenched her fists as if she was holding back her anger!

"Apologize!" answered Wu Jitian, "Apologize until Miss Dong Ling forgives you. Otherwise, people of the capital city will hear new rumors tomorrow. I think a lot of them like to know the secret of a princess."

As he spoke, he walked to Dong Ling and stopped half a step behind her as a strong backing, which moved Dong Ling quite a lot.

"I'm not going to apologize to her!" shouted Princess Mengxuan with a flat refusal, "If you dare to tell anyone, I'll…"

"You'll what?" asked Wu Jitian.

Princess Mengxuan was struck dumb. Under such an obvious threat, she saw no way out. She wanted to lose her temper, but didn't dare! She felt as terrible as if she swallowed some s.h.i.+t!

She used to be a proud princess. It was a disaster to her if she was asked to make an apology. She would rather die.

Wu Jitian knew it and that was why he asked her to apologize to Dong Ling.

Dong Ling was amused. "Well, he's kind of naughty! Wu Mengxuan is proud, but he humiliates her deliberately." she thought, "Interesting! But I like it!"

She smiled as she thought. Then she stood comfortably, waiting to see what Wu Mengxuan would do.

"What do you think of? I'm okay with it. But you might…" said Wu Jitian with a bigger smile, "You know. People in the capital like to gossip. If they know about your secret, they'll tell everyone else in less than a day. So…"

"Shut up! Shut the f.u.c.k off!" Wu Mengxuan screamed and stopped Wu Jitian before he finished.

Her eyes were even burning with anger, but there was nothing she could do.

She knew Wu Jitian always did what he said. She didn't dare to gamble on that!

But apologize?

NO! h.e.l.l NO!

Dong Ling was the girl Wu Mengxuan hated most in her life. Never would she apologize to Dong Ling!

Scarlet with rage, Wu Mengxuan was about to run away! But before she managed to leave a few steps, she felt the sudden pain on her knee.

"Bang!" Immediately, she knelt and fell on the ground. Her face twisted into a terrible grimace.

An inconspicuous little stone fell the ground and rolled into the rock pile by the path. No one even noticed that.

Dong Ling raised her eyebrows and took her hand back into the sleeve.

"I haven't taken revenge yet." she thought, "Wanna run? In your dreams!"

Wu Mengxuan collapsed on the ground. The stabbing pain on her knee made her weep. Blood stained her dress. Looked like she had a bad fall.

"Your Highness?" Just then, someone screamed and attracted everyone's attention. Oh, there came Miss Dong Feixue and the crown prince.

Dong Feixue ran quickly to Wu Mengxuan and asked with concern, "Are you all right, Your Highness? How did you fall? Somebody! Go get the doctor!"

Wu Mengxuan barely stood up with the help of Dong Feixue. She glared at Dong Ling, without whom she wouldn't have been such a discredit today!

"Wait and see! Dong Ling! You'll be sorry!" thought she.

Dong Feixue noticed that and sneered, "Oh, Ling, my dear sister! What brings you here? And why didn't you help Her Highness when she fell? She's the n.o.ble princess! You'll suffer if she's hurt!"

She looked around to placate Wu Mengxuan, "Your Highness. Don't get angry. You know, my sister is the daughter of a concubine! She used to be rude at home! For my sake, let go of her!"

Haw-haw. What she said really amused Dong Ling. Dong Feixue hated her most, but still pretended to be generous!

Sounded like she was trying to help, but in fact, she was telling everyone that Dong Ling was the daughter of a concubine and thus she was rude and impolite!

It was really disgusting when Dong Feixue pretended to be a nice sister!
