It was the day when Yu Qi received the secret patient. He was placed in the VVIP ward. The whole floor had to be emptied for secrecy. Luckily no one on the floor needed to be removed. 

Mong Jinan was unconscious when they transferred him to another bed. Yu Qi took a look at him. There was another doctor that was a.s.signed to the patient along with four nurses. 

The doctor was Professor Song Shan and the nurses were Lin Ruolan, Liang Xiurong, Zhu Meixiu and He Ling. They had been in the industry for almost 10 to 15 years. Only Yu Qi had the least experience. 

"Professor Song, what do you think about this patient?" Yu Qi asked for Professor Song Shan's opinion.

"I read his report before. His condition is indeed serious. I think he has been used as a test subject." Professor Song Shan told Yu Qi what he thought.

Yu Qi was not surprise by what Professor Song Shan told her. She also thought the same when she read the report. 

"I also think the same." Yu Qi nodded.

"Let's start working, shall we?" Professor Song Shan stated.

"Yes." Yu Qi nodded.

Mong Jinan opened his eyes and saw a pair of mesmerizing eyes in front of him. The eyes did not look at him straight but stared blankly at nothing while she touched his wrist. 

Yu Qi took Mong Jinan's pulse. After a while, she let go of the wrist. Then she noticed someone staring at her. She lifted her head and saw Mong Jinan looking at her.

"h.e.l.lo, Elder Mong. I am Doctor Tang Yu Qi." Yu Qi introduced herself. 

Mong Jinan did not say anything. So, she was a doctor. he was disappointed. She was probably the same as others. He ignored Yu Qi and closed his eyes back.

Yu Qi, on the other hand, did not think much about Mong Jinan's behaviour. She wrote what she got from pulse reading earlier into her tablet.

"Sister Ruolan, it seems Elder Mong is already conscious, give him some meal. Something light not too heavy." Yu Qi asked Lin Ruolan.

"Yes, Doctor Yu Qi." Lin Ruolan stopped doing her work and left the ward. 

"Can you just kill me?" Mong Jinan opened his eyes and stared at Yu Qi.

"Why?" Yu Qi asked.

"I am already like this." Mong Jinan already gave up hope of continuing to live. 

"Since you are still alive, you can't give up hope. Maybe there is a better life in the future." Yu Qi said.

She knew the feeling. The feeling of dying. 

"Elder Mong, I will leave first. I will be back." Yu Qi felt her emotion was not stable. She needed to calm down first.

She believed that justice would never fail her daughter. Her daughter would get her justice today. 

The court started. Gong Zemin attacked straightforwardly. He did not hesitate at all. Of course, the lawyer from Chi Yuan's side argued back. But it was not convincing and it was a very weak defence. 

Chi Yuan gritted her teeth when she saw her lawyers' performance.
