"You really think so?" Elder Mong asked.

"Of course. Right now, you just need to cooperate with us and accept our treatment." Yu Qi motivated Elder Mong. 

The reason why Elder Mong's body rejected the treatment, was not because he wanted to reject it but because his body subconsciously rejected the treatment due to his mental health.
