Without Nie Li and friends with him, he was surrounded by girls bothering him on wanting to go out with him. He finally figured out a way to get out of it. He only taken a pint of blood so they were only weakened by a bit.

After they were released from the hypnosis, they where wondering what they were doing.

He heard a window breaking and walked to see what happened. He then discovered Nie Li thrown out Shen Yue out the window.

"You know you have to pay for that right?!" he said jokingly.

Nie Li and the others turned around.

"Yeah! You just missed the a.s.s whooping of the century! Nie Li beat Shen Yue" (Wei Nan)

They all went to Seth Inn from the back entrance.

They ate without holding back. Afterwards Michael insist of paying the bill, but mama Seth won't budge and ended up pus.h.i.+ng Michael out the door.

They seperated afterwards. Michael decided to buy a house, so he can conduct alchemy. The dorm room was good for sometime but it got old. Sharing a bathroom with everyone also took a toll on him. Especially the girls breaking to the mens bathroom and stealing his clothes while he was taking a bath.If it wasn't for inventory, he would have been walking back to his room naked.

He decided to head to a real estate agent to purchase a house near city lord mansion. The houses ovet there are nice and private.

The real estate agents didn't bother with him until he showed his alchemy a.s.sociation token stating the master alchemist rank. Which means he was loaded.

They found him a nice mansion, but it was too big for him and ask for something smaller. After looking through a dozen houses, He finally decided on a 5 bedroom lake house by the lake. I was behind the City lord's mansion. It has a big front yard and the back yard have a bunch of fruit trees. The bathroom was seperated since there were no indoor plumbing. There is also a well to get fresh water. He already thinking of a ma.s.sive renovations. The lake is the best part. They have fresh water animals living there. The walls were Just a bunch of stones put together so he have a lot of work to do.

He paid the real estate agent and gave him a huge commision which put a huge smile on his face. The agent having a huge profit, rushed the transfer of t.i.tle from the old owners and have them move out quickly. By nightime, the house was empty and the agent finished registering him as the owner and gave him the t.i.tle and deed of the house. Normally, this takes a month, but this happened with just half a day. He decided to start renovation the next day and try to sleep in his new home for the night to get the feel of it.

Elsewhere around the city, fathers of beatiful daughters were having a nightmare. Their daughters brang home fat and ugly men home and announced their engagement. When the fathers objected, the daughters said they are no longer pure because they had their first time with the man they bought home. So they have no choice but to accept them. The news spread out the city, making ugly the new pretty that boost ugly and fat peoples confidence to soar. Parents were just in a state of shock and ended up to stay at work to avoid their new son in law in which in turn increased the work productions helping the city economy. The fat and the ugly are no longer teased and hara.s.sed much like they used to. Michael doesn't care though, he eas just glad that the women has stopped stalking him.

He woke up the next morning and decided not to go to school. He will just stand there anyways. Shen Xiu reputation was down anyways after Nie Li discredit the sacred family of fraud on the script array copying and taking credit for it. So she is taking her frustration on the standing group.

His first project was the pwrimeter walls. He wants total privacy. He used sonic punch to break the old walls and used the powdered stones as part of the cement mix. He then started to stack up premade bricks with holes in the middle to insert metal bars. He stacked the bricks up to 15 feet and put layered cement with steel bars. He did it for the whole perimeter walls. He then used his skills for the gates. While the cement was drying, he worked on the back yard. He used < blood="" whip=""> and to pull some of the fuit trees and stored them in his inventory. He made room to hold a few live stock and made wire fences. Then he took out the chicken coop at the corner end of the yard. He then digged a moat around the perimeter and it was made of stainless steel, so it can last. It connected to the lake and the flow of water was constant so he decided on a waterwheel generator. He also put electrical wires on top of the walls to prevent intruders and animals that might eat his livestock. The walls where like prison walls so he decided to invent paint. He looked through his knowledge bank and found one from ancient alchemy. He mixes ash and other ingredients to create paint. The color was Black so he added coloring to make it tan and painted the walls. In order to put indoor plumbing, he have to destroy and rebuild the house. Luckily He have his house from the forest complete with a water tower. He first take the new house to his inventory and destroyed the outhouse and covered everything with cement. Since the cement will take two days to dry, he set up a tent next to the well. He then set up the plumbing system and sprinkle system for his backyard garden for future low maintenence. He also redesigned the well and put in a hand pump. He did not need lights since he has night vision so he did not bother with light fixtures in the back yard.

