Bai Muchuan placed the piece of paper into an evidence bag and returned to the room.

By now, the woman's mood had calmed down by a lot. Nevertheless, when Bai Muchuan's cold gaze landed on her, the tension and fright she felt was so obvious and the woman quickly looked down to avoid looking at him.

Bai Muchuan carried the evidence bag and stopped before her.

"Who drew this?"

w.a.n.g Xinggui's shoulder moved as she winced. She looked up for a glance and quickly lowered her head.

"I don't know. I've… never seen this before… I don't know…"

"You don't know?" Bai Muchuan grunted coldly, "This is found inside your house. How can you not know?"

After that, he looked at w.a.n.g Xinggui's dull-faced son again.

"Did you draw this?"

Feng Kui looked at the picture Bai Muchuan was holding and shook his head.

"Who drew this then?"

"I don't know." His answer was the same as w.a.n.g Xinggui.

w.a.n.g Xinggui quivered, shaking her head but said nothing.

The house was quiet.

The whole place seemed to become quiet.

w.a.n.g Xinggui suddenly lifted her head and looked toward Xiang Wan.

Xiang Wan was startled and seemed to see some emotions in her eyes but before she could react, w.a.n.g Xinggui had suddenly broken away from the officer who was guarding her and dashed toward Xiang Wan. Her eyes were staring at Xiang Wan ferociously, her mouth opened to reveal the two rows of teeth that had just bitten her husband to death.

"It's all because of you. It's all because of you… I'll bite you to death… I'll bite you to death…"

Xiang Wan was so shocked that she was frozen on the spot, watching the skeleton-like figure of the woman das.h.i.+ng toward her. As Xiang Wan had too much clothing on her, she was clumsy and couldn't react fast enough…

An arm reached out to her.

It was a chaotic moment but it only took about slightly more than a minute.

Xiang Wan buried her head in Bai Muchuan's arms, not seeing how the sparks were flying around. She only heard w.a.n.g Xinggui's shrill screams!

She went hysterical.

It was agonizingly painful!

There were two police officers beside Feng Kui.

He was sitting upright.

And just kept quiet.

He didn't move either.

He seemed to have been scared out of his wits.

However, Xiang Wan was not willing to treat the Feng Kui as a simpleton.

She didn't beat around the bush but went straight to the point?

Bai Muchuan looked at her, surprised.

Xiang Wan was focused on trying to make Feng Kui talk, and ignored the pair of alluring eyes that was looking at her. She took the evidence bag that contained the drawing. "You know the girl who drew this, right? You've seen her before… Can you tell me where is she now?"

Feng Kui stared at her for a long time.

"I don't know who drew that."

"So, a girl did come to your house before, right?"

"How did you know?"