The next morning since there is nothing to do while waiting for the cement to dry, he went to school and locked the gates.

While he was in school The property was visited by a lot of people due to the difference of designs of the wall. The gate was made of metal with some intricate design. The peaked at the holes of the gate and only see a tent but no houses.

By the time he got home he has to shoo the onlookers. He was thinking he needs a guard dog to scare them away.

He flew using and at sonic speed rushed to the forest.

"System! Use which stopped the saber wolves. He then used and changed the wolves memories. He even put command training so he won't be troubled with potty training. He made sure they are only loyal to him and his coven. Then he used to make them immortal and low maintenance. He then used and gifted them to keep them clean. He used to clean them of since they smelled and put collars on them. He put dog tags with their new name on them.

He took the to his inventory and fly back to his umm... tent. He then released them and ordered to guard the whole compound. The wolves bowed and went to guard the gates.

He then decided to build a guard dog house near the gate. He made it like the walls. He ordered them not to go in yet until the cement is dry.

2 days later...

With the cement dry, he put his house from the forest property on top of the foundation perfectly. The house is styled like a modern house back on earth. The gla.s.s windows were strengthen using beast cores and now as strong as steel. Since he now has a water wheel, now has electricity so he made electrical wires to connect to the house the mechanism of the waterwheel will keep the water tower filled with fresh water from the lake. The filters were made of beast cores injected with erasure qi, so the water is drinkable.

Since the house is finished, he took out the livestock and the chicken to their pens. He then planted his herbs and the tree of life in the middle. He gave specific instruction to the wolves to guard the tree of life with their lives. He has to wait until it produce more seeds to keep his mind of it. The 3 wolves is as strong as him and unkillable so he dont know why he said with their lives if they can't die.

He then furnished the house with sofas oven and other stuff. Now that he has endless supply of electricity. He plans to build a refrigerator and freezer rooms. He will make one room a refeigerator and another a freezer. He has 5 rooms so he has no problem qith doing that. He also installed ceiling fans to run 24/7. He made one room an alchemy room and the other a supply room for alchemy. He left the master bedroom alone.

He then made a barn next to the water tower to store dried provision and animal feed. Since the compound is pretty big, He decided to make a green house made of strengthen gla.s.s for exotic herbs and orchids. Also to grow strawberries and letuce. He used the aquaphonics method so everything is automated in caring to the plants and herbs. Since there is electricity. There are timers for the sprinkler system so he doesn't need to get a gardener. There is an automatic feed system also for the farm animals, But he has to fill the containers twice a month. The Ancient demon continent technology is like modern earth but got lost in time so information from Nie Li and ancient books helped me gather information to be able to do these things. The Anceint people also created the anti magic barrier to prevent magic mana to develope their technology. So everything piece together.

He got bored one day and decided to build a patio for barbecuing. He then created a basketball half court and made basket b.a.l.l.s. Everything has happened in close doors so outsiders do not know what was going on.

He gave up going to school since he already got all the information in the library, bit he still wants to go to the heavenly sacred border where that thunder G.o.d meteorite sword is located.

A week has pa.s.sed and he was informed that Nie Li is going out to the ruins to join Chen Jinlian treasure exploration.

Since the house is finished and all storerooms arenstock to the brim, he decided to head to the ruins before Nie Li and the others find it. There might be good stuff there.

An hour later his soul force broke to 1-star legend rank and it did not stop until he broke 2 star legend rank. He opened the coffin and a page of the lost pages of temporal demon book went into him and filled him with more knowledge.

Afterwards nothing really interest him so he left quickly and flew back home before dinner starts.

When he woke up the next morning he decided to go to the Seth Inn, but see the three wolves barking and scaring away the visitors but one was persistant.

"What do you want?" I said with an annoyance att.i.tude.

"I'm a servant of the city lord and wanted to know if he can visit your home due to his interest in the architecture." (servant)

"Maaan~! What a ha.s.sle! But can't day no since he is in charge of the city. Sure! Tell him to come tomorrow." he said

The servant nodded and left.

He looked at the 3 wolves and noticed the change. They are now also lagend rank but only 1-star legend rank. He now know that the rest of the coven is also growing stronger as he grow stronger due to the blood connection.

He went to the Seth Inn restaurant and ordered a family size take out for the city lord visit. Afterwards he s...o...b.. the bakery and bought cake.

He went to the alchemy a.s.sociation but s.e.xually flirted by Director Yang so he hurriedly withdraw 5 billion demon coins since he have over 20 billion in the bank, he did not want too much money in there. Then he went home.
